I'm having difficulty changing my avatar. I thought it may have been because the file was too big, but I went in, saved it as a GIF and it's only 12 KB now, and it won't upload. It's a bit frustrating.
A quick google says it isn't the first time this has happened, but I just don't know what to do about it. Can anyone help?
