So i'm sure we've all heard by now that Scar Jo is playing Major Motoko Kusanagi(or the american named equivalent of her HOPEFULLY) in the upcoming live action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell coming March 2017. Aside from the fact we hard core fans are extremely pissed with the white washing of a japanese character in this adaptation for the fact that it can "connect" with the audience more and bring in more money which I am very sure Hollywood has been more concerned with in the past decade of film making and not taking many risks. But to also hear that the manga publisher is all for the white washing of the characters just so the series can gain more attraction to the unknowing masses annoys me even further..

I guess art and authenticity of the story will always be the casualty when it comes to money when you bring it to the big screen eh?

So i'm getting my ticket early and booking a room and flight for the event comming up in October. In the past few weeks I've been playing my heart out of Dungeon Fighter Online, a online mmo game that is one part RPG and one part 2d side scroll beat em up and it's fucking fantastic! It is now under new control by Neople instead of the laziest corporation known as NEXON which destroyed the game and made NA players lose it a few years back, but now that it has returned in the beta test it is steadily growing in popularity but before open beta test one ends next tuesday I should encourage you all to try this game and enjoy yourselves as much as you possibly can and to not be intimidated by all it offers. Also please watch this trailer of the part 2 of the open beta test that will be coming as well, that it shows a new class that has people going cray cray.
