I'm making an attempt to write a book about a robot, and I've doodled a bunch of porn and otherwise self-indulgent art having to do with it. XD I'm gonna post a bunch of it for the sake of staying active here.

EDIT: The magic word is hidden somewhere in this TOS, changes monthly, and will be moved around every time I make a change in my rules. The idea is to encourage you to read this carefully!

Sending payment for a commission means that you:
a. are at least 18 years of age and
b. agree to the following terms of service:

--PAYMENT--

Payment is due when I get to your slot. This will be handled through invoice (you supply your Paypal email, and I send you an invoice for the amount). Commissions totaling $40 or more may be paid half at start and half upon completion, but commissions below $40 must be paid in full at start.
If you are unable to pay at the time your slot comes up, I will move on to the next slot and ask you again once that is complete.

I accept payment through Paypal primarily, but if you are for some legitimate reason unable to use Paypal we can discuss an alternative.

-Cancellations and Refunds-

If you decide against purchasing a commission before I have gotten to your slot, let me know and I will remove you from the queue.
If you decide to cancel a commission I have already begun working on, I will refund what you paid minus the cost of whatever state of completion the commission is in at the time.

--COMMUNICATION--

I can be contacted via the notes system on FurAffinity or DeviantArt. WIPs can be posted on FA, emailed, or shared via Skype.

-WIPs and Revisions-

I will provide a "Work In Progress" image after every step (sketch, lineart, color, etc) and after every revision. Multiple errors pointed out in one go constitutes a single revision.

The number of revisions accepted for a piece depends on the commission type:

Sketches: 2 revisions max
Lineart: 5 revisions max
Flat color: 7 revisions max
Full color: 10 revisions max
The "Big Package" and Deluxe Digital: 30 revisions max

A single pose redraw is permitted in commissions full color and up, but only in the sketch stage. Redraws/large edits in other stages and revisions over the limit will incur an additional fee.

--CHARACTERS WITHOUT REFERENCES--

Except in the case of the "Big Package" reference and "slave" streams, commissions involving a character that does not have an existing up-to-date image will be subject to a $15 character design fee.

--PERMISSIONS AND RIGHTS--

Unless arranged otherwise, I the artist retain full rights to any commission image, including but not limited to print selling and advertising.

Customers are permitted to use/display their commissions in any non-profit fashion with credit given (reposting on FA, printing for personal use, etc). Signature most be kept intact except in the case of cropping a small section of a piece to be used as an icon.

--RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE--

I maintain the right to refuse service for any reason at all, including but not limited to commission content and behavior of a would-be client.
Please consult my "Will not draw" list below for content I am likely to refuse. If you are unsure whether I would be comfortable with drawing your preferred content, feel free to ask.

If you do not include the monthly-changing magic word (March 2014: pancakes) in your order form, I will ask you to go back and read my TOS again.

-Will not draw-

There are some things I either am unable to draw or will not draw for moral or personal reasons. These include but are not necessarily limited to:

- Hate art of a person or group
- Glorified or sexualized domestic abuse
- Cub/minors in sexual situations
- Rape
- Gore and/or guro
- Excessive violence in a sexual context (Mild BDSM is ok, but not to the point of causing serious injury)
- Hard vore
- HumanXanimal (as in an animal that thinks and behaves like an animal)
- Coprophagia (shit-eating)
- Myself or my sona in adult contexts

-Will not post-

There are a handful of things that I am willing to draw but I do not want to post on my FA page for some reason or another. You may still post these yourself with credit given to me as the artist. These include but are not necessarily limited to:

- Diaper fetish
- Piss drinking
- Characters under 16 (Still in non-sexual scenarios only. They will still be posted on my DA page, but it doesn't feel right to have them displayed in the same place as my adult work. This does not apply to species that reach full emotional and physical maturity at a younger age, eg ferals, Pokemon, etc.)

The following I am willing to draw, but I will not post them and you may NOT post art of these by me on FA. I will not sign them, and I ask that if you do post them elsewhere, do not include my username or any other identifying information. These include but are not necessarily limited to:

It's been a while since the last time I changed 'em and I've started to feel like the time I spend working on my commissions is worth more than what I've been charging, so I'm giving my price list and TOS an overhaul. I'm hoping to provide more clarity for customers and better quality as well, as I can spend a lot more time and energy on something I'm getting better compensated for.
You can expect a general increase in prices of course, but I'll also be adding new options (such as set prices for reference sheets) and removing the additional fee for adult/fetish art. Stay tuned, errybody.

Yep yep. My psychiatrist said I'm only allowed to have one drink, so I'm just gonna go out to dinner with my family and have a drink at the restaurant. Not terribly keen on getting drunk anyway, and I almost always go out to eat with my family on my birthday and enjoy doing so, so it's win-win. :3

I'm considering drawing some watersports art. Are you guys ok with seeing that here or should I get another account for it? I suspect it won't be a problem, but just thought I'd make sure, since it's not something I've ever posted here.

I may not be terribly active in terms of posting, but I'm on FA almost every day. X3 I've just been working on writing something.

All in all it was a rather different experience from last year. It was just as enjoyable as (if not more enjoyable than) last year, even though I missed the parade. I only went to a couple of panels, but I spent a lot of time in the Zoo after Artists' Alley closed each day.

I got to meet a few of my favorite artists, including  argon_vile,  vombatiformes, and  vallhund. That was pretty awesome and they were all quite pleasant to interact with. I also met one of my watchers,  mizuhironeko. He was in his suit and not speaking, so it was difficult to have a conversation, but it was still super cool to meet him.

I initially met up with  crpdude and his boyfriend since we know each other IRL, but I also spent a lot of time sitting with people I didn't know before. I talked to a number of artists that I hadn't heard of before and got to discuss lots of interesting fetishes, among other things. Yay socialization! I just wish I had written down everyone's usernames. orz

On a related note, I introduced CRPdude to someone as "Buttface" at one point. It made sense in context though, so it was ok.

I made a decent chunk of change in the Alley and managed to do a bit better than breaking even with my expenses. I sold three hats and nine commissions. I also did a couple sketch trades, and nobody brought me a squeeze pop but I did trade a sketch for a Bawls energy drink. I think I'll have to resort to buying a box of squeeze pops online.

Tl;dr: Met people, had fun, and made money. Great con 10/10 would bang attend again.

I'll have my table in the Artists' alley today, Saturday, and Sunday. Look for a chick wearing a black corset and maybe a maroon fedora with a feather in it as well. I'll be selling mini hats and sketch and inked commissions. Sketches will be $5/character and inks will be $10/character.
