Hey everyone just wanted to update y’all on this past week. I got served food that wasn’t properly labeled to have almonds and cashews in it and I had a huge allergic reaction after two bites that stayed with me for two days :D

Then two days after that I got super sick and have continued battling that. We still can’t breathe but coughing stage is next I can tell.

I finished a DND commission for an irl friend and he dug it today. So that’s a success.

I don’t have to teach tomorrow but we have “Waiver day” which is like a student holiday teacher training day. Yikes.

YESTERDAY I picked up the keys to my NEW APARTMENT. Respectfully I have moved in a wheely cart for my bathroom, cork board for wedding planning and 6 20x20 canvases 😂

February is always a packed month for me but this time with moving it’ll be even more! I might reduce my stream days from 3 to either 1-2 a week just to keep my life stuff in track but still be working on art once or twice a week. Because I teach I draw for fun and pleasure to keep me from getting burned out of either passion.

I don’t take regular commissions because I do not want to get overwhelmed by a Queue and not do anything. Which is what has happened in the past. So thank you everyone who hangs out with me in stream! It really is nice and I enjoy it 💕 hope you guys have an amazing week!

I have two more weeks until I officially “move in” to my new apartment. I’ll have the whole month of February to get my stuff moved in but two weeks from today is my legal move in date!

I’m so excited! I’ll be moving in with my fiancé and another roommate. Hi his will be the first place we chose our own and I won’t be having help from family to live. Hopefully it doesn’t crash and burn?? But I’m super excited. I’ll be saving lots on gas.

With my current work schedule it’s looking like the days I can stream are Monday, Tuesday. And Wednesday. My Saturday's are open as well but I think I’ll be taking that day off for myself and chores lol.

I’m also moving soon!!! That’s really exciting since I’ve been living with my mom for the last year. I’ll be moving in with my fiancé and another roommate into our very own first apartment!

Went on a vacation to New Mexico and while I was there my bf proposed to me in a flat inbetween the mountains!! It was beautiful and I’m so so happy!! Just updating you guys while I get my stuff in order!

A lot of things have hit in my life recently and have required my attention outside of this community. My mom had surgery and I’ve been taking care of her and doing all the errands, driving, etc. I’ve also been trying to get my teaching contract signed and paperwork done. ITS A LOT. I’m ping on a week long vacation starting the 21st. So like in a week? Wow.

I’m like freaking out. But better this time. I feel much better. I have reprinted my art portfolio and also teaching portfolio (shit ton of lesson plans.) Gots my resumes printed and new shoes!! Payless is going out of business so I snagged freaking $35 heels for $11 🙌 score!

I sincerely apologize to everyone who’s waiting on commissions. Ya girl is going through it and they will get done before I post about anything else. I have a cpr/aed and infant first aid certification class tomorrow as well THEN NOTHING for like a day or so.

I forget how stressed I get about shit and then I like fall back into bad habits! I have three images that are in progress and one that’s almost done but needs the cel shading. It’s a slow work in progress but taking care of big girl job! Need those state health benefits my dudes.

Lmao so like I've literally been having a constant anxiety attack since I posted the journal yesterday!!

I went in and did the thing even looked super cute and like wore make up and shit.

I was supposed to have a teaching section but the kids were outside doing water balloon fights and getting soaked in water so they didn't make me get wet hugs. Always down for that.

IDK MAN I can only hope from here but I really liked the school and what their aim is. I did land another interview for the same district but for a full public school. Next Wednesday in case this one doesn't work out!

ANYWAY Ima start drawing and coloring owed things now that I'm not completely freaking out about my life and perpetually busy.

I literally have been non stop since like Friday of last week. Friends graduating. Mother’s Day. My dads getting married?!?? Wtf. UGH

LIKE. I’ve never really thought about myself having this or living with it but. I’m also realizing that I never really thought of myself having anxiety.


I know everyone experiences it differently but I’m just noticing a lot about myself and like over reflecting. I just like... get so damn stressed about stuff that I shut down and don’t feel up for anything?? Like basic needs and taking care of myself are getting lax and I just overall like see myself not caring??? But how.

How do fix??

I know I just need to do stuff right like get it done but then I flip that I didn’t deliver. Like I really wanted to produce more art this week than I actually did. And instead of working today like I should be. (Well I guess this isn’t nothing) I’m helping friends like pack their apartments and decorating their grad caps.

Idk if these are even real problems this is more of a vent confusion journal BUT HEY.
