Meeting and chatting to a few awesome artists at a local con on saturday did motivate me a little to draw, tho it probs wont be Mass Effect related.

Also, it annoys me greatly that my rl friends work on weekdays and I barely do, so I'm usually home alone, chatting to a few online peeps or drawing and have to wait till 6pm for multiplaying! Grrr!
It is soooo fun playing with them, the jokes..THE JOKES!! Only they are what you would call "normal" and get annoyed when I hit on their turian characters.

Finally got a turian soldier yesterday when playing with some rl friends. Then another one so at least now I can change three kinds of armor. Totally named him Klauv and gave him purple an pink armor.
In case peeps dont know, Klauv is Nerhah Enilem's bodyguard and was married to her sister {now dead}. It amuses me that Nerlah would so make him wear the family's colour purple but then tease him some more with pink. Green is his fave colour.

I also have a Salarian engineer...or was it infiltrator?... I forget. Anyways I called him Sparky and again gave him purple armor. I like purple and imagining they work for the Enilem family :I

On a lighter note the game was so awesome, sad bits but they are to be expected when there is a bigass war going on. Played the first two on xbox and imported my femshep. Didnt have face issues as much as other people seemed to have. Apart from the hair, she looks a little like Ellen Ripley imo xD

Feeling less depressed, but that might be from my meds and green tea.
Back to work today too, did take almost a week off for that game.. hehehe!

What even happened to Omega?! Didn't Cerberus kick Aria out?! I also recruited all her gang minions and got on her good side, what happened there? I didn't see them fighting.

And while I was super happy with most of the game {my femshep getting back with garrus was a big happy}, the endings were.. unsastisfying. It felt as if they got lazy or some kinda mass brain infection that made them all retarded and caused the end to be so bland and empty.

Am I being too harsh? I'm trying to look at the bright side of the game an not let myself get bogged down in depressing dissapointment and anger. Had enough of that with my damn mood swings..FARRRK!!
Could have SHOULD have been better. But. Like I said, not letting it get the better of me.

Still love the Mass Effect verse and hold on to the hope of them making another game {not based on shep} or at least fix the ending of this one with some DLC. I liked the ending of the 2nd and how you could get more missions like the Shadow Broker. Maybe its just a foolish fan hope?

Anyways, I'm going to finish some giftart an wait till my sis comes home. We're watching Serenity an having dinner together. Maybe that will cheer me up..

Been using my phone the past week, Xbox barely stays connected and it's stupid that it has to for the dlc in mass effect 2. Managing alright though. Having a friend look at it tonight.

Worked over the weekend, which was fine cause it was with my awesome manager. We ate Pringles and she let me sketch Turians in a work diary. Sunday we made bracelets out of staples. It was a slow weekend.
What surprised me at one point was a kid talking to me about Mass Effect! He looked under 10! Kids here normally stick to well.. Kids games or sports or stupid shooters like COD! (no offense). But no, this one liked RPGs and strategies and I know this may seem stupid but I wanted to place my had on his head and say "there is hope for the new generation yet".
Talking to him was like talking to an adult, he had opinions on the council, quarians and geth, c-sec. All the good stuff.
So weird to be talking to a kid about.. Not kiddy stuff. Maybe its just me tho xD

I don't like taking my meds. They mess with my tummy. Need the iron tho. Trying to stay healthy is hard when ya just wanna mope under the covers. Rode my bike for a bit. Sunburn has turned into a dark tan.

Havnt read Tomorrow When The War Began since high school. Just watched the movie.
Love it. Brilliant novel series and it's awesome to see the first one come to life.
