There's a butt month, but to my knowledge, there's no messy diaper themed abdl holiday. How about we change that? I'm inviting all of my artsy followers to join me on August 14 in celebrating the stinky side of the abdl fandom. This will either be a lot of fun or end in me embarrassing myself. Actually, that second part will be true either way.

Patron Update
Posted 9 years agoJune 1st, 2016: If you're a patron and you haven't already, please let me know what you'd like for this month. Just a reminder, $20 patrons get a black and white, inked drawing of one character. $40 patrons get a colored drawing of two characters (you my choose to get a black and white drawing of three characters instead). EDIT: I almost forgot. I'll only be doing the stream if I make $400 in commissions this month. This doesn't include Patreon pledges. Also, as an added bonus, if I meet that goal this month, I'll post two months worth of Patreon art publicly.
Also, this is a good time to talk about this months request stream. I'll be doing things a bit different. Like before, if you're a patron or if you commission me this month, you're eligible to get a request. If you fit into neither category, you can become eligible by catching a screenshot of my 500,000th pageview (this was copypasted from my DeviantArt journal).
MAY, 2016: I think it would benefit everyone involved if I did Patreon updates on DA/FA from now on. If you're supporting me on Patreon for at least $20, and you haven't already, let me know what you'd like me to draw for you this month.

Animation Project
Posted 9 years agoI've been thinking about this for a while now, and I want to try a pretty big Your Character Here project based on a sequence I've had in my mind for a while.

I'm hoping there are a number of your as interested in this as I am. I'd like to eventually turn this into an animation. Here's how I'm going to handle it:
-If I get at least $80, I'll turn this into a flash animation. Otherwise, I'll just make it into a comic.
-Anyone who contributes $20 will get a cameo (your OC will be prominently featured in several shots)
-Anyone who contributes $40 will get a pov shot showing their character growing (much like the one shown in the story board)
-I'd like to shoot for about 5 characters. I have OC's of my own I can use to fill the gaps if I get less, though.
You can choose any character you like, male or female. I might need to take creative liberties with their exact height, depending on just how big they usually are.

Posted 11 years agoUPDATE: I will meet everyone half way and post new personal abdl/ar artwork in my scraps on FurAffinity until I find a better place for them. For the most part, I probably won't be posting commissions anymore.
Now that I have your attention, I wanted to discuss some changes that are going to occur. I noticed long ago that my diaper-related artwork was causing a few problems for me. For one, it was attractive an audience that was mostly under 18. What I draw is fetish artwork, so that's kind of uncomfortable for me. Second, diaper related artwork has come to define me in most peoples eyes. My fans care about my abdl/ar artwork and very little else. Everyone who isn't an abdl is scared off, presumably seeing me as a deranged pervert.
I've decided to stop posting abdl and ar artwork on my deviantart and furaffinity accounts. This doesn't mean I'm "quitting the fetish" or even quitting drawing abdl art, it just means you won't be seeing new abdl art here. I might post it on Diaperchan, or even 4chan if I'm desperate. I will also try to draw less abdl/ar artwork in the future. I feel a strong need to branch out, for many different reasons.
Another thing I wanted to talk about was commissions. Due to recent events, I'm wondering whether or not I will ever take commissions again. I've had enough problems with people failing to pay me that I just don't want to rely on payments from individuals through paypal anymore. At the very least, I'd want to establish new rules to help protect myself from fraud and people who would gladly pay me Tuesday for a commission today. Selling stuff like comics and games based off of my own ideas would be more rewarding for me than mostly drawing things other people paid me to draw, though. I'll figure something out, I guess.

Real Talk
Posted 11 years agoFirst of all, I want to apologize to anyone waiting on commissions from me. I'm still not taking any new commissions, and may not be for a long time. My new job has kept me busy, but it hasn't kept me that busy. My turn-around time when it comes to commissions has always been lousy, and I have no excuses.
This job was a major relief to me when I was hired. Before then, I was lethargic and could barely find the motivation to draw things for myself, much less the five to ten people who had paid me to draw for them. I guess what I was lacking was a solid schedule and someone to keep an eye on me.
The way things were going, I just did not see any future for myself as a professional artist. To be honest, as time went on and more talented people started drawing the same kind of things I was, I was becoming more and more paranoid that I'd fall behind and that people would forget about it. It can be difficult to compete with other artists for commissions, but more talented, motivated, and charismatic abdl/gts/whatever artists seemed to be coming out of the wood-works.
I'd self-identified myself as a professional artist, and my failure to achieve any kind if financial independence and my family's lack of respect for me was bumming me out. It's even more depressing when I think about how little I can actually tell them without being humiliated. There's a lot of pressure, both from my fans and from myself, to always improve, and it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I think I was more productive when I was younger and had no concept of how difficult drawing was.
I feel that things are going to turn out ok for me now, though. After I finish my backlog of commissions, I can start drawing exclusively as a hobby again. I may return to the professional art scene in the future. If I do, I'd like to do more personal projects, like comics and such, that I can enjoy making on a more personal level and still make a profit off of. I've considered trying to get a degree in art. I'd like to rekindle whatever it was that inspired me to start drawing in the first place.
Things may be slow right now, but don't worry. I'm not going anywhere.

I have a job now!
Posted 11 years agoStocking shelves won't be the most glamorous job. Still, this is a pretty big moment for me. Those many months of job hunting were worth it, and I'll finally have a foothold I can use to gain a more lucrative career. For the first time in a while, I feel like everything is going to turn out ok.

Flash animations will cost double what a normal commission would. For the time being, I'll still only be doing flash animation with flat colors. I'll also make a dress-up game for you, but the price could rack up if you ask for a large amount of clothing and accessories. Let me know if you have any questions.

Second I'm going to move my late stream ahead two hours, and make it an hour longer (starting at 7:00 and lasting till 11:00). I'll make less money this way, but I need the extra time for my last month of classes. If I can find more time, I would eventually like to do some streams during weekdays to help spread out my workload. Also, won't be streaming on my Birthday cause I want to kick back and relax.
