✦ I work on 100% prepayment. If you bought out YCH, payment immediately after the bid. If you decided to order a commission from me, payment after the preliminary sketch.
I don't refund prepayments. The only exception is if I myself decide to cancel the commission, in which case the commission amount will be returned to you in full at any stage of the work.
✦ Send a clear reference on your character.
✦ If you order a commission, clearly describe your idea. It would be nice if you could also attach a visual reference depicting something similar, so it would be easier for me to understand you.
✦ Stay in touch and don't disappear.
✦ Don't be rude, don't display negative emotions violently.
✦ Do not rush me. I will work to a set deadline and if I don't meet it, I will let you know. Please do not need to remind me and ask "when it will be ready" if the time for work has not expired.
The time it takes to get the job done can vary! At the moment, the maximum deadline is a two month, but I make every effort to please my favorite customers faster <3
The waiting period begins when you are placed on the waiting list. If the waiting list is too long and I'm sure I can't get to you within two months, I will give you advance notice and extend the period.
✦ Once you receive the art from me, you become its rightful owner and decide the fate of the art yourself. Please let me know in advance if you are going to print my work in a printing house, I need to know it to solve the technical side of the issue.
✦ I will be very grateful if you will publish the art you received from me on your social networks with my authorship and a link to my FA <3
✦ Once completed, I expect your approval within three days. If I don't hear back from you after the deadline, I automatically consider the work accepted. This means that I will not accept any, even the most minor, revisions and will be able to publish the work on my social networks.
✦ At the sketch stage, you can make any edits you want. Please don't abuse this and know exactly what you want or trust me to do. If too many changes are made to the composition and position of the character, at some point I will either refuse to work with you or demand additional money for the changes.
At further stages I make changes for free only if I made a mistake myself (missed some important detail in the character's design, incorrectly placed the pattern on his skin and so on). If at the rendering stage you suddenly want to change the pose, position of limbs, add something for the background and so on, it will cost some money.
✦ Private commission is available. If the job is priced in the $80-100 range, the private commission price will be an additional $80. If the cost of the job is over $100, 80% of the private commission will be added to the amount.
Warning! Payment is due within 24 hours of the transaction. If for some reason you can't pay in that time, please just give me a simple feedback! So that I know you really intend to work with me.
