I don't use this site much any more, but I still look into what's going on and the like. Unfortunately recent events have lead me to believe that the admins here don't seem to know, or seem to care, about running this site. The latest Fender post proves that much to me at least. I doubt a no-shower like me is gonna have much impact on this site's numbers, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to start anew on Weasyl. I've submitted a few pieces there and already I'm quite impressed with the submission system, so I would like to give the site a chance.

I will still be checking in on FA, but all up, until the admins start showing some positive action, I'm afraid I do not feel comfortable with using this site any more, even if it's been nearly 2 years since my last submission.

Anyone will to help me achieve this goal? I'm home a lot more often now, and I can feel my mind slipping because I've fallen into a routine that's not good, so I need something to get me motivated again. But because my computer is slowly shitting itself the most I can do for now is sketches. So I'd like to raise some extra cash on the side so I can buy a new computer without pushing myself into the red if it's possible.

Officially offering the $10 sketch deal that I mentioned in my last entry. So a quick run-down:-

- The sketches will be done in pencil (duh)
- A4 sized, from the head down to below the waist
- Absolutely NO revisions, UNLESS I really really really stuff up a detail. So if you have something specific in mind, TELL ME STRAIGHT FROM THE START!
- Please, please, no porn. Or overly mature shots. Nudity doesn't bother me, as long as there's no nipple action though.
- I require payment upfront, via PayPal. I take AU (Australian) dollars, so some converting will be needed if you're overseas (but considering the Aussie dollar is pretty weak at the moment, you more or less get the sketch CHEAPER than $10). Currency Converter can be found here


I'm also offering the options to upgrade your sketches, for an additional fee.

- Inked (basic outlining) $3
- Colours (flat) $5
- Shading $10

So for example if you want an inked piece it'll cost you $AU13. If you want it coloured and shaded it'll cost you $20. Nice and simple.

Buyers will receive a 300dpi scan of their sketch/finished piece via email, so make sure your inbox has enough space. Buyers are free to use their sketches/finished pieces any way they wish (i.e. icons, banners, character references) AS LONG AS YOU DON'T CLAIM THE ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN, DON'T USE IT FOR PROFIT, AND LINK BACK TO ME.

Included with the scanned sketch/finished piece I'll include a version that has my watermark on it. So if you wish to upload the picture to your account please upload this one.

I've been thinking about this for a little while now, but figured I'd ask opinions about it first. Like would anyone be interested, first off. |Da

This would mean that it'll just be a pencil sketch (or maybe even pen, I like switching between the two for sketching). Not a total full body sketch, maybe bust shots? Maybe a bit lower, like it stops just above the knees. I feel weird just doing bust shots for some reason.

It would also mean no revisions of said sketches, unless I like really fuck up a feature or something. I also want to offer the option of upgrading the sketch to an inked piece for $3 extra, or flat colour for $5 extra, shading $10 extra, etc.

What do you guys think? I'm mainly doing this so I can get back into the swing of drawing more regularly, hence the sale, so it'll be for a limited time. Maybe a month the most depending on how much interest this gathers.

[EDIT] Mr. Cullen pointed out that some people might be wary of commissioning me due to my lack of uploads here at FA.
