Sketch a Day challenge complete! Now for Sketch Days
General | Posted 6 years agoI have completed my year of daily sketches! There were a few days here and there I fell behind but I have succeeded in making over 365 art pieces in 2019. The challenge was enjoyable. I want to continue producing a lot of artwork for 2020, but I'm going to give myself breathing room.
I'll continue putting up monthly journals for sketch slots, but there will be days off, so I can work on bigger commissions or take a break for myself. Prices have changed. You can see the new rates [HERE]. I'll be posting a journal for January sketches sometime later today under the new title of Sketch Days. So keep an eye out!

If I hosted a panel...
General | Posted 6 years agoWhat would you be interested in hearing about? Would anyone like to drop by if I did start hosting panels at conventions? I'm considering submitting a request to host at GSFC.
One idea was speaking on the differences of working full and part time as an artist. I would go into the pros and cons of both and generally how I manage my time and revenue.
I'm open to other ideas though and wanted to hear what you think. Is anyone even interested in these sorts of things?

Power Outages
General | Posted 6 years agoThere have been power outages in my neighborhood off and on for the last few days. It has effected my work times and I'm unsure when the problem will be resolved.
Progress may be slow, for art completion and uploads. I'll be real busy once I can work again. That's for sure. In the meantime I'll sweat out the lack of AC.
EDIT: I'm back to work and will be playing catch up over the next few days.

I made something!
For those of you not already in the know, I launched a Patreon earlier this week! This is dedicated to my personal work and projects so will revolve more around PG-PG13 content with the occasional NSFW offering. Right now there are not many tiers but I am working on adding more rewards, one of which may be a playtester tier for my card game. For now I'm keeping it simple and the options available are relatively cheap. So anyone who wants to show support I'd love for you to check it out!

Spreading the word is also greatly appreciated, through twitter, IG, FA, wherever. I'll probably be giving a big shout out at the end of the month for all those helping me get this off the ground. You all are completely awesome and are the reason I can create art full time. Now I'd like to evolve to making more original content while still offering commissions. Hopefully Patreon will be a good platform that will help me find that balance.
I'll do a video Q&A response once I get a few more supporters too. That would be fun. In the meantime if you are curious about any specifics or how this will change anything on here (it really shouldn't) feel free to ask below!

General | Posted 7 years agoI've been sick for the past week and have mostly been sleeping it off or hacking up a lung in the shower. Missed out on a ton of good food, but luckily I was able to still schedule a feast with my friends in the near future.
I caught the bug while taking care of my partner who was sick last week. I also haven't been really sick for at least four years, so there goes my lucky streak.
I am feeling better today and can sit at the computer again. Hopefully I'll be more productive and you should see work posted soon. For those of you who have ordered work from me recently, thank you for your patience!

Customers may print a personal copy of their commission. You may not mass produce, sell, or resell your commission. You do not retain legal rights to the artwork. If you wish to purchase the full rights you may request to negotiate a contract and price.
My Rights as the artistI (the artist) retain the legal rights to the image. If desired, I have the privilege to display the art on any website, in public, or to use for a portfolio. If ever struck with the fancy to sell reproductions of the art, I will show the decency of asking permission.
What I will drawNearly everything. I am proficient in characters, environments, and vehicles. I draw both general and adult work.
What I will not drawI will not depict the following: Cub, Scat, or licensed characters (unless significantly altered or parodied).
If you are unsure, simply ask. This is a no judgment zone.
PaymentAll currency is calculated in USD.
Options: I use Paypal invoicing. If you would prefer paying by a different method it can be discussed.
Payment Plans: Commissions under 250 are paid up front. Commissions above 250 can be split into payment plans upon discussion.
RefundsIf your commission has not been started you have the right to receive a full refund. If your project has been started you may receive a partial refund dependent on the amount of work finished. All completed commissions will not be refunded.
TimeframeThe time to complete a commission varies. You may ask for an estimate on the wait at any time. If you need a deadline for your commission, for any reason, inform me and I will plan for it. If you do not inform me before I accept your commission I cannot guarantee it will be completed on time. Always ask if a deadline is doable before sending me your money.
Purchasing art of someone else's characterNo need for proof of permission to use someone else's character. That is your responsibility. If the owner of said character asks me to cease creating an image, or has the image of their character taken down, there is no refund.
