I know its only a small passive income an artist could have on the side if they're lucky. So wanna ask a few questions, would that be worth having, and which site would be best for someone who's not gonna do any of the production/mailing myself lol.

I'm bad at doing research on these things. Especially cuz sites come and go, falling in and out of style/favor. Like, Etsy and redbubble are the only ones I know exist lol.

FA is suprisingly one of the most active places I use lol
But tumblr and (sigh) Twitter are second, only because those are "clean galleries"
Is there a place I should make more of an effort to invest time on? Like where are y'all frequenting these days? (clean or nsfw places)
Honestly I'm fine with just maintaining these, but I figured I'd ask since it kept crossing my mind.

This is mainly aimed at asking other artists to know how they get commissions done; but can apply to how does anyone motivate themselves to get shit done. I've read the articles and watched the videos on 'tips to self motivate' but I'm just... I don't know. A slave to my whims, only getting things done if I feel like it. Money has barely ever been a motivator, I don't know how much you'd have to pay me to start caring. Which is why my policy is only taking money after the art is actually done.

I'm most likely a mess of mental illnesses that make getting anything done a herculean task. So I don't know what the first thing to do to combat that would be.

So I got my old Disco account just in time for Halloween! So now I gotta go through all the messages the hacker left for my mutuals. So you can unblock or re-add that one, now it looks like I might have to juggle between two lol. Very Spooky indeed.

Waiting for my old one back might take forever I've realized... so I made a new temporary one, which is a pain but I guess its either this or never talk to my friends and mutuals ever again. So note me if you want to.

I'm so furious right now at myself and at this shit... I don't know what to do except warn y'all that have me added.

Hello, I am speaking to you from a working FA site, but every other site does not load... Except Youtube and other Google owned spaces.
earlier today Comcast had a blackout for 8 hours in our area, and when it came back up this issue began.

I've already tried the basics, restarting, unblugging, ect. (for the comp, the modem, AND the router) but nothin. It's hard to get answers since I can search all I like, but clicking on other sites won't work lol

After a couple months of not making anything nsfw I keep slipping into this headspace where "oh gosh, I shouldn't upload this thing I just made cuz what would my followers think?" I really need to stop doing this, cuz the whole purpose of this FA account is TO UPLOAD the stuff not for the mainstream social media accounts. And I also do believe in not letting your followers control what you can and can't post, they will either be mature enough to ignore it or just unfollow, or by some slim chance be into it. lol

I needed to make this journal to assure ya'll I'm still going to go through my commission list, It's taken all this time to adjust to the new computer, the new art program, the summer heat, and well, just the lack motivation. I know I'm not a big artist, so its pretty minuscule, but I still appreciate the patience.

Now things should return to normal, as long as random chance doesn't make a liar out of me. Also, should I maybe... make a public slot list to view? I know it helps to see where you're waiting in line; or if the artist even remembers you.

Welp, back to blasting the Steven Universe Movie soundtrack on loop.

I have to apologize because I've had to stop drawing, or atleast posting. Recently I had to switch to a new pc out of necessity and as you might know, Photoshop does not like carrying over. So now I'm bouncing around options for a drawing program to resume drawing (and commissions, of course) I am sorry if you are still waiting by the way!
