*There are no longer scheduled dates. These are monthly batches with a loose timeframe. A few commissions may spill into the beginning of the following month.*

Simply fill out the form {{{{{HERE}}}}}! After a minimum of 24hrs the form will be closed. The names of those chosen will be added below. Those who received a slot will then be emailed at the addresses submitted for confirmation.

Updating everyone that Sketch Days will be opening tomorrow (around 11am LA / Pacific time) and will be open for submissions for at least 24hrs once up. I am going to aim for regular openings on the 4th Saturday or Sunday of every month. I want to keep this a more regular schedule so people aren't surprised and miss random openings. So keep an eye out for those days to get your submissions in. You can expect a journal with a submission link and much more info!

porsche454. You won the commission! Thank you everyone else for helping me test the new form. I may pick another if I make enough headway on other work later this month.
I have already made some changes to the commission form with feedback:
* Added file download options for character refs and environments, as well as pumped up the file size allowed.
* Fixed a mistake by expanding the character info box to allow paragraphs instead of a single line answer.
* Turned on the option to have a copy of your form emailed to you. Several people requested this. Makes it easier to resubmit your idea in the future.
That's about it for now. I'm considering adding another link to my commission prices or adding a price sheet in the form itself with examples. It may not be necessary unless I post openings on twitter or elsewhere. I'll be using a version of the form without the commission type options for Sketch Days, but what I have now works for the general form.
You can probably expect another update in a couple weeks about how the new sketch days is going to go down. So stay tuned for that.

Price Change/ Raffling off a Commission (testers wanted!)

First I want to let everyone know that I have adjusted my prices. You can see the changes on my commissions tab [HERE]. I've also made some very minor edits to my T.O.S [HERE]. I cleaned up some of the language and changed how I will be splitting partial payments in the future. It was sorely overdue and I hadn't looked over my own T.O.S in years (for shame). Let me know if you have any questions or need something clarified.
Apart from that, I need help testing out my new commission form. For your trouble I will be raffling off a sketch commission or two!

No July Sketch Days ( a small discussion)

You have likely already noticed I haven't opened sketches for July. A few people have asked about them already so I'm updating everyone; I wont be opening for sketch days till at least August. I'm going to be focusing on other commissions in my queue for the remainder of July.
I'm also taking this time to reevaluate some details. Mostly pricing, but also how I want to approach daily sketches in the future. I've aimed to block out specific days, but the schedule can easily be thrown out of order whenever other responsibilities disrupt my work. It's easy to fall a week or two behind. I used to be able to juggle the workload a little better but I am now chronically late. Too many responsibilities have piled up. Even though most people seem unbothered I am not happy with this and want to be better with my time management. I work nearly every day so I know its not a lack of working. I think it's become a volume issue... but I'm getting off track.
So you can expect some changes in the near future. I might be dropping sketch days altogether if it comes to it. Just do good old fashioned commission slots on the regular. I could reserve sketch days for a special time where I do an entire year of sketches again (a la 2019. All 365 days! I was a beast that year). However something like that wont happen until I'm in a position for it.
Anyways, wanted to be transparent and see how everyone felt. Let me know if you have any questions or even suggestions. Also, as always thank you for being awesome!

Internet is broke (Update 9/30)
General | Posted 5 years agoSo my internet is out... again. After speaking with my service provider we discovered some of the hardware in the wall is busted. The soonest a technician can visit is Monday. I'll do my best to get work done where I can but wont be able to start sending files till next week.
UPDATE 9/30: The first technician thought they solved the problem but the internet cut out again not long after they left. A second worker had to come out yesterday and it took them quite a while to find out what was happening. It looked like a really localized outage that was affecting the area so I wasn't the only one experiencing problems. The technician had to switch us to another line. Luckily it was all issues on the providers end so I didn't have to pay extra.
The internet is now fixed and working so I should be back on track. I'll be opening commissions tomorrow but will leave some days free to play catch up first. Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding!

Internet is cutting out
General | Posted 5 years agoLeaving this message from my phone. The internet in my house keeps cutting out for the last few days and is not being reliable. Please excuse me while I argue with my service provider.
I'll attempt to get commissions out asap.
UPDATE: I got a whole spiel. I guess no one will help you with wifi issues because "we dont sell wifi" and ignored the fact that even when a computer is plugged directly into the modem it cuts out or is a million years slow.
Good news is I am getting a new modem Saturday. Hopefully that fixes the issue.
UPDATE 2: My internet is back up! I'm only two sketches from being caught up on my sketch day queue so you will likely see a journal for July slots tomorrow (the 2nd).
I'll attempt to get commissions out asap.
