Today, I turn 40 years old.

Man, was 39 a brutal year for me.

It finally happened. Because I identify most with my design Jimira Reddjedet (A Beaver/Porcupine now), but cannot see me giving up my penis, I drew her with a penis and was satisfied with the results. Giving everyone a heads up, regarding that.

As of last Sunday, I got the second part of my Covid-19 vaccine, so thus my part for this year is done, hopefully next year things will be simpler to accomplish. Still wearing a mask, just in case.

Finally got the first part of my COVID-19 vaccine today. Next part due in June.

These guys are getting a lot more clever. Normally, I just hang up on these things, but the call was for "suspicious activity on my Amazon account," but after a few question that the scammer should have know if really working for Amazon, I hung up, without giving away anything usable. Seriously man, this is disgusting and unnerving that they're getting more cunning about these scams.

Amazon will never call you.

Amazon would know what the last thing you ordered was and would not need to ask you that.

Beware and learn from this.

Regarding some of my recent submissions, after more or less knowing how bodies are built and should look like, I am now working on pose variety, as I concede the point that my gallery was basically a bunch of clones, more or less, regarding poses, nudes and more specifically the same nude pose over and over again, in near endless repetition. But now, this changes, especially now that my work environment is much healthier, in more ways than one.

Greetings everyone. In regards to the awful attempt at drawing a bill on a Platypus, I finally figured out how to get it right, regarding a frontal view, so I will try to get a better drawing of Hydrolan ready as soon as possible.

Also, yes, it has been a while since I last made much in the way of posting art to my page here, but hopefully I can get back to doing so in the coming days.

I recently saw an article that Universal Studios was opening a Super Nintendo Land theme part in Japan, so it's about time that happened. I only hope they have something for Star Fox.

...because I beat Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and thus helped Zelda defeat and banish Gannon; now I can harvest to my heart's content, regarding upholding my end of the bargain as Link and keeping tract of things, for "personal projects."

I was so overpowered by all my gear and shrine quest boosts, that the final boss battle was actually disappointingly easy; such is what happens when MMORPG loot grinder plays this kind of game. Smacking Gannon in the face repeatedly with the Master Sword was fun though.

Today, I have confirmed what I long suspected and it's that I lack a capacity for schauffenfrueden (spelling?). I just can't take delight in the suffering of those I have animosity in, because I can see the bigger picture and the price to pay is horrific. If this is a proverbial silver lining to a situation, regarding what's happening now, it's bordering a very dark storm cloud.

Hello everyone. My apologies for the relative silence this past month period, as extensive and sudden charity work took its toll on me, for more reasons than one. After a lost week of recovery and after a week of hitting the ground running regarding my normal responsibilities, it seems that finally getting back to a more predictable and stable schedule. I still have a lot of art left to post, but will be doing it in small bits and pieces rather than an art flood.

Last night, I dreamt that I was put in charge of relaunching the Star Wars franchise and making everything coherent; it was also very lucid, as I envisioned a space battle at the start of Episode One featuring a Dreadnought-class ship exploding, as was in a very first draft for the movie I saw and it looked awesome.

Normally, this would be regarding as a very good dream; considering I take my job and responsibilities, whatever they might be, very seriously, considering making everything made for Star Wars make sense and be internally coherent would take an eternity to do.

I wonder if this is an omen for the afterlife I will be getting, if any?

Since I'm electing to stay on FA, I'm finally getting around to posting art I've drawn. Rather than post a flood of them, I'm going to pace this over several days, as it also involves having to scan them into my laptop from my new all-in-one printer. But yes, more art from me and going forward as well.

Well, now that I can begin the process of healing from a toxic relationship, since that was the last problem entity for me on this site that I had to deal with and I found out by accident that it's easier to send money from my PayPal to my bank account, that I'm not only considering staying after, since like PayPal, there's just no real, easy alternative to FA, but also seeing if I can try my hand at these adoptable things. In this regard, I come up with way too many characters to begin with and I'm really good at making them unique (i.e. I like drawing entities that other artists think are way too complicated), so why not? Also, the possibility of going with my general theme of mutation, customizable adopts!

Want me to draw a different version of the species? Would you like more limbs? Extra heads? An envenomed scythe blade added to the tip of the tail? I've done all these things with my own characters, so why not?

But first, recovery. After that, the Bizarre Bazaar.

After having rediscovered eBay and possessing the capacity to be able to appreciate it for what it is, I have begun making some modest purchases of a few items and after buying and receiving a Renamon card from someone who will be getting some very positive feedback for shipping it out quickly and properly, the cards uses masculine terms for Renamon; who'd have thought, regarding the nature of all that porno art? Now I feel vindicated by the fact my first Renamon adult art is of a male one. Speaking of which, there's been a damn lot of family obligation and having to get my life in order, but I am still drawing and will post as soon as time and energy permits.

I also would have lost an auction on eBay for a Renamon action figure; in that regard, I didn't have to buy it because I didn't win it, so I got to keep my money, so as far as I'm concerned, such situations are win-win for me.

My friend  tai_lung makes his living by being an artist and thus he could use some help with being promoted in a positive way. Sadly, I myself have virtually no influence whatsoever in the Fandom, so my ability to help him out in this regard is quite limited. If anyone who pays attention to my journals has any advice on this matter, I'd appreciate it, as it pertains to helping my friend make a living.

As it stands, although I refuse to admit to having too many characters, as there really is no such thing, especially if you happen to be a world-builder/synthesist, I will concede that I need a better way to store my art, as not only does it tend to get damaged and sometimes destroyed, but also lost somehow when I clean my apartment (Ironic, but such is life). In this regard, I actually do have folders, binders and file storage units, but due to stress and business, I've not used them, at least not until now, in which I concede that point and do need to use them, as the reason that I am writing this is because I'm forced to redraw a drawing that I had drawn for myself that I was surprised that I had not posted to this site, that I plan to post here, regarding a character of mine that I came up with myself that I'm planning on drawing more of, as well as commissioning art of. So, we shall see if I can accomplish this task, which will hopefully lead to yet more submissions of art on my page here, especially of my characters that have real character.

Oh, man, did I have a bad dream last night. Somehow, someway, despite the fact that I went to bed sober (as I always do), I dreamt that I was making out with a Black Widow Spider. Not an anthropomorphized one, but a normal run of the mill variety. Man, was that creepy. I don't know what I did that warranted me getting that kind of dream, but damn, I will not be forgetting that one.

At the end of the day, as has been shown before, there really is no escaping the fact that I am the Beaver and that I actually do not want to escape being the Beaver. No matter the extremity of the changes involved, I just can't imagine myself as anything but a nerdy workaholic who will move Heaven and Earth for his/her loved ones. I suppose this might have been a kind of midlife crisis, but considering I'm technically still 33 years old, I hope I just got it out of the way rather than this being the midpoint of my life, although I suppose making it to 66 would be okay, as long as my mind remained intact the whole time, as much as can be said of it right now. Regardless, now that I've gotten that out of the way, once again, now I can get back to more meaningful work. In regards to people being concerned about the Furry Fandom and this whole deal with many social media site taking off NSFW stuff, don't worry, this happens to everything cool and imaginative that gets made in American society. First it was comics, then Rock n' Roll, then Star Trek (they said the original pilot episode was far too erotic due to the Orion slave girl dancing, I kid you not), then Dungeons & Dragons, then video/computer games, then Magic: the Gathering, then the Internet and now finally, the Furry Fandom is now in its initial stages of becoming publicly accepted by being attacked by people who don't have imaginations. Indeed, your Fandom isn't really something until narrow-minded people attack it for silly and stupid reasons. If anything, we should be concerned at attempts of monopolization, since all the other cool things survived the haters, so we will too, but we need to make sure that the corporations don't hijack us in the process.

Recently, I've been wanting to talk to people and they've mentioned notes on FA aren't the best way to do things and mentioned something called "Telegram" being a better alternative. In that regard, does anyone watching me have a clue as to what this is and how to go about it, because I don't?

I just finished up designing my Patreon page and sent it off to be reviewed by the powers that be, to make sure that it meets with their guidelines. I do hope that everything meets with their approval and that I can launch later this week. As can be expected, I'm a little nervous right now, so I might now be as responsive as I normally am, because of this.

More to report on this. Progress is continuing in regards to getting my site on Patreon ready for launch and prior hurdles have now been overcome regarding a title page mishap that I managed to fix. Still a work in progress, but getting ever closer to finishing.

Well, today, I finally got started creating my site on Patreon and I have to say it's both easier and harder than I thought that it would be, without having to get into more details that than. But, I finally did it, regarding setting up the work in progress, before I release it in full. More to report on this when there is more to report.
