The Kingsport Cases is a fully procedurally generated survival horror game set in late 19th century Lovecraftian lore. When the quiet, foggy port town loses its only detective to a tragic accident, the local police department calls you, a fledgling detective of little renown from Essex county. “It’s an easy job,” they said, but you shouldn't count on it.

Players will be able to explore randomly generated maps within the town of Kingsport as they investigate the area for clues and knowledge to help uncover the truth behind the several mysteries at hand. A plethora of randomly generated yet charmingly dynamic characters will either assist or hinder you throughout your investigations as they carry out their own goals and ambitions as part of a procedurally generated storyline.

The Kingsport Cases’ estimated release date is February 2014 and will be available for PC, Mac, and Linux.

Seriously people... If criticism is such an insult to you... Why the fuck do you even bother to show your art in public?

I don't spend 5-10 minutes of my life detailing and giving you advice what is wrong with your art and how you could possibly fix it, just so you could go all butthurt over it.
When I criticize your art it means I see a potential in it and with minor fixes it can get even better.
I ain't blind and you are not Salvador Dali, so fuck you.

However, every artist even the best ones are blind to their own work and every good artist even I know that.
By the time I release my art I don't see what is wrong with it unless it's year or so old or someone does point out that, damn... Dude, there is something wrong with it.

Criticism is not something to be regarded as an insult and it shouldn't be demonized as such.
For fuck sake, you should be thankful that someone actually gives attention to your artwork and does see the flaws and how it could be done even better.

Trust me, when you see criticism and someone actually details what and why something is wrong with it, don't get all butthurt over it but try to do it better next time. It's not there to insult you, it's there to make you better.

Yes, I know there are obvious trolls like "Lol, ure art sucks, learn to draw better." and that is not criticism, it's just there to troll you.

But when you see comment like this "It does look alright, however breasts are bit too round to be natural, try to give them bit more shaggy look." That's the cue when you should take these words in to your heart and learn from it since person in question does actually detail what is wrong with it and how to make it better.

Criticism is not there to set you back, it's there to make you better and that's that.
But if you've gotten similar kind of criticism which I mentioned as good criticism and have disregarded them as an insult... Then sincerely, go fuck your self and stop drawing or at least releasing your pile of crap in public channels.
I've got better things to do than waste my time on your talentless arse who is unwilling to take any sort of advice just because you think you are some sort of Salvador Dali.

Also, to conclude this rant. I am open for criticism as long as it is detailed what and why there is something wrong with my art. Also, any advice how to fix it are welcome as well.
I want to get way better at how I draw and I wish people who are at my level and especially below, would want to get better at drawing too.
