General | Posted 11 years agoIt's been a hectic couple of months for me, I've been dealing with a lot of personal issues and staying busy, sorry I haven't been very active here! Not that it matters much since everyone seems to be jumping the FA ship. Life update, Raising money! ($30 badges)

First and foremost, Califur was a lotta fun! For those that came by my table, thanks ; w; Got a chance to meet a lot of cool people!
The biggest news for me is that there's a real good chance I'm going to be a professional animator pretty soon! As a result, it's looking like I'll be moving to Vancouver (for real this time) and finally be close to
nicoface! So I'm absolutely stoked, but I'll need a bit of financial backing to make the big hop.

Regarding the point of this journal, I've been some dumb shit who's made excuses for why I can't draw or put out anything worthwhile, and I've let my lack of motivation rule and get the best of me. But I'm sick of where I am in life, sick of making little to no progression in my art, sick of always having little money to work with, and sick of having no drive. At this point, if I've got no drive, I'm gonna make some.
The first step in solving a problem is admitting you've got one.
