By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below! And agree you are at least 18+
You automatically agree to my ToS after payment.
GENERAL TERMS
Please be nice and polite. I am to you too. And I will take the time to communicate with you. Don't be afraid to ask me anything. I will gladly answer your questions.
English is not my native language, excuse me for any grammar issues.
I am a student, this means i can't draw all the time. I mostly am able to draw at night or in weekends.
Make sure your sona has a good reference, no story of their looks. I can change your sona if needed but must have a reference.
I have the right to cancell/reject your commission. If there is any toxic behaviour what i do not tolerate.
I work with YCH only! These are pay to use.
It is your responsibility to be on or over the age of 18.
PAYMENT
Any payment must be made before i start working. I do only accept payments trough PayPal.
I accept the currency USD or EURO. Any Paypal surcharges are at your own
expense.
The prices i use might change if your fursona is complex. I might ask you for a bit more than listed on the post, and will explain you why. For example for changes in the piece.
I do not accept refunds! If you commission me I take my time to communicate with you. This means i put away what i am doing to give you the full attention.
I will not refund you after you paid me for that reason.
In case the price goes over 150 USD or EURO I will accept payment plans if needed. If you can't pay right away I will ask for an upfront payment to be sure you are indeed interested. Also for payment plans counts no refund! If you decide you don't want what you wanted you can not ask me for a refund!
After 2 unsuccessful attempts of paying due whatever reason I am allowed to stop the payments. This counts only when you can explain me what reason! This means I am allowed to relist the character/product. But does not mean you get refunded. (For whatever reason I do not refund you!)
If you Don't pay me on the discussed date without saying anything, I am allowed to stop the deal. This counts directly at the 1st time you ignore/refuse the pay date without letting me know why. We discuss the dates of payments before starting and I expect you to keep on it. In case i relisted the product and you decide later on you still want that product. You have to pay the whole price again. This does not cover up what you paid me before i decided to stop the payments and relisted the product.
PROCESS
Because I am a student, and won't be able to draw all the time I try to finish the piece in a few days to a week. If I am not able to make it in a week I will contact you and explain myself. The turn around time can be depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
the Work in progress (WIP) will be given whenever I have questions about the looks of the piece or whenever the piece is nearly finished. You may tell me your opinion about it and i will continue.
You may always ask for a WIP when i am working on it.
SHIPPING
*Due to the virus i will NOT send out any large value products, to avoid packages getting lost*
Shipping is not included with the price and will be calculated at the beginning of the payments or after the payment plan is completed.
I am able to ship worldwide
I am able to ship with track and trace. (this will cost extra)
MYSTERY COMMISSIONS
I make mystery commissions. These have some different rules.
Before commissioning me I will ask you for the reference. This is because I can't make all species.
After I aproved your fursona i will ask for the payment.
I can genderbend or switch species. For example. If you have a sergal (which is one of the species I can't make at this moment) I can draw him in a canine or feline YCH.
Mystery commissions don't have a WIP. Only when the piece is done.
You can tell me what you like to see, or what you don't like to see. But you can't tell me what piece you want. That is all up to me.
You can send me multiple fursona's. In that case I will choose one of the fursona's you've send me.
ADOPTABLES
In case you buy an adoptable from me. I will not allow a refund. If we have discussed about the payment plans. All payments will be non-refundable.
If you can't pay the first part right away I will ask you for a small amount that day as a confirmation.
I accept payment plans of short term with a max of 4 months.
All art of the adopt will be given at the moment i received the last payment.
CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION
I will do everything to make the customer happy!
When I finished the piece and you notice a mistake I am able to change it within 24H! I only accept small changes. (such as small colouring/marking mistakes.)
This also counts for the mystery commissions.
Any big changes comes with extra charge. This is, for example when I have to change lines. Or when you notice a mistake after i removed the psd version of the piece (that happens after 24H) That means i have to redraw the full piece.
COPYRIGHT
Any YCH piece will be including the artists name or link. All pieces are accepted for using.
Credits will be to that artist. with including my edits.
