It's been a while, huh? (Opening Commissions) (2017 Update)
General | Posted 9 years agoI've been busy with things here and there, so I haven't had much a chance to actually work on my sprite work anymore. But with Evolution 2016 coming up, and some free time on my hands all of the sudden, why not open up? Just leave a comment if you're interested!
Final Fantasy styled sprite commissions
-$7 bucks per character sprite. Background plaque does not count as a character sprite!
-$1 dollar for character recolors if requested! (Example: You order a sprite of Ken from Street Fighter V, and ask for two versions; one default, one of his second color. Please note that asking for an alternate costume constitutes a brand new character sprite.)
-Can be yourself, an original character, or your favorite character
-Human or Furry characters are fine
-Includes background plaque unless otherwise noted!
Earthbound styled sprite commissions
-$5 dollars per character sprite
-$2 dollars more for a simple background
-Can be yourself, an original character, or your favorite character
-Human or Furry characters are fine
EDIT: These are still open! Feel free to Note me if you're interested!

Fill this out with your thoughts, then! I'll make another journal post about it once I gain enough responses. Cheers!

OKAY, SPRITE DUMP'S DONE
General | Posted 10 years agoSorry about that spam. Decided to add my work here to FA as well as DA. Hey, might as well get as much use out of this thing as possible, right?
Insomniac Games Community Day was amazing
General | Posted 16 years agoJust got back from the Insomniac Games Community Day, where I got to try out the new Ratchet & Clank Future:A Crack in Time. I even walked away with some bitchin' swag.
The T-Shirt they gave out to everyone

One of the two posters you could pick, then signed by the development team (Even got the voice actor for Clank to sign it. Did you know that his voice is actually not electronically modified at all when playing Clank? =o Crazy, right?)
http://img29.imageshack.us/i/dsci0305a.jpg/
Both a copy of the game, plus an inflatable wrench (Both were given free to everyone that went)
http://img16.imageshack.us/i/dsci0297v.jpg/
What you see when you first walk into Insomniac's Office. It had three TV screens showing A Crack in Time trailers, but without sound. Also, you can't tell in the photo, but there's blue lighting above and beneath the screens.

A photo of one of the posters they had for the game that was on the convention floor

A picture of the lead designer, programmer, and CEO of the company, as well as Adam Sessler and two of the voice actors
http://img11.imageshack.us/i/dsci0256of.jpg/
A picture of Insomniac's offices while I was waiting in line (I was bored, plus it was kind of a cool shot imo)
http://img30.imageshack.us/i/dsci0261.jpg/
Pictures of posters that were on the walls of the actual offices themselves
http://img29.imageshack.us/i/dsci0274l.jpg/
http://img16.imageshack.us/i/dsci0275.jpg/
http://img403.imageshack.us/i/dsci0276.jpg/
http://img39.imageshack.us/i/dsci0279i.jpg/
http://img30.imageshack.us/i/dsci0280.jpg/
http://img11.imageshack.us/i/dsci0277g.jpg/
And finally, pictures of the prizes they were raffling off (I didn't win anything sadly, but that's ok. Also, on the right were two action figures, one of Ratchet and one of Captain Quark that honestly reminded me of Pixar animation. They were amazingly cool, but they could only be gotten via auction, and I'm poor, so...=P)
http://img29.imageshack.us/i/dsci0293a.jpg/
http://img29.imageshack.us/i/dsci0296.jpg/
I didn't want to disturb the developers, as they were way too busy signing posters and whatnot, but I did get to chat with a couple of people who gave me some insight about the industry and whatnot. To put things simply, I really, REALLY want to work there someday @.@ Hopefully starting with an internship next summer. At least, one can hope! =o
