So anyways! I am gonna be there Wednesday through monday, rooming with  sekh765  felixfox and  RyujiKimura! I try not to talk too much in suit, but I'm not gonna be dumb about it.

That said, if I'm in suit and don't want to interact with you, plus don't try to force it. I might be trying to get water or get out of suit. Also, please shower at least once a day. Please.

So yeah, that was pretty fucking crazy.

Arrived Thursday and met up with  sekh765  l0st  nandrattle  jousterl  pathia and a bunch of other big nerds in registration. I then proceeded to get registered before all of them because I am like the only person who bought a sponsorship rather than supersponsor or normal registration. At some point  Xasyr showed up and then went to the wrong hotel like a BIG DUMB DOG. He got rained on it was pretty gross dealing with that wet dog smell. That night our whole giant group of like 30-something people ate at sharp edge and took over their entire second floor before we migrated to the temporary zoo in the Westin and played card games.

I don't remember too much about Friday, ate breakfast at the bagel place (which I did every morning), raided the dealer's and artist's areas for DAT SWAG, and got so many fursuit hugs. like goddamn. so many hugs. Dinner that night was at the meatball place on the bottom floor of Sienna Mercato while some of our group was on the roof of the same restaurant in the beer garden being LAME and not shoving their faces full of BALLS.

Spent most of Saturday handling fursuiters, first  andreus while he was wearing  vexfursuit before and during the parade, and later  zennyfox while he bounced around at literally a million miles per hour and did the masquerade thing. Met so many cool people and hugged SO MANY FURSUITERS, handling fursuiters has the benefit of allowing you to extract hugs from them at will.

Sadly I had to leave Sunday morning, because work is lame.

As he was moving out he found my FWA 2012 shirt. His reaction was essentially "Wow, gross, a furry shirt. How did this get in here?" And he tried to throw it out. When I informed him that the shirt was, in fact, mine, I felt like I could watch his brain short-circuiting as he tried to reconcile the fact that I am a furry with the fact that I am seemingly normal (little does he know, of course).

edit - finished the game, was pretty spooky.

So, new Amnesia game comes out in less than two weeks. For the uninitiated, Amnesia is an atmospheric horror game that made me curl up in a corner and cry when I played it through. My current plan is to run late night streams of myself doing a blind playthrough of the new game.

So, I'm back from FWA, had a blast and hung out with cool peeps. Waited for elevators, ate food, drank more than I should have, all that stuff.

Elevator issues aside, the convention was great. It seems to get better and better every year.
