A long road
Posted 7 years agoThree years since I updated this, so in a nutshell, I been having some on going computer issues. I had to replace my computer a few years ago and it didn't like this site lol, it was slow and I had a hard time posting, But as of last weeks I got a new one and now I can post once more!

Posted 11 years agoJust not so much time in the day as there used to be. I been hording drawings since Aug., that way i hope to have posts more often. Also I'm open to some feedback as to what folk's here would like to see more of.

The myth

Of all the art sites I'm a part of this is he worst for this. So let's talk of myth's, more so the one that having a girlfriend will magicly make your life 110% better.
I been single for the last 10 years, I'm not bothered by this. It's a choice to make yourself unhappy about it, to sit and dwell on it. Their is no perfect girl out there, not for me, not for you. What I mean by that is most seem to focus on the idea of a girl much rather then any real one, not all girls are sweet meek and innocent, they are people, they get mad, have things to deal with, have their own thoughts and idea's, goals, like's, dislikes, things they find sexy or not and so on. They are not some "life fix all" that'll swoop from heaven and make your life prefect. In a nutshell girls are not like anime. Like anyone, some are nice some are not.
I'm not posting this to make anyone feel bad, but rather get those people out of this rut they are in, as if your life ONLY starts when you get a girlfriend. Being in a relationship is work, sometimes you'll have to do something you'll hate, sacrafice something you want, easy to SAY you will but could you? I'd like to get me a girlfriend one day, but for now i like the freedom I have of a single man.
Bottom line, girls are people, not some divine innocent angel from above that'll take care of you, clean the house all wile 3/4 naked and want sex every single hour of the day. Yes some do date asshole's, but not all of them. A girl I know has a BF that became one my best friends. To say that any guy who isn't you dating someone is an asshole is a pretty narrow minded thing to think.
You don't need a relationship to be a complete person, so stop sitting in your room making yourself miserable all day everyday, you were given the gift of life, don't waste it. Get out there and enjoy it.

Posted 11 years agoSo I'm back, I had some computer issues, then I couldn't log in for a long time. But I manged to get back in today. Those who watch me on DA know this bu for those here I changed my art style to a pencil look now, i'm not good at coloring and I don't get too much time as for late. Hope you guy's like the new look.
A new Entry!?
Posted 14 years agoWell, I don't update here much. Over the past little wile I got thinking that It's time to start paying more attention to FA. I know I'm not really noticed much lol. I'm not big on commenting, it's not that I don't want to, it's just I never know what to say, and I'm no social butterfly any way. But I do try to get back to comments I get and hope that I can get some input as to how I'm doing art wise.
So here is some base facts about me
- I draw to relax, my job is stressful and it's a good way to unwind
- I draw mostly women, 'cuse i like them lol
- It's clear that I draw anthro/alien\robot's a lot
- I'm not into fan art, but for what ever reason I do the odd MLP....I just like how they look lol
- I know some of my line work is off, I hurt my right arm years ago and seeing how I don't use computers outside of coloring they will get like that, I think it adds some charm lol.
- If I watch you then it means that I fave everything you do, hence why I watch few people and why I don't fave much from them, because I got to your gallery often and like it as a whole.
- I grew up with classic cartoons and try to keep that style, anime is fine but I'm a Canadian and want to represent that lol.
- I'm into Street fighter 4, I'm low tear mind you but I belong to a group and because of them I'm getting better.
- I do take the odd req. if I have the time and if it's something I don't mind doing. No kid's, vore, gore, rape etc.
- I hope to gain some more friends here, as well as to become a better artist
Good for you to keep reading on with my rambling lol. So my plans are to make this diffrent from my DA page, I plan on some new OC's for FA, but some of my DA one's will stay. Sabrina will because I been drawing her for well over 10 years now. But feed back is what I want, so if there is anything you think I should start drawing feel free to comment, what you like, who you want to see more of and so on. Hope to some feedback.

Posted 14 years agoSo I'm not on here much, I try to be but really I just don't get much time. I desided that I'm going to use this place to post my more "interesting" anthro art(duh). In the mean time I am more active on DA. Look for Gunmetal52 if you like my art.

-I used to draw all the time in high school, I stopped for 5-6 years and just started once more in '08
-I'm a smart ass, cynical Canadian but oddly,most time's I'm in a laid back mood..kinda an odd mix
-I'm a bit of a nerd and a perv, as you can see in my gallery.
-I like good conversation

A lot's gone on since then, I moved and finaly got a desk to draw on. Then I forgot my password lol, got it fixed. For the few who watch me, get ready for many posts.
Also I'm changing from colored works to more of a sketch book look. I will do some color too, but more or less those will be drawings I like from my DA account of my furry/alien OC's

Posted 16 years agoSo I'm not so active here, but soon I plan to be. Life's got a lot going on for me so I don't get as much time to draw as I want to. But I don't think anyone will notice eather way lol.

Things to keep in mind, I'm NOT A PRO ARTIST by any means, I just like to doodle in my spare time, it's a good way to unwind (hence why it's mostly girls I draw lol)
