Another year has gone by and I am now 24! Time to get some alcohol into my mouth and some good food in my belly before the night is out.

Move was awesome! Saw it with my best friend CraniallyRaped, and GOD FUCKING DAMMIT IT WAS AWESOME.

I don't want to give spoilers, so all I'll say is YOU, yes YOU, need to go see that movie. I don't care if you're not into 'nerd culture that was appropriated by the mainstream media' (you fucking hipsters) YOU NEED TO GO SEE IT!

I got home from my surgery the other day. It went off without a hitch. The tumor is gone, sent off for biopsy, just to be on the safe side. It came out all in one piece according to the doctors, so that's a good sign.

From what I learned from the doctors, if it's too entwined with the muscle, they sometimes have to leave a piece in, or else they risk damaging things that they would rather not. But this wasn't the case with me. They didn't have to keep a piece of it in me because of where it was growing out of.

So now I am home, sore and laid up on my couch for the next TWO WEEKS, with only Homework, Mindless TV, and Percocet to pass the time. Can't go where I want to. Can't go to the bathroom as easily cause it HURTS to walk. But thanks to my friends and family they're making it easier and taking very good care of me.

Time to snooze, it's been a long day.

It is a thing. That ending makes it a thing. You cannot convince me otherwise. It is SO a thing!

Home Safe....time to sleep for a thousand years.

Today marks my last full day here in Florida, at 7:20 this evening, I can print out my boarding passes and learn what gates I'll be flying out of. I hate to be up in the air, but it's either the 3 hour flight because it has 1 layover or a 24 Hour Drive for my parents down to me, and then a 24 hour drive back to NY.

Damn Florida, why you gotta be so far away?

Wish me luck that I don't fall out of the sky tomorrow or contract EBOOOOOOLA on my plane.

Yeah...really not fond of them in this place right now, though I know many of the nurses out there are nice.

Gramps has been through two different ICU's and the Emergency Room, yet the wing he's in now has some of the worst Nurses I've ever met. Last shift had no bedside manner, and the one after that all ignored the patients call buttons. Literally watched them sit at the desk that's in front of my Gramp's room and the two adjacent rooms, talking about what they were going to do when they got off their shifts.

Meanwhile, lil old lady with tubes all up and down her arms has been asking for a glass of water for 15 minutes, Gramp's has been asking if he can eat since his dinner is already 30 minutes late and it's his first meal that isn't a liquid in five days, and a poor old man who's just been transferred in has been asking for someone to turn the heat up in his room and perhaps an extra blanket for probably the last hour.

These are just a few of the things they've been lacking in the Surgical ICU, and I know that the wing isn't a very happy one since it's basically where people go to either get better or die on the table, but cmon, seriously, these people are still ALIVE! Treat them with some decency. Not all of the nurses have been like this however, but quite a few of them have, and seriously, TELL ME ONE MORE FUCKING TIME THAT YOU WON'T TALK TO ME UNLESS HE HITS THE CALL BUTTON, I FUCKING DARE YOU. I WOULDN'T BE OUT HERE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAD ANSWERED THE DAMN CALL BUTTON NOW, WOULD I?!

...like watching your Grandfather suffer a heart attack in his own condo three days before you're supposed to fly back home after two months of visiting, and be the only family for 1300 miles around that can take care of him.

Shit SUCKS! Well, I'm here to take care of him, and that's all I care about.

So closes the day on my birthday and the only thing I've gotten to do today is run around being an errand boy, and helping my blind grandpa pay bills. Happy Birthday Me!

At least friends and family that remember the day made me feel less crappy...and the pokemon center thing in Y made me smile too.

Can't wait to be back in New York with the rest of family and friends. Miss you guys so much.

Still in Florida, now only until the 1st of October though, so everything's actually not so bad anymore. Although the lack of internet is beginning to make me go stir crazy, but that's because I've been doing the anxious dance on whether or not I want to pay 70 bucks for 1 month of internet....which I'm just gonna go do.

At least Barnes and Noble has free Wi-Fi and is only a 5 minute drive away....through an obstacle course of old people driving and drunk red necks in pick up trucks getting in the way. YIKES!

But not everyone is bad down here, there are some truly wonderful people, and they all have a sort of Southern Charm to them.

On a more perverted note, I don't think I've ever seen so many nearly naked men, even at a Pride Parade, just walking around with their bodies on display to the world, so many guys with full beards, baseball caps, and small tanktops with big arms.

But I'll chalk that up to it being Eleventy Billion Degrees out all the damn time and the humidity makes the ground into mud and it hasn't rained in almost a week.

Gonna bite the bullet and just buy a months worth of internet and then we'll go from there.

I can't wait for next week! My hours in the cafe are going to shoot through the roof, and that means MOOOOOOOONEY! I gripe about my job like any guy, but I love it.

Although if you come into my Barnes and Noble and question why we can't take your Starbucks Card, "BUT YOU SERVE STARBUCKS!" I shall pour hot coffee down your pants! We have a brand of coffee, WE ARE NOT THE STORE!

Got invited and went bowling with friends and fellow furs. Not that big a turn out, I'm told it's normally a lot more people, almost like 6+ lanes of bowling! But what was awesome was in this bowling alley was something I hadn't seen in years, OCEAN HUNTER!

An amazing game that even to this day still looks as good as I remember it. I have to find a computer version of this amazing game! Once more I wish to swim the depths of the seven seas, battling the 7 Great Beasts and their minions!

The new series has probably been the highlight of cartoons in television in my life ever since Cartoon Network and Cartoons, in general, took a major nosedive.

It's with the introduction of shows such as Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Scooby Doo Mystery Inc, that my faith in the Cartoon Gods, is somewhat restored.

If you haven't checked out the new series of Scooby Doo, I suggest you do, you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. With a darker twist to the original series, a somewhat impressive lineup of cast and visual cameos, combined with an actual storyline, as well as having the 'risque' joke every now and again, it proves to be a stupendous show.

If it isn't your cup of tea, I will be sad, but hey, there's always Adventure Time and Regular Show.

But anyways, I happened to get into a new Free Moba called SMITE, which features a whole bunch of Gods from different Pantheons like the Egyptian, Grecko-Roman, Hindu, Chinese, Norse, etc etc, and I have the ability to 'Send Out' Beta Keys.

So I was wondering, since I'd like to see this game take off, and the best way to do it is to get followers for it that'll help support it, I was wondering, would anyone be interested in getting into this game?

It's third person like World of Warcraft, but set up like Dota/HoN/LoL, and here's the kicker, EVERYTHING IS DODGEABLE, but that also goes double for you.

My laptop computer, while dated back in 2009, has a graphics card that could not run WoW: Cataclysm when I was in my WoW playing Prime, but has the power to run SMITE, albeit on Low/Lowest settings which I won't go higher on, which I find odd, but getting side tracked, so if people aren't too sure about their comps capabilities, I wouldn't worry too much.

Anyways, this game has potential, and even on the lowest of settings, it is visually stunning. Been getting a kick playing He Bo, Kali, Ymir, Bakasura, and Ao Kuang!
