i'm still going to post everything i write here, or at least most things, but going forward my own site is where i'll be putting everything. i tried to make it as readable as possible, and i think it should work fine on any device!

after 210 days, i'm finally out of that cleanroom. my new immune system is properly in place (after trying to kill me for a few months), after a whole lot of hell such as brain damage and tubes up urethras for a month

anyway i just have to recover from being in one room for half a year and i'll be back!

it's been what, 4 months? god, this sucks. i would really like to go home but things just keep going wrong one after another, and i've spent the last month solid with a 8mm-diametre tube up my dick, so i'm really not having a fun time. hey, at least i get morphine. i'm really hoping that i'll be able to get out of here sometime in february, but eesh, maybe this is just my forever home now.

still in the hospital! it's been almost 3 months, and for those keeping track at home, it's supposed to take 1 month before im healthy enough to outpatient this shit. unfortunately, i seem to be a chimera, and double unfortunately, that isn't a good thing. my old immune system survived the radiation and chemo and is fighting my new one, which is the reason everything is so fucky!

also it gives me a tremendous chance of dying. that's another thing. oh well.

i did warn yall that this would take months but sheesh, it really is just a lot of waiting around doing nothing. things are as boring for me as they are for you right now! i'm taking the rare opportunity to hop on here and update FA folk as to how i'm doing, but i spend a whole lot more time on things that the hospital doesnt block such as twitter, so go follow me @oannablue, or garblefart if youre interested in the recovery updates

the short version is that the cancer has been burned from my flesh but so has my entire immune system. i got a new one but it's talking its damn time making my bones its home. i'll probably be stuck in this cleanroom another few weeks at the very least, but after that i go home and deal with being immunocompromised for a few months!

after a good few months of delays i've now finally started this whole radiation thing. i already got my first dose and i have 5 more to go, so hey, this whole thing's going to be interesting. i will try my darndest not to die but man that's gonna be tough.

this really punched me in the guts, ugh. i was bonding with cetas over having to go through all the same stuff as them, except they were a month or so ahead of me. and now they died, during the same procedure i'm going to go through in a month. i was really feeling better about going through this with them, and helping each other, and how we were gonna survive it together.

fuck. i wish i talked to them more.

its taking fuckin forever cause i'm on new drugs but apart from that i'm doing good! not dying too much, should just take 2 months before i get to the transplant part, so everything's just slowwwww

so yeah, it's been a month since the last time i talked about my cancer here. short version, i'm still dying, and my odds of survival are worse than ever. it's really not a fun feeling :(

my chances of surviving the treatments i have left to go through in the hospital are around 50/50, and that already sucks enough, but even if i do survive the hospital and make it back home... well, the odds of me being alive in 5 years are frankly abysmal.

mastodon has been around for ages at this point but i really really really recommend finding an instance that you like and making an account, because twitter is really on its last legs now. the ship is sinking and us rats need to find a way out!

things have not all that improved in the time since my last journal entry! i have more of the depressing details over on patreon but the tl;dr is that things are bad and they're gonna get worse before they get better. there is zero chance of me being out of hospital before springtime, and my life until then is gonna be... interesting.

in the end the reason i'm making this update post is because i do have a few ideas for what i want to happen in the not-unlikely event of my death, and i wanted to get them all down in one place. first and most importantly: the moment i die, Anna (the lewd goop bird) enters the public domain, and everyone is free to create anything involving her that they'd like. commissions, stories, art, anything! no permission needed from anyone. cause i'd be dead.

i don't really expect that this fun lewd community will keep her going on forever, but i would like to at least know that she outlived me if the worst comes to pass! keeping her spirit alive is definitely the best way to honour my memory.

a week ago I was diagnosed with leukemia and I've been in the hospital ever since. all the fun chemo and baldness and depression, all that fun stuff. on december 1st of last year, i released anthology of lewd vol 2. it was a culmination of every last thing i wrote that year, all tied up neatly with a bow for all to enjoy. it was 72 pages long.

now, things are still deep in development when it comes to volume 3, but here's a preliminary page count for you all: ~240. that is A LOT OF PAGES!! i wrote so much more this year!! y'all better buy this dang thing when it comes out on december 1st!!!

thanks to international issues with country of origin, citizenship, and legal name changes, it's pretty much impossible for me to get a bank account any time soon. this was fine when paypal was playing nice but turns out that after a month it locks itself until you link up a card or a bank account! heck, there's still money in there i cant send to anyone or buy things with. absolutely horrible.

so in the end there is no way for me to take commissions. all the cool paypal alternatives are US-only because international law bs.
