Kinktober pause
Posted a year agoRL hit me hard so I'm pausing my Kinktober. I am not in a good state for demanding writing so i'll put it away for now. i want to finish it so i'll pick it up later but who knows when.
Will i do a monthly writing prompt?
Posted a year agowhenever October comes and people do a full month of writing/drawing prompt, it seems like a lot of fun. Should I do it myself?
Pumping out a story every day is a lot of work, even if its a small one. I don't like to write stories too small so that is at least 3k words per day even if I cut out the sex scenes Or if I make alt versions to remove any pee or poo
i could do a prompt for every two days and extend it into Nov if I want to do 30/31 prompts
but what theme will I take?
-The idea I had for years, which is very approrpiate for October is monster transformation. Each story would take a monster or mythological creature (like a sahagin, werewolf, gargoyle, or gremlin) and the story would have them transform a human or more into their form with the gimmick being that every monster had a different way of transforming people
-but I also thought of doing a general kink month. Every story prompt would be a kink (predator/prey, dumbening, scared, MILF, bedwetting) and make a story out of it
-but being that fear/terror is my favorite kink, why not a whole month of scare-themed stories? Appropriate for October: themes like giant monsters, or wizards. Demons, or even more grounded themes like a crashing aircraft
-i've also got a document open with a list of TF themes. theres a list for species (like rabbit, cow, chicken) or kinds (inanimate, plant, feral TF) and then theres a list of non-specie themes (age regression, mass TF, identity death) or methods (TF from food/arousal/scare/etc)
give me your thoughts on the matter. I am still not sure if I'll do it

how many story universes do i have?
Posted a year agoa lot of my stories share settings between each other. not many of them take place in a timeline that is just its own. the planet eater apocalypse of Seeking a Mate at the End of the World is something i never used again so i think that counts.
this journal will map out where all my stories take place. i'll start with the most obvious one
the geffaverse
this timeline features a human earth that is being invaded by zoomans. Randal's story in the pet neighborhood is my longest running story inside the timeline and shows a neighborhood that gets under zooman control quickly. years ago I had different plans on how to introduce this universe to readers. originally I was going to spearhead the saga with the the Roommates stories but fell out of love with those characters. i'll still write stories with the roommates but they are my favs anymore. you can tell that the roommates stories take place in the same timeline as randal's stories because Eustice is a shared character between them. Simon's story fits into that timeline too.
the idea with that geffaverse timeline is that these zoomans come from another world and are invading human earth and transforming humans. because of that, i consider my darwin stories to be compatible with that timeline
the darwinverse
the darwinverse is about humans that get transported to a zooman world of magic. Classroom Zoo is the main example of this story universe but my kale stories from years ago, starting with Lady Noir, were an early example of that idea and i consider those stories to be canon. i will do something with those characters in the future even if i have abandoned most ambitions i had with them. in a way my job seminar stories are the same thing, humans being brought into a zooman world and they could be part of the darwin verse as well.
the psychoatavism apocalypse
this is the story setting in which a zooman world is devastated by a large psychic wave that reduces everyone to an animalistic level of intelligence. this includes Baring it all for the Apocalypse and Pay No Mind to the End of the world, although it's not apparent that story takes place in the same timeline YET. Brave face for the apocalypse gets roped into that timeline.
the meteor apocalypse
getting into the art, there are more interconnected story universes, all dealing with apocalypses. If two pieces of art shares the same kind of end of the world, you can bet they exist in the same world. The meteor apocalypse comics/images are probably within the same setting. i can't see why they wouldn't be.what happens when you take a pretty zooman world and kill everybody with a destructive meteor? that's what we have here.
the supernova apocalypse
similarly, the supernova story series is a nice zooman world that is so suddenly destroyed by the sun exploding.
dale's world of magic
i wanted to make a human world story without regular zoomans (for fetish reasons). in Dale's world of magic i wanted to have the supernatural fun of the geffaverse but without bogging everything down with anthropomorphic animals. this series is still new but i think i could do something with it.
the stella saga
outside of Randal's stories, my most ample story world is Stella's saga. I need to think of a better name for this story and i'm sure i will in the longrun, but right now it's Stella's saga and it's a classic fantasy story inspired by dnd featuring a main character who's deeply sexually frustrated. it features lots of fetishes and with that story i have a lot planned out in the larger narrative.
People have complimented me on my worldbuilding, which is why I feel like my attempt at making these stories is a good idea. I get the most praise from Baring it all/Pay no mind and it's society based around people going derp. I also get a lot of praise for Randal's stories. People find the neighborhood to be believable.
I have longterm plans for the geffaverse (which is what I call that big story universe with Randal and Darwin). Over time the human world will change as more people are transformed. this is an idea i've had for years and i feel like i can do it. focusing on building a world is not as important as writing good fetish stories so I focus on that

name change
Posted a year agoIf you haven't noticed, i've changed my name recently. I wanted to by a more official name that sounds like an author's name so I chose K.G.p. Thanatos. K.G.p. is an obvious reference to the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. I had that name for awhile but Thanatos (meaning death) was redundant so I thought of changing that part
I liked the crassness K.G.p. Newspaper of with newspaper representing something dogs (or animalistic people) would use as a toilet but I wanted my name to not hint at my scat/ws fetish so i went with K.G.p. tailless and it will likely stay that. My anthro characters often being tailless is a calling card for me. together there's the darkness of referencing a meteor apocalypse with the lighthearted quirk of my characters lacking tails. So that's my name now (until I change it again)

the human/myuman distinction
Posted a year agoIt was on A Lesson In Devolution where I introduced the concept of 'myumans'-- people who were pretty much humans but a little feline. This was because I can't find humans sex and needed that slight fantasy raceness and that beastliness made them attractive to me and meant I could write porn with those characters and find it hot. It was the story after that Playing With Your Pet that I changed the humans of randal's world into myumans.
This causes confusion with readers that might think myumans are some special race of people in an otherwise real world Earth. They are practically human, so I might as well call them human. That's what I'm going to do from now on. In my imagination they will be those catlike people but in the story, they'll be described as human.
This might confuse readers as I've already switched around the human/myuman distinction in the roommates storyline, Randal's story, Darwin's transformed classroom, and Stella's saga. It's annoying, I know, but I got to fix this now before too long.

my first memoir is finished
Posted 2 years agoThe first part can be read here with links to the other two parts in the description.
It took almost a year but I got this finished. I want to do other memoirs about other subjects, like how I got into fetishes like transformation and pants-soiling and other topics like gender, writing plots, and other story stuff. Might take a while for me to get there because I want to get a lot of work done on my Pay No Mind comic series

Memoir Project
Posted 3 years agoI'm currently considering a project: a series of memoirs about me getting into my fetishes, my early days in the furry/fetish scene, and my writing.
if you're interested in this project, drop a comment and if you want me to specify on a topic, mention that too!

1000 favs!
Posted 3 years agoI've been in this biz for over ten years and this account alone is over 6 years old but I now have 1000 favs on here. It was only a year ago I had half that.
There may be celebration, like an AMA. I'll get back to everyone on that.

Settled on story format
Posted 3 years agoI used PostyBirb to post on here and SoFurry so when I upload stories I have to make sure that the format looks good on both sites. My most recent story uses the format very well and I went back and updated both earlier chapters of the Classroom Zoo story to use this cleaner look.
Switching naming schemes
Posted 3 years agoPrior to today how I labeled my arts when they had "clean" and soiled versions is I labeled the soiled version normally and the clean version as "CLEAN".
I'm changing it so the clean version has the regular name and the soiled versions will be "DIRTY". That way fewer people that are not into WS/scat don't go into a fun-filled transformation story where lions are crapping their pants.

Breaking story order
Posted 3 years agoIf you pay attention to my written fiction, you'll notice that I have multiple stories with a continuing plot. I am proud that I combine serious fiction with smut and that around my fetish stories, there's an actual plot. This is how I prefer to write my stories and like a lot of mainstream stories, I plan things out in advance in how the plot unfolds and changes and usually these plots are based around kinks I like.
This leads to the common problem where I am in the mood for the fetish content of a chapter I've planned way in advance and the stuff along the way doesn't give me a big writing boner.
Let's say I write a story about a young man named John and down the road John meets a milfy dino lady that lures him into her dino bedroom where she dumbs him down and dominates in bed. That sounds really fucking hot but first I have to get through the chapters of the story where John transforms into a kangaroo, gets introduced to oral sex with his toucan neighbor, and other things. By the time I've gotten to the milfy dino chapter, my lust for dumbening domination has faded.
I should strike when the iron is hot, and that means that going forward, I might write and complete a chapter where the goings on and character situations might be unfamiliar because it is far ahead in the story. I think this will be fine because I have a plan. It's good writing practise to give all the character information to the reader to understand the development within the chapter. I try to do this anyway because the people who read my story might be looking for a specific fetish and haven't read previous chapters. Giving them a basic information on characters and their relationships might be repeating basic facts, but it useful to those people.
I don't know any advice on the subject and I haven't even bothered looking because this is a weird subject in a weird field of writing so I don't think there's any help out there to let me figure it out but I think my plan will be good enough.

My dicks are too big
Posted 3 years agoRight out of the pants they are 10 inches or more. Even flaccid they hang at excessive lengths. This must change. Seldom do I depict a size difference between flaccid and erect states.
In the future I'll reduce the sizes of my characters' cocks but on the other hand there is a sensual thrill to seeing dicks like the one my lion has in https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43427066/. It's long, thick and has to hang over two massive balls. With art I don't even measure them. I usually draw them by feel but in the case of https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43480334/ and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43509756/ I took the time to get the proportions right even though those cocks are hanging at full measurement.
More often now I'll depict characters with more reasonably sized cocks although still large than the pathetic human average. It works better with nude humiliation, too. When someone doesn't have a big behemoth cock swinging around, they might be more embarrassed to show of their body.
I don't know why I made this journal. I wanted to talk about cock so bad. Cock cock cock cock. I want to have a big cock and stick it into a lady's vag and I want to be a vag and get poled by a large dick. I'm a slut for dick.

Issues with FA's story thumbnails?
Posted 4 years agoI've been having trouble with FA's story thumbnails. Although if I choose a proper thumbnail on uploading a submission, like my clean version of Pets Don't Wear Clothes it will upload and display properly.
On re-uploads though, they all get sized down to 50*50, making them unreadable.
Furthermore, when uploading the new thumbnail, the first time I try to upload it is always fails whereas the second try uploads fine.
I am only making this a journal in case people see my gallery and wonder why I made story thumbnails for ants.
