As you probably noticed while reading my new price chart, some of them got a little raise.
Because I don't want to raise my prices without any justifications, I'd like to explain myself properly — because when it comes to communication with either my friends or customers, transparency is what matter the most.

2018 has been the first year where I saw a way to live out of my art — to live out of my passion — and finally a professionnal opportunity to do so. For those who followed me since 2018 and before, you're probably aware I've been hired to work on a game named 'Mercenary Leto' ; my first big project as an illustrator/pixel artist/character designer and as an aspiring professionnal artist.

During this year of work on 'Mercenary Leto' and other various projects, I realized I made a lot of progress and found a better way to manage my time and efforts, allowing me to truly starting to earn my life as an artist. My dream would be to live out of my art full-time and being able to produce better quality content over time while being safe financially speaking — hence why I allowed myself to set up new prices based on my current time/quality ratio.

I hope you'll understand this decision I took — not without taking my followers' opinions in consideration, as I opened a poll last month on twitter to know what people think about the way I set up my prices.

If you have anything to say about this, in a positive or negative way, don't hesitate to let me hear your opinion in the comments or in DMs ; anything will help me to understand what would be the best for either me and my followers/customers !

Winter is coming, and with it the loss of my graphic tablet.
After eight years it finally broke, so maybe it's time to step up my game and move toward a new tablet to replace this one
Which means I won't be able to start any commission for now (though I can put potential customers on my to-do list, still)
But don't worry ; my new tablet will be home by November, 5th !

On another note, MERCENARY LETO's early access has received a lot of updates.
New levels, new characters and dialogs, new quests...
Step by step, the game is taking shape and if you're willing to try it, Summer and I will be very grateful to hear your feedback :D

Some words from the creator of the game :

Action, upgrades, and one cool cat wizard. Travel the galaxy as a mercenary with a fluffy dragon alongside a cast of endearing characters.

This game is a 2d action platformer with a retro-SNES vibe about it, so expect solid, tight controls with a slower movement speed for clarity of gameplay. I do tip my hand early and give good powerups early in the game, so expect to be traveling on the ceiling and one-shoting enemies once you get into the meat of the game.

Alongside the mechanics is a cast of characters that I really want to stand out - from a talking cat wizard to a skeleton in a kimono, you'll meet interesting tropes of NPCs, but then shortly after they will begin to surprise and grow on you - just like real people do. This is a huge focus for me personally that I strive for - a cast to remember.

- A game that can be finished in less than two hours
- Tight controls and movement
- Great characters to love (or hate!)
- Fluffy dragon you can pet as much as you want !

Despite being a simple 20-25 minutes demo, it will be updated through the time and a lot of my works are featured in it !
