I'm excited to fill my gallery. On days when inspiration runs dry, I thought it'd be great to have a running list of people interested in my art.
Please understand that replying to this journal doesn't guarantee that I will draw your character.
By commenting on this journal, you acknowledge and agree that I may create any picture or situation with your character, unless you specifically state what you don't want to see.
This isn't a trade.
This isn't a commission.
You won't receive progress updates, and you won't know I'm even drawing until I'm done!

Commission Info!
General | Posted a year agoIn requesting a commission from OtterTeaf, the commissioner agrees to read and adhere to the following information:
These prices are for non-commercial commissions only. They are not to be resold, marketed or edited in any way without my permission. I reserve the right to make prints and use any commissioned artwork for my own purposes. You agree to credit me with a link to my gallery (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/otterteaf/) when reposting my artwork on any web page or social media platform.
While I will make it a priority to get your finished piece out to you soon as possible, please note that in some cases production may take upwards of three (3) weeks to complete as I will only be able to work on your commission during the evenings and weekends.

Prices
Prices vary on a piece-by-piece basis. Below is a general guideline only. For a true quote please contact me via Notes and we will discuss your commission from there. All prices are in CAN dollars and do not include shipping for traditional work or badges.
Digital Icon (face) ā $25
Digital bookmark badge ā $75 (digital only) $100 (printed, laminated, punched)
Traditional Badge ā $100

Additional Charges
ā¢ Shipping is not included in the price of your traditional piece and will be calculated separately should you request the final copy. (I ship Canada Post, regular mail). Digital pieces will be emailed directly to your provided email address upon completion.
ā¢ To add tracking to your order is about $12+ (price is dependent on the country)
ā¢ When shipping originals, all artwork is backed by strong cardboard to ensure against bending/ripping in the delivery process. If you would like to forgo this type of packaging at your own risk, or use another method (such as padded envelopes) you will be charged accordingly.
ā¢ I am not liable if the package is lost in the mail.

Payment: Payments are to be made up front. Iām only able to accept payments via Paypal at this time. Once a commission has been accepted I will send you a PayPal invoice. Any other payments will be rejected/returned.
Process: For a commission quote it's best to contact me directly on FurAffinity. Please be clear in your note about the type of commission you are interested in, along with a detailed description of your character(s) and any pre-existing reference images you may have. I will price your commission based on this email, and assign your work a slot in my production list.
Once I have payment, I will begin sketching your commission. I will send you a version to review upon completion. This is your opportunity to tell me what (if anything) you would like to have changed. Once a piece is past this stage, I am unable to make further changes. Please be as specific as possible with what it is you want (in both your initial description and any changes you may desire) as I will charge half the total cost for any redraws past two. Please Note: If you cancel a commission after I have already started, only half of the original payment will be refunded.
When your commission is complete, you will be sent an email with either the digital file, or arrangements to receive the original copy in the mail.
Please Note: I reserve the right to reject any commission I am uncomfortable with. Please don't be rude about it.
