Ah where to begin

Well it's been another ride of a chapter, not too many life developments since last year, mostly just trying to reflect and figure myself out more.

I had the lovely pleasure of doin a full-time job in Octover, definitely was its own experience to be dedicated to 40 hours to a place each week (not counting lunch and commuting time) some ways i miss the stability and simply knowing how the day will go, save for those pesky last minute calls that put me 30 min after closing, haha. but Still, i gained experience and some more clarity out of it.

To sum up an experience, it just made me more driven to not be idle about pursuing art dreams.

I'd have kept there for another while but had to leave due to being sick really bad and the whole job security being severely stressful. and well, having already been itching to leave, i finally took a leap of faith. I definitely have to thank the support of my family, for their concern and close care while i had some bad stomach virus and then when they understood, and when they rooted for me when i decided to take the dive to full art

And so far, I"ve been wonderfully surprised

I truly am humbled and honored at the support i've had, as without ya'lls appreciation for my craft and trust in my work ethic i would not be able to be doing full-time commissions as i've been longing to do and i'd likely already be grounded to another job that would just keep me yearning. It's been great getting to work on projects that i and my clients enjoy, excited when they come to fruition. I have a lot of fun getting to hang out with my followers and friends, making new friends as i go too!

Forgive me if i come off as distant or unattentive at times, every watch and comment makes my day when i know that ya'll took the time and interest in my work and expressed that. I notice every watch and comment and definitely dont intend to ignore, sometimes i just am too busy tryna catch a breathe. Even if we may not get around to having a conversation i truly thank you all <3

However, the work does not stop here; now that i have something to grasp on i have more work to do, and am more than happy to put forth my being to learn and improve and bring ya'll more that you came for l3 . I have some big projects to bring, though i will be sure to pace myself right so that i dont wreck myself, haha, l know i dont need more of that.

Sketchmission: In less than for hours I'll be hosting a Sketch commission stream at 12pm Pacific time! Will be taking slots on the spot l3 please have descriptions prepared ahead of time and review ToS

Alright, oriiiginally i was gonna announce on Friday i was gonna open for art commission slots on the 14th, but due to an unexpected change I'll be opening THIS friday! June 7th, i shall take 9 slots (they can be belly icons too)!! ^-^

Friday at 12pm Pacific time i'll open and post an actual form, and will leave it open until Saturday evening at 6pm where i'll close the form and then select the ideas i will take, so as to give people working shifts and differing timezones a chance; and then i will contact those who got the slots

I plan to regularly open slots the first day of the month from now on, and may open up extra slots before the month ends if i have extra time! :3

Well I've been a busy burr with a lot on my mind; but i still and really honored that a lot of ya'll follow and keep up with my art and find me worthy of giving any kind of attention or praise to ^///^ Thank ya'll so much for your support and feedback even! I really hope to take off even further this year with art and to hopefully inspire others and myself even after some slowed down pace and soul searching. There'll be some changed to my direction in art but overall still gonna go for upbeat or awing works, I hope!

Alrighty; so i'm definitely starting a new job on Monday! Which is great cause I've been needing a paybump like this and that'll allow me to finally save up for plans for me and Ben! ^-^

However, due to the largely reduced free time i'll have and having financial stability now; I'll be closing up shop on public commissions for now. Maybe I'll be doing some sketch slots later on, though i need to get used to this type of schedule and will probably wanna just enjoy free time for my own self now XD
I hope down the road I'll be able to open up again, but you can bet until then I'll still be drawing and studying more to improve! :D

Commissions have been fun to do; but it's been a while since i've had a solid month where I can go home and not worry about a second job; so ill be using April to work more on personal projects and maybe have a comic fired up ^^ it'll be good for me to have a good cool down and just enjoy drawing for myself for a bit.

As for future price changes, i still intend to make some, but will amend what i have in mind more than likely

Definitely appreciate and enjoyed working on art for the many people who've helped me come this far; and look forward to doing more commissions again later on ^-^

April i will be implementing a new set of prices and shall be listing the following intended prices for April commissions and onward

Lineart- $15
Flat color- $20
cell shading- $30
Full lighting- $40
Lineless- $60
extra characters are half of base prices respectively
Stickers remain $10 with cell shading, but with a higher degree of artistic liberty. extra 10 per extra character
backgrounds, props, and complex designs are extra
Ref sheets- $60 starting price (2 poses with cell shading)

Sketch streams- (effective March) From time to time I will be streaming sketch commission streams, which as it implies will be making art that won't have the same polish as full commissions but will still get a good endeavor for quality presentation. techniques may vary slightly but shading and coloring are guaranteed regardless

Colored and shaded- $20
extra chars are $15
Props and backgrounds are questionable, determined upon inquiring depending on complexity
