I neglect FA, but I went to Califur!
General | Posted 15 years agoYeah, I'm never here. I know. I usually post all my journal stuff over on LiveJournal. But so many or my furry friends know nothing about LiveJournal and stay in contact only through FA.
If I were an artist of some kind, I'd have something more to contribute here. I rarely have enough time to even think about creating something artistic, so my 'Submissions' end up weak.
I do sew some stuff, and I take pictures at cons, so maybe I'll add in some of my 'Best of' into my submission list, but my stuff is small potatoes compared to people who can devote much more time towards their art. Meh, something is better than nothing I suppose.
And as for Califur. I have to say that the con keeps its promise of being a great relaxicon. I always find new people to subject my birdy fursuits upon, and it makes me all hot and sweaty to know that so many people still enjoy interacting with the birds. I luff you all long time.
I hope to see all my friends again, new and old. Far too often I can't find the right things to talk about and neglect to ask the right questions at the right time. I'll try to take advantage of the opportunity to ask many of you through this website if the questions come to mind.
And if I took a photo of you at Califur this year, you can find them over on Flickr:

Pictures from the past
General | Posted 16 years agoI don't post to this journal much. Ok, it's my first time. I have a much more extensive journal over on LiveJournal as 'tastyeagle'. Feel free to go look over there if you want a more complete journal of my life.
But anyway, if any of y'all are interested in pictures from past furry cons I've been to, I'm slowly uploading all my photos from those years up to my account at http://www.flickr.com/photos/tastyeagle/sets
I've got all the furry cons I've been to from 2004-2009 now, as well as a bunch of furry gatherings that have taken place in my neck o' the woods.
Before 2004, I was using film, so I'll have to upload from a much grainier archive I made ages ago. I'll post updates here as I add more years.
