A Welcome and my TOS
General | Posted 4 years agoHello! My name is Kith! I am new around here, but not new to the world of digital art. I have much experience in character design and illustration, as well as comic illustration. As I create more artwork of my furry friends, I will be sure to share them!
I've only just added my commission information, so I needed to add a TOS as well.
Terms of Service
1. All artwork commissioned from and created by me on this platform is only for personal use. Commercial rates are not listed.
2. If a client is to use artwork created by me on this platform to directly gain commercial profit, all rights of the artwork return to the artist (me.)
3. Artwork I create is not to be used in any relation to NFTs. In the case that they are, all rights to the artwork return to me.
4. My turn around is 2-4 weeks depending on the artwork. I work a full time job and will stay in contact with the client if any changes to my schedule occur.
5. Clients will be contacted 3 times during the process, during which they may ask for changes to the current stage. The stages are 1) Sketch, 2) Lineart, 3) color.
6. If the client is to ask for changes after the next stage has began, additional charges may occur.
7. I reserve the right to a credit line on any webpage the client may post finished or work in progress images of the artwork.
8. I reserve the right to turn down any commission before payment without explanation.
9. All commissions must be paid at least 50% before the creation period begins. Any remaining amount due must be paid after the lineart stage for the coloring stage to begin.
10. In the event that a commission must be cancelled after it has been started, by either the client or the artist, the client will be refunded to an extent of what stage the artwork is at. Sketch stage: 70% of final charge refunded. Lineart: 50% of final charge refunded.
