Okay so. Computer is still fried, might be for the whole month, and I got ill. Yes, this month has been hell, what's fun is that, looking back at previous commission logs, this infinite series of unfortunate events unleashes only, and I say, ONLY when I begin taking commissions. Or maybe they always happen and I notice it better when I take commissions because I need the time... Hm...

IN ANY CASE, all they do is delay a little (and by this point they also make me very frustrated, but I can fight that better than I can fight my computer bursting (literally) and my health depleting). I'm still not feeling well and I'm still on my tablet but I'll be still working. One of my clients, due to job and health, is very slow answering so I decided to begin another job in the meantime to speed things up. You'll see the "WIP" sign next to the peeps in question.

My computer fried. Its power supply, specifically. It's not good, other components might be damaged. I will have to take it somewhere for fixing as I am absolutely not capable of doing it myself. Thing is it might take a while since I will take the chance to build a whole more powerful (and stable) machine out of the old one.

This doesn't mean I will stop working, I have my Companion tablet, but it WILL slow me down significantly as I am not as efficient on the Cintiq as I am when it's working in unison with a more powerful device. Unfortunately this means I might not be able to stream. I will try, but the tablet alone is not capable to support it and I doubt it'll be able to handle the necessary heavy lifting.

I will send notes to the specific client for which I'm working at the moment, as I always did before I made streaming commissions a thing.

As you might have seen a month is full of problems and unforeseen events (this one especially). But I keep working undeterred. I am fast and can deliver juicy porn for ya all no matter what. All I ask, when things like this happen, is to be understanding if I slow down and, yes, sometimes stopping might not be necessary.

But, I mean, it will take a lot to get to the point where I'll say "I can't work".

Today I went back on the commissioning as promised but it was a rough one! Couldn't draw a single piece, despite me using a lot of time on them, I guess it's just one of those times.

Tomorrow I won't be able to draw, but I'll do what I can to warm up. I'll be back at the day right after, if possible.

Tho this whole bundle I'll also add that from now on I'll use journals such as these only when I actually managed to make something (and the list needs to be actually update) or if something VERY important happens. Otherwise it's going to be a lot of useless updates.

Okay, another commission is done. Unfortunately there was a little accident, basically, as I explained in the related commission comment ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32242615/ ), I got it wrong and thought I had to make a Colored Rough, when it was supposed to be all the way up to Cell Shaded.

This caused ne day delay on the schedule, as I had to re-colour a piece that already took a little too long to make. It's not much fortunately, but I'm still sorry towards all the people in the schedule. Don't worry, I'm working everyday to finish the commissions, possibly, towards the end of the month ^^ You'll get your commissions done and you'll get them soon!

Real quick things to specify: your number below does not determine your position in the queue. When I work on commissions I pick the one I can make the most efficently in that moment to ensure quality, although the tendency is always to get all the rough sketches done first.

Commission work will begin monday, this will give me time to gather reference materials and get most of the commissions paid and ready to go, although some things might be worked on these days. I will make sure to stream at least 4 hours a day (you don't have to be online for your commission to be worked on, but I will try to notify you when I begin defining your piece just in case you want to pop-in and watch it being made live).

Personal projects will be still made and posted, but know that I'll work on them only during breaks, spare time or if I happen to be especially fast on your stuff which have FULL precedence.

The objective is to deliver efficently and with the best quality possible. For the commissions beyond the Colored Rough type I will notify you step, by step before proceding. As soon as I have your approval and changes are discussed we can head on.

Alright I have a tiny problem on which I'd like a little opinion:

I have this clean account. I post videos and drawings on there. And they're super cringy and unfunny for the most part and I'm SO aware. I wish I could make them different I get anxious when I think about because I'm afraid people sees me as an incompetent, no matter what I do.

I never experience this here why? HELP.

Edit: I have to specify because people have been misunderstanding. It has nothing to do with the fact that people is more accepting of my kinky work because there's porn in it.

I'm perfectly capable of making serviceable products without it, I trained for action, comedy and narration, not for porn. In fact porn gives me more troubles in my pictures more often than not.

Also people has proven to be very accepting of what I do on the other account, especially on my videos. They like the stuff. The problem is ->I<- don't accept it. I think it's cringy. I think it's not me and I want to improve it.

Sorry I needed to add this little part because it's very easy to think it's because porn is lacking on my clean stuff. But that is hardly a problem. It makes me embarassed to share it, but I can do it and I can make it work.

I'm re-sharing this picture because I made a simple, yet crucial correction. I simply added the green circles in because I forgot to the first time. People also pointed out (rightfully) that Twister circles are not arranged this way.

But this is a special Twister right ;3 ? No, it isn't, I just messed up because I never actually played it and, to draw it, I lazily looked at a ref. Unfortunately rearranging the circles is going to be impossible since I fused all the layers for the drawings into one and it's going to take a lot of time to rework the things in.

I'd rather accept it, move on and do better next time. Thanks for the feedback!

So... Let me get this straight. First ya'll complain that they're becoming too complex and they look nothing like the old pokémons from your childhood. Then, when they make them simpler and closer to how they looked back in the day, you say they have nothing special.
Here's a hard to swallow pill:

You know nothing about design and how it objectively work, you have no idea of the thought and creative process behind any character and you're quite probably saying this based on your personal taste, which is ->NOT<- the taste of the thousands of people playing the game that are simultaneously complaining about what you do find enjoyable in your pokémon. Deal with the fact that gen 1 had some boring-ass looking creatures, some weird and funny ones and only a few VERY cool exceptions and that each and EVERY ONE of them had a kid loving the hell out of it and MAYBE you'll start appreciating more of the new gens and, in turn, you'll start getting a better hold of when they're actually doing something a tiny bit wrong (which is goddamn human).

You don't even realize that you complaining so passively is part of the enterteinment and advertisement, some of you probably complain just because it's fun more than anything.

It's fine for you to have a personal opinion about something, but don't try to make it pass like it's THE opinion. Wooloo is fine: -> FINE <-

It's not like you can have a fucking Mewtwo with every announcement.

Some people made me notice in this journal here http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9094112/ that I might have been overthinking the whole matter a little itty bitty tiny bit.

Sometimes I really do, especially when friends are involved I can get really frustrated, in this case the talented  bondagefanart who made the picture. And although I still believe in the reasons I gave those who pointed it out I wanted to explain it a bit, to help me get it off of my mind as well.

I actually wanted the thing to be a "short funny haha" comment but you have to know I talk A LOT in Italian already (no wonder I like gags so much) so you can only imagine how troubling it gets to be synthetic and silly when I get to filter my stupidity through English where I can hardly say 3 words withouth having to twist and turn around them to get exactly what I want out of my head, often taking the longer routes compared to a native English speaker.

And while I might have spent a little too much time in my own boiling thought juices, I can assure I didn't want the matter to be taken that deeply, it's just very hard to translate everything from a language to another as naturally as I'd like.

And even if, say, I were the kind of guy to take stuff too seriously I am working to improve it and be less of a stick in the butt, so whenever you see me being a little serious tit you slap me, the worst that could happen is I'll laugh a tad. Unless it's SUPER ACTUAL SERIOUS MATTERS, those exists too, unfortunately.



Hell even with this journal I feel like I didn't get what I wanted across, it's too articulated. I need to work more on my vocabulary ._.

TL;DR I don't like the artistic direction they went for with the game, although I think that at its worst it's just okay, a 6/10. Gameplay wise it's fine too, it's not BAD don't kill me ty. ENJOY THE RENT OR GOODFUCKINGBYE:

Can I be frank? I honestly don't like how the new Crash looks. I'm not saying it's not technically well done but... I think it's just that. They also made him a little too cute and soft when, as a kid, I saw him being a bit more... Crazy? Angular? And not due to the graphics, I just gave for granted that, if rapresented properly and outside of a 3D world, he'd have a much sharper design, with tiny eyes, a LOT more toony and exagerated expressions, frame skipping, stretching and squashing, I thought it'd be something like the old Looney Tunes shorts from Chck Jones (from which they were taking inspiration from, in fact).

As it is I feel like all they did was slap some realistic texture to the chars and animate everything to look as pretty and consistent as possible which is the "okay" approach for these things in terms of effort and result.

I like the reinterpretation they gave Spyro a lot more, although they went a bit more towards fantasy rather than comical compared to the original, which is, you know, good depending on your personal taste and how much of a fantasy element you perceived when playing the trilogy.

Personally I felt it a LOT, but even if you don't like the new Spyro you can't say they didn't work with the designs to reinterprete them at 360°, it feels like they had an understanding of the first games and a vision to follow.

With Crash they basically just coated it in realistic fur and lights (VERY BAD LIGHTS, in some parts of the game he is basically a very ugly black silouhette because they decided to leave it up to the program alone). I want to make sure you understand I'm not talking about graphics but ARTISTIC DIRECTION, something that can work with any kind of budget and is hugely underestimated in recent years.

I mean, if you dig it I'm fine, but for me... I "like" it. It's okay. Which means it could have been a lot worse but also a lot better. At least it's polished... I'm not sure I'm making my point as clear as I'd want. In short: deform him a lot more, y'know, make him weird and zany instead of worrying that each tooth in his mouth is modelled right and that each movement is ALWAYS at 60 fps.

Although it could have been a lot worse... They could have completely messed the gameplay up. I mean, there are things that compared to the original simply don't work (I hate the water bike segments more than I ever did before) but, overall, it gets it and has a VERY nice feel to it.

And it's not like cute is bad. I like cute! I just feel that it doesn't fit the character to be THIS cute and round and soft. I never perceived him as a cute char to begin with, but for those who does I suppose part of its cute appeal WAS in his weirdness. Otherwise there would be 0 people liking Ripper Roo.

And we all know the number of people liking Ripper Roo is nowhere near 0.
