Cleaning the gallery plus a question

The place is a bit dusty so in the next days some of my older/less interesting drawings will be moved under the "Scraps" section.
I won't delete them as I know some of you still... uh... consult them.
Speaking of which, there is a long, long, long queue of this year's hornyness ready to be posted, so stay tuned for next day's submissions! They're like... 45+ drawings I'm trying to upload, so it will take a while. I don't want to flood everybody's subs, so I will post 1/2 everyday except for weekends.
Now, time for the question.
Considering the latest discourse regarding feral NSFW, and considering that there is already feral stuff here, would you appreciate more of this content?
Am I going to internet hell if I post it? Will I find twitter police at my door if I do and put me in jail? (Jokes on you, it's legal in this country, ah!)

I must take a few weeks off from commissions because college called me back to give me a relevant role in their summer masterclass.
Which is good because it's juicy stuff for my portfolio, and it's bad because I wasn't expecting to start this master so soon (I should have started on 2nd of July with a meeting, BUT GUESS WHO'S PLANNING THE ACTUAL MEETING).
So, I must take a few days/weeks off to actually move my stuff and get settled into the new place.
Nothing too bad though, it won't be the absurd delay I had last year.

Academy updates
Tomorrow there will be my last day of academy, on 4th of January I will officially graduate. I don't know how to feel about this. I thought I was going to be happier, and strong, and full of hopes for the future, while I'm actually tired af, kind of depressed and worried I'm just a smol fish in an ocean of sharks. The good thing is that I was selected for a special masterclass in July (where I basically work for free but whatever) and that means I'm probably not as bad as my mind wants me to believe.
I wanted to leave home next year, but I'm stuck here for the master. It had to be in France, but the one I'm taking here in Rome is better, so... still living with my parents for another year.
In college I found so many new friends, I'm so sad we will all go to different roads.
Health updates
I had a few major mental breakdowns this year, mostly caused by hormones I was taking for my severe PCOS. I came to the conclusion that causing myself clinical depression, total lack of sexual interest, cramps and acne scars is not worth having a regular period (that is not actually a period, but just a fake bleeding but whatevs).
I'm angry for feeling like shit just because doctors are completely oblivious to how to treat PCOS in Italy. I almost killed myself because the first pill had too little estrogen (fun fact: in US that pill is being banned because it gives severe depression, but in Italy they are selling it as the best pill in the world. I'm speechless). Then they gave me another pill that made me gain weight (10 kg and I was already on the border of being overweight), then they tried another one, and another one, and then I fucking lost it and I quit on medications.
For real, there is no reason why I should take medicines for my PCOS: I don't want kids (btw, the doc said that I should have a kid to fix PCOS. MY GOODNESS), I'm okay with plucking hair twice a week, and I'm ok with not having periods. Why should I treat something that's not giving me any discomfort? I do have cramps, but I'm having them with medications too.
I already have severe mental health issues to battle, I don't want to make them worst just because society wants me fertile.
Hardware updates
My computer had a lot of problems this year. Thank you win10. I fucking despise this OS.
Now it's fine, I bought a bigger tablet (23" vs the 13" I was using before) and more RAM for my precious baby. Someone should invent RAM for humans, dammit.
Commissions updates
THIS IS THE THING YA'LL WERE WAITING FOR.
In a few days I'll open for commissions again, this time they will be FAST as when I started doing them. FUCK YEAH.
Maybe I'll open for one animation too... *wink wink*

2018 Update!
General | Posted 8 years agoOkay, I've been (almost) dead for the past months, and while I would love to say that was only because of college... well, it hadn't been the case.
Health update
I started suffering of hormonal issues AGAIN and the endocrinologist almost killed me. Twice.
Ok, maybe the second time she didn't really try to kill me, but the med I was prescribed had literally no use for my disease. So here I am: covered in pimples (which I didn't have even as a teen), fatter and angrier than usual.
Hoping this new med finally solves the problem.
Tech update
I finally updated my pc and my graphic tablet. It took me ONE FUCKING MONTH to set everything up (Rest in peace, old pc. You'll be missed) thanks to Windows 10. Seriously, fuck you Bill Gates.
And now I have a 21'' graphic tablet, which is an improvement since I was losing my sight on the previous 13", but isn't Wacom (seriously Wacom, you cannot expect people to pay more than 1k for a fucking monitor). Is it better than wacom? It isn't. Is it equal? Probably. Is it cheap? FUCK YES. Will my drawings improve after this purchase? I have no clue, but I really hope so.
Art update
I'm learning how to animate in 3D, so I might soon search for a 3d modeler and/or rigger.
And I'm doing a lot of cool stuff you guys will LOVE.
Also, expect a lot of kobolds.
Anyway, I wish you guys that 2018 will be your year. For me, it's been amazing so far (except for Win10. Fuck you win10).

Life updates
Well, academy has started last month, and it's being crazy enough already. I literally have no time to breathe, let alone work on personal projects.
This year will be pretty hard. The stakes are high, and I don't want to fuck up as usual. There is a remote possibility that I could win a scholarship in California, and I want to push myself to get it.
I want to leave this place, there is nothing for me here. I cannot call this place "home" anymore.
That said, this will mean that I won't be much active here. Forgive me in advance if I miss some comments/notes.

And maybe Disneyland, if I'm lucky enough (little trivia about me: I'm a HUGE theme park nerd. Like, the kind of person that would watch hours of tips and secrets about Disney parks).

Need advice on a pen display
General | Posted 8 years agoLately I'm experiencing more and more issues with my cintiq companion 1, so I came to the conclusion that it's time to put it on "sleep mode" for good. It's probably going to stay as a tool for when I'm travelling, but that's another story.
So, I checked for a bigger and passive screen (the ones that you plug on the computer) and Wacom's are definitely out of my budget.
Searching far and wide I found this "copycat" that seem to have brilliant reviews: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=14481
My questions are: does anybody have experience with this tablet? Does it look good? Why on Earth is so cheap compared to Wacom? Am I going to become crazy with Harmony or it's going to work fine? (<---not that Harmony ever worked fine with any device)

I wanted to write it here too because I'm always complaining in these journals, especially about school, and for once I wanted to cheer with all of you!
The scholarship is not much, in terms of money, but it's something very important for me.
First, it means that I was recognized as one of the three best students of my year, and after all the fucking sleep lost, it's heartwarming. Especially since my self-esteem is somewhere close to non-existent.
Then, it means that I might have a chance as a professionist. This is the first time that I'm receiving some kind of "yeah, your not a hobbist anymore. You know how to do stuff" thing and I'm glad it has one of my favorite teacher's sign on it (animation teacher, I'm looking at you. You are like a second mom for the whole class).
Also, one of the best part after being called as the scholarship winner, was my friends' and fellow colleagues reaction. They were all smiling for me. Clapping for me. Cheering with me. Nobody was jealous, they even said that seeing me winning the scholarship, was making feel like they did it too.
And I think that's the most important prize I could ever win.
I learnt a big lesson this year: never make competition get in the way. If somebody calls for help, help them. Even if that means they will be better than you. Because one day those guys are going to work with you, and a competent colleague, makes a winning team.

Done with another academy year + some updates
General | Posted 8 years agoFirst, before speaking my mind on this year, an announcement:
I will finish commissions as fast as possibile. I will contact those in the queue soon, to check if they are still interested in the commission, so expect a note from me if you are one of those people.
About academy...
I'm finally done with another college year. I cannot say that I'm happy of how it went: first, I'm not satisfied with what I managed to produce. Everything has been rushed to the point where we had literally no time to finish everything (I managed to, but I had to sacrifice sleep and time with my loved ones in order to do that). The worst thing, is that I had to present my -ugly- work to Tony Tarantini, who was one of the examiners (Tony Tarantini is a very important animator and teacher, he worked on basically every tv series you watched as a kid).
Then, a few of our teachers occasionally disappeared when we needed them, even on the day of the final presentation.
I'm simply disappointed, because they expect a professional attitude from us, yet this rule doesn't apply to them.
So much work going to waste...
About my health...
Okay, who talked to me privately already knew that I had some health problems, to the point that certain days I could barely sit on the chair for the pain. Finally, after more than five years and a lot of money wasted, a doctor understood (accidentally) what's the problem.
Aaaand I don't know how to call it, because the name it's something really complicated that I can barely remember in my language, let alone in English.
Basically, I have an issue with my dorsal spine/shoulderblades that causes my nerves to be crushed by bones.
So, my severe pain in stomach, intestines, arms and utherus is nothing related to the parts themselves.
My condition is so bad, that at the moment I have one arm completely in inflammation, from the shoulder to the tips of the fingers (and I'm all tied up like a mummy, which really doesn't help in writing this journal lol).
I'm pretty relieved to finally know the reason of this absurd pain, but I also realized that to get it cured it's a long road of expensive treatments... I know I should rest and not work in the meanwhile, but HEY money don't grow on trees and my family cannot afford to help me with medic bills at the moment (just in case you're wondering: the price it's nothing as expensive as american healthcare, but here insurances are not a thing).
I will finish commissions as fast as possibile. I will contact those in the queue soon, to check if they are still interested in the commission, so expect a note from me if you are one of those people.
About academy...
I'm finally done with another college year. I cannot say that I'm happy of how it went: first, I'm not satisfied with what I managed to produce. Everything has been rushed to the point where we had literally no time to finish everything (I managed to, but I had to sacrifice sleep and time with my loved ones in order to do that). The worst thing, is that I had to present my -ugly- work to Tony Tarantini, who was one of the examiners (Tony Tarantini is a very important animator and teacher, he worked on basically every tv series you watched as a kid).
Then, a few of our teachers occasionally disappeared when we needed them, even on the day of the final presentation.
I'm simply disappointed, because they expect a professional attitude from us, yet this rule doesn't apply to them.
So much work going to waste...
About my health...
Okay, who talked to me privately already knew that I had some health problems, to the point that certain days I could barely sit on the chair for the pain. Finally, after more than five years and a lot of money wasted, a doctor understood (accidentally) what's the problem.
Aaaand I don't know how to call it, because the name it's something really complicated that I can barely remember in my language, let alone in English.
Basically, I have an issue with my dorsal spine/shoulderblades that causes my nerves to be crushed by bones.
So, my severe pain in stomach, intestines, arms and utherus is nothing related to the parts themselves.
