Explanation as to whats been going on.

Hello all.
Originally I was going to explain what was going on a few weeks back. I had even initially planned to explain over a month ago though, back when it first started to get worse.
Stuff just kept sbowballing and made everything even more overwhelming as I kept putting it off.
I had/have a few physical and mental heath issues, family issues and technology issues to name a few.
I was and still am struggling to work due to it all. I am still working, just at a snails pace essentially.
My mental state got so bad at times that trying to relax, take my mind off of stuff, have a me day, play games, watch stuff, work on stuff, even just cooking and eating, all of it was too much, too tiresome and off-putting.
To add to my already crumbling mental state, I was already bad at socialising, my anxiety made that way worse. Especially these past few months. Not only did I have multiple people cross my boundaries making me uncomfortable, I was already struggling to get on most sites to check my notes.
I was (and still am a little) intimidated and scared because of how long I was/am taking. To the point I just kept expecting the absolute worse to happen, making myself ill over it numerous times.
I felt it better to just get the work done then post it to people.
This was from/because of the mindset that even though most of the notes I did read were understanding, patient and kind, just waiting for an update/checking in me. Nothing bad.
My stupid brain kept making me sick from fear and anxiety that the messages would be rude, insulting, telling me of and worse still. Even though most of the times I opened the notes showed otherwise.
But eventually the guilt of logging in and seeing the notes that I kept getting overwhelmed by, started eating at me too much that I just avoided fa, da and stuff all together for a while until recently were I uploaded one adopt post.
Earlier into all of this I started feeling a little better, baby steps and all that. After finally getting a bit better we received some pretty bad news, which is what made it all plummet again and honestly made it worse this time, the type of news that you can't exactly just wait out or expect to get better.
To be as blunt as possible, over the past few months there have been 3 deaths, 2 of which are family members. One of which was this morning, the over a few days ago. This one will likely take a bit longer to recover from.
I'm sorry that I've let this all of this stuff affect me how it has been, and that I slowed down so much. Currently I'm not in the best of mindsets.
I was holding off posting this until Tuesday at least, when I'm meant to be working again, but after clearing my thoughts, thought it would be best to just post it as soon as possible.
Get it out of the way. Both for my sake and my customers sakes.
I normally hate opening up about issues to my friends and family. I also feel I should never let my real life seep into my work life. Its nobodies business what goes on in my life and I shouldn't be unloading and causing issues to you guys.
But right now, the need and feeling that I have to explain some stuff greatly outweighs the hesitation to talk.
So that's kind of a glimpse of what my life has been like the last few months without opening up too much.
There's some stuff I'm still not over and haven't fixed yet.
But I'm trying. It's just really difficult to open up about stuff.
I am still working on stuff even though I get mentally and physically fatigued within minutes of working on stuff.
So again. I am sorry about all of this.
About the slowness, the silence.
I'll try to get stuff done and sent out as fast as possible.
I'll be trying to read the messages on Tuesday when I'm officially back at work again. So please bare with me.

Little Tech and stuff update.

So, I had been trying to get these issues fixed for a whole dang week. I tried not too long ago to post about all this but had issues doing so.
And apparently public wifi does not like FA. Who'd have guessed. @@
First; The router has issues, to the point that apparently I had been using the hubs built in back up 4G for like 2-3 weeks now. The 4g is super spotty even with an ethernet cable.
Secondly, My tablet pen and monitor gets wonky, again, but luckily it's fixed by restarting. Just super tedious.
Thirdly, My laptop decides to just brick itself, literally all services stop, the audio service and wifi service both just disappear, troubleshooting didn't work.
After hours of trying to restore, backdate or restart it, all with no luck, I had to clean wipe reinstall windows, so now anything that I didn't move from on there is gone.
Luckily I did move most of the important stuff / work stuff across to a drive prior to wiping. But I am unsure if there was anything I missed. We'll see if I missed anything, but from what I can see/tell it's all clear for now.
And then, to put the cherry on top. Fourth; while using my phone to try fix most of these issues, it just decides it's going to give up.
The screen will light up for a few minutes, before going black. When it does light up, it just looks broken, several white strips, the touch screen itself doesn't work.
I just managed to get the laptop working last night but wasn't logged into anything, and after the driver faffing me around for two days, I got my phone replacement today.
But I still have to set up and log into everything. So I may be a tad slow at getting to messages, let alone sending replies. I'm hoping that my 4g behaves today and doesn't decides it wants to be super slow.
I'm honestly just one more issue away from launching all devices out the window and refunding everyone and just disappearing entirely at this point. I'm so tired and drained.
I'm just extremely exhausted and stressed right now, I also have a housing inspection coming up that was rescheduled and is triggering my anxiety something fierce currently.
I am so sorry about all this. I will try get to replying to you guys asap.

This is mostly to explain the slowness, not to excuse it.
Originally I was hoping to not post about it at all and just carry on with work silently.
I really don't ever want to post about this stuff.
But given how much slower I've gotten and how difficult it is right now, I felt it only fair to at least explain a little.
Even if only one person were to read this that's fine.
I'd rather not have to explain to each and every person individually, so at least I can just link this journal.
So I have been and still am really struggling mentally and a littlephysically too, and only just recently felt better physically, but not 100%.
Bad news, scares, days were I felt so unwell I couldn't get out of bed, all one after another. Of which I just trucked straight through because I feel its not really anyone's else business if I'm honest?
But on top of my own issues we had some very bad news not long ago about a family member, and it seems the all clear they'd given us was a little overly ambitious. So we're still dealing with those scares and stress.
I will be replying to notes later today and throughout the night and tomorrow.
Most of the older Nut buttons are finished, I'm just finishing of, consolidation pieces?
For how long they took.
There's a few other pieces that are/we're finished a while ago but I haven't gotten to posting, updating or sending them out yet.
Please do remember, I only really work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays, and I'm im the GMT timezone.
I'm extremely sorry for the delays. Life do just be like that sometimes.
Please don't send pity, I'm already tired of feeling helpless and overwhelmed as is, the pity and the sort just makes me feel even more guilt.

I am looking into refunding some pieces I feel I just can't handle but I'm unable to afford manual refunds right now so I may have to take on additional work just for that.

Weird question for fellow artists.

I have always had issues with RSI overall in my whole hand and wrist, but lately over the last year it's specifically been hurting my knuckles.
Any tips or stretching suggestions specifically for rsi knuckle pain?
I've always sucked at following my schedule to a T.
Doing extra work on days off constantly and working more than 12 hours a day everyday.
But the prolonged decade of drawing nonstop with only a few hour breaks between had really taken a toll on me.
Even when I went on "Vacation" I continued to draw, and I know that's the main culprit, but how do you guys combat specifically knuckle pain?
Cause I don't particularly want to stop, but it's becoming harder to draw for as long as I do without pain.
TLDR: im a dumb ass, got rsi which is specifically triggering in my knuckles, got any remedies or suggestion?

I always reserve the right to cancel your commission if I feel the need to. Normal refund rules still apply.
However if the commission is cancelled due to something on my end then there will be a grace percentage of 10% added on top for your sake.

If the Image is being/has been sketched, then you can only ask for a 80% refund.

If the image is being/has been lined, then you can only ask for a 50% refund.

By buying from/commissioning me, you the customer; are fully agree to ALL of the Terms and Conditions listed below.
These rules are to protect myself, but also to help the customer with knowing what to do if needed.

You cannot alter any of my work specifically at all, be it a model, artwork or design, the only exception to this are my bases.
However you can ask me to make alterations of my work for you. There will most likely be a fee.
You will get permission to use the item/work, however you cannot reproduce, resell, trace, rip parts or claim anything as your own.
You are not buying rights to my actual work, you will not actually own my work.
Just like how I will not own the characters involved in my work, so if you resell the character I do not hold any claims to them, however you will not own any claims to the artwork if you resell the character.
You can alter your character freely, like their hair or eye colour, but you are altering the character, not the original design. You cannot alter the design artwork.
You must ALWAYS credit me when specifically using any of my work, be it a model, template/base, artwork or design.
Commissioning others to work on my design does not need any credit linking back to me, however you still cannot claim the design as your own.
You are in no way or form allowed to remove my signature. You may ask me to move it around for you, but it will never be removed.
In the event I give you an unmarked / signatureless version, you cannot post that piece unless it is marked.
However if I gave you an unmarked version specifically of the Nut Button YCH, The Sad Emote YCH or the Chibi Dancy YCH in the past, then you do not need to worry.
I will be adding my signature to all finished pieces from here on out. Dated, 22nd September 2022.

When buying a Base from me you are agreeing that you are buying a template from me that you can alter.

Feathered/Angel/Moth Wings Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, the wings cost a base price of £15. +£10 per extra pair.
Hair Length Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, if the hair goes past the thighs it has a +£10 fee. +£15 fee instead if the hair touches the floor whilst standing.
Alternate Variants Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, Each variant has a fee. But these are a case by case issue. Contact me about it.
To make one of my adoptable designs into your own Custom Species, there is a £40 fee added to the design's price.
The fee is so high since you will be using the design as a base for your Custom Species, and that means you can then make profitable adoptables based from my initial design.
*If you have a something listed above but only half of it, so one extra limb, or one wing, ask me about the pricing as it will be a case by case scenario.*
You can absolutely contact me about a WIP at any time, but please be aware of my work schedule.
