Life been chaotic af, but we are still flying, that's enough~

          Anyway, right now I'm in the process of revaluating many of my life decisions, and wouldn't mind to have an extra opinion, so here is a feedback form. Im not promising to follow whatever would be the most popular thing in the vote, but very probably might lean to it ^^

          I also was wondering how to organize my paid art flow better. Commissions are fine, but people often struggle to come up with an exact idea, or vice versa have something specific but what is slightly not in my comfort zone
My may-be-solution was to go for prepose sketches of what I'd like to draw, but I don't want to degrade into YCH auction galore too, as while it is a honest way of giving everyone equal chances to claim an exact base - bidding is rather slow and feel a bit off. I'll still do it that way for ones that already ready to go, but for later I lean for fixed price and designated "on demand" folder maybe . Would you be interested in something like that?

General rules:

• Feel free to ask me any questions about ToS, current progress, etc. Sometimes it takes about ~12h to answer due to timezones. You can use discord Oksara (Oksara#8809 in the past) for better communication with me.
That discord and FA notes are the only way to communicate with me about work, I wont change my nickname without updating this page, I managed to save my nickname after discriminators were removed, any other Oksara's aren't me~
• You may suggest title for an upload, as well as add story in description or other storytelling things~
• If you want to be properly tagged, provide me with your FA-twitter-whatever socials, or I may or may not find them myself, or say in advance that you don't want to be mentioned othewvise

• Queue:
- For general commissions usual time of completion is about 1-1,5 month from the moment of entering the queue, or about 2-3 weeks from me starting working on it (in case of oter parallel works).
- YCH's if emergency commissions have higer priority, with ~2 week expectation
- You can back down from the queue with no penalty any moment before I started working on your piece, but you have to write me about it by yourself. You can also change your idea in details or completely while chilling in the pool, that's ok.


• Payments:
Currently available for me payment methods:

          • [Paysend] -- p2p debit card transfer. Require short registration I'll help with, have just 1% fee and a good one overall despite not being well-known
          • [Paypal] -- a bit more greeady (~5%), but easier option
          • [Patreon] -- via custom pledge as a last resort (for non-VAT countries like USA only, or VAT is on you)
          
          Feel free to suggest anything else if you would like to~

- I'm taking payments only when the work is close to be done [except new\empty customer accounts, which I tend to avoid]. You can ask for splitting the payment into 2-3 months, Im fine with waiting
- Don't throw money at me even if you know my paypal adress. Due to local bank regulations we have many possible problems on top of ordinary paypal issues, so I may even ask you to delay the payment till Im ready t accept it.

Troubleshooting section:
• Refunds: Since i rarely request any upfront payment, im very much NOT into refunds. There would be no refunds for done and accepted work. For any money sent "by mistake" - note me, and i'll return them [without paypal fee, because i won't pay for your mistakes]. Anything else would be considered as tips
• Deleting submissions (after posting): My pics, even commissions, are also a part of my portfolio, and im posting them to attract other orders. I can delete tags and any other links to your account/character if requested, but i just cant get the image back from the internet. For "private" commissions i have another price.
• You can use ordered work as a wallpaper, cropped for avatar, print, etc. [I dont do printing, so find what suits you better irl]. Minor color adjustments for different monitors are fine. But try to avoid altering or poorly editing\recolouring it, i dont want to see ruined drawings with my signature. You can ask me to do that instead, because i usually save all source files for long time
If you want to use work ordered by someone else - well, it's an internet and i can't stop you. But you can ask me or commissioner about permission if you want to be sure.
