Hey everyone! Its been a very long time since ive posted anything here. Id just like to update everyone on where my more frequent whereabouts are!

My most active account is my twitter. I mainly post everything I do there, minus the silly doodles that I send privately to friends (if youve gotten one, you know who you are!) Life has been pretty hectic with a move, a couple job switches here and there, and a number of unfortunate events that happened. But, things are starting to look up.

I will say that im starting to lean away from art and more towards photography since thats my passion, and what I want to pursue. Ill still draw from time to time, but the majority of my tablet usage will be for doodles, sketches, and gifts that I feel the urge to do for close friends. (and maybe the occasional art trade)

...and let's hope this next year's run is full of positive change. Little update, it's my birthday today. This bearsky just hit the big 2-2. In other news, in light of the condition of my late grandmother and my cousins, I'm starting on a 1500 calorie diet. I have to be careful so this gut of mine has gotta go.

First and foremost by looking to commission me you fully realize that I am currently growing artist that is still learning the tools and techniques of the trade. I’m a very open minded artist and there are very few things that I won’t draw. If it isn’t covered below but you’re still curious, feel free to ask.

By commissioning me you consent to my style and method of art. This includes my tendency to practice with different ways of completing a final piece, whether it be dynamic shading or a new take on lighting, ect. If this is a concern of yours you are advised to either get only flat commissions from me or look elsewhere that might suit your taste more closely.


What I will not draw:
Hyper (genetalia, certain body parts. Ask.)
MLP(My little pony)/Sonic
Watersports/scat/vomit/diapers/Ballbusting
Babyfurs/Diaper furs
Aliens
Mecha/robotic characters
Extremely fat furs(As in morbidly obese/unhealthy)
Extremely thin furs(As in anorexic)
Overly rainbow characters(ie. Rainbow hair, rainbow spots, rainbow clothes, rainbow eyes, rainbow wings.)


Some things I am okay with drawing:
-Genders other than female or male.
-Tasteful NSFW
-Tame Fetishes
-Curvaceous/thick furs
-Androgynous furs
-Humans okay as well


Dear buyer:
-I require at least one UP TO DATE visual reference if you want my basic prices. (Yes they can be NSFW)
-DO NOT link me a secondlife reference unless stated otherwise.
-I will not stream your commission unless you ask.
-If there is a deadline, please inform me at the beginning of your commission. Please refrain from rushing me.* If you rush me you will get one warning. After that there will be consequences that may include cancellation of your commission.

*What is considered rushing? "Um, its been a week… why isnt it done yet?" You should wait at least three weeks before nudging me about things. If you're impatient and you want art on the spot, that is what stream commissions are for since I try my best to finish a commission before ending the stream.

-DO NOT send me a wall of text with your commission inquiry. While I like reading the backgrounds of characters, I would rather look that up myself.
-You are welcome to repost the art you buy as long as you credit back to me!
-Do not alter my artwork unless I've given you permission to do so. NEVER pay another artist to alter/color my work.

-Paypal is my only form of accepted payment, unless otherwise stated!

-Payment includes the full due price and tax through PayPal, if applicable.

-If I send you a WIP and you do not respond within 2 weeks time, the commission will be pushed down and/or sold as a YCH.
-I will not draw in another person’s style
-DO NOT inquire about your commission in-stream unless your commission is the one currently in progress. Please send a dm or note
- I work in commission queue order. So if you need yours done asap then you need to let me know up front.
- Your time will start when I start drawing your commission, not when I accept payment. As stated above, I work in queue order.

-Question: Do you take collabs?

A: Occasionally, but close friends only.

-Question: Will you reserve a slot for me?

A: No. My commissions are first come, first serve unless specified otherwise.

-Question: Do you do payment plans?

A: No. None of my art is priced high enough to need such, and I do not offer in-bulk commissions.

-Question: What are your work hours?

A: That depends entirely on my schedule. And since my schedule is all over the place, there's no telling. Ill post a journal when I am streaming, but otherwise I will work on your commission when I can.

-Question: I’m a very particular and sometimes referred to as a picky customer. Will that be a problem?

A: Be as specific as you can with your initial commission so that problems later down the road do not arise. There's a difference in being picky and being a controller. Picky is fine to an extent, which I will politely give one warning about before applying further action. If I deem you as controlling - i.e. constant changes with lines, color, or any sort - I will politely warn you once before applying further action.

NOTE - This TOS will grow as I grow. I will post an updated date at the top to keep commissioners and possible interest updated with the changes that may occur.

Hey all, just a quick note to say i'm still around, and i'm taking action due to recent events regarding my best friend  hi-biki

I will be acting as his commission agent. Meaning, any and all commissioners will go through me because of three main reasons.

1. To lower his stress levels so that he will not be driven to stop commissions again
2. To prevent toxic/disrespectful peoples from sending similar messages/notes or bothering him
3. To lessen his workload as he already has a LOT going on his his life

To note, these are only three big points. Others remain but are not of immediate importance at this time. How this will go down is as follows:

Anyone wishing to have a commission from Hibiki will be speaking with me.

Once you receive a commission slot, I will notify you and we can begin discussing your commission. PLEASE have a character reference ready.

Written descriptions are NOT acceptable unless:

1. You received a slot for a design commission
2. You received a slot for a reference sheet

Once you submit your commission application, it will be reviewed and taken into consideration.

If you fail to complete the application correctly, your submission will be rejected.
