This evening I was hanging out at a friends house out in the country when I noticed he had boxes and boxes of sparklers on top of his refrigerator. I asked him if he was planning on building a sparkler bomb. He had no idea what I was talking about and I described it to him. He said that he did not believe it would explode but would instead just burn really bright. At that point it was time for a demonstration but first a trip to the dollar general for rolls of tape. Once the bomb was made, it was dark and we carried it to the edge of the pond, lit it and ran like hell. It had 750 sparklers and made one hell of a boom. His reaction was priceless and I wish I had video of it. Shortly later a deputy drove by shining his spotlight around then left, about 15 minites later he was back knocking on the door. He chuckled when we explained what it was and we had no more sparklers. He said he had seen them on Youtube and was a good guy and basically told us to behave ourselves for the rest of the night. No alcohol was involved.

I'm in town for a few days to get some things done. Because everything closes around 5 I've been fiddleing around with things in the evening, so I decided to drive the little Falcon around. People say convertibles are for the sun but I believe that the night time is the right time. It's cooler and I don't have to wear a hat to keep my head from blistering. =3

I'm leaving in the morning for Melbourne Florida to deliver another RV. That's close to Cape Canaveral, tHe ocean and other cool shit! =3

I'm at home for a few days and decided to drive the ol Dodge around to get a few things done around town. I made a turn into the sun and was pretty much blinded by the light hitting the dust on the windshield. I drove a few blocks to the carwash and started rinsing off the entire truck when I noticed the paint was comming off the hood. My first thought was ok the paint is kinda dead on this thing anyway, but it kept comming off. About half the paint came off the hood and a little off the tops of the doors and bedsides. When finished I kinda studied it for a few moments then thought cool .....a lot of people pay big money for this look and I'm getting it for free! =3

I have 5 rooms reserved at the moment, 2 in October, 1 in Nov., 1 in Dec., and 1 in Feb., now to go get the cash to pay for 'em all.

I'm just laying here in a motorhome trying to sleep next to an open window when I look up and a huge cloud of skeeters are bouncing off the window screen. I'm glad that screen is there!

I'm sleepin in a schmancy RV tonight, beats the balls off a UPS truck! Finally something more fitting a fox. Give the box trucks to the cougar.

I've been meaning to mention this for a while but the area where I've been lately is Amish country. It's kind of neat to see them in their horse & buggies on the roads, but a few have kind of stuck out and make me grin. One was driving his buggy and a nother was sitting on a bicycle at an intersection and both were texting like mad. One day at our depot a storm was blowing in when 2 Amish women came riding in on zero turn mowers wearing the dresses and bonnets, loaded the mowers, jumped in the truck and split. I just think it's a bit funny, that's all. =3 *Amish gone wild*

I have now delivered 7 UPS trucks to the easteren US! am currently home for a few days for a break then back to it. i think after 3 more trucks, i will have a picture of one tatooed onto my butt! =3 I think I will have earned it.

This new job has had me wearing out I-80 between Sturgis Michigan and NYC over the past few weeks.

I had nothing else going on last night and time to burn so I went and seen Despicable Me 2. =D

I received an Email yesterday telling me that I got the driving job. Now I have a lot of work to do by the end of the month, it's crunch time! =3

I mailed my application for the new job the other day, and yesterday I recieved a letter from my current job stating that we have not been accruing vacation since May 26th and won't be until October 1st and they will not even look at pay raises untill January instead of September. We have not had a raise in many years so I knew where that was going to end up anyway. I know we will have a Departmental meeting tomorrow about it and the crew and our bosses are going to be expecting me to comment and and raise hell with them like usual, but I'm not going to. I know they will ask me if I have any questions or comments at the end and I will tell them, no because I don't care. The place I've applied for contacted me the very next morning after I sent my basic info wanting me to send the full app., driving record, and copy of my drivers license. I feel really confident about the new job and when it's for sure I will give my current employer my notice and then they will understand why I don't care anymore. These guys just keep sweeting the deal!

All of this thinking about and getting the papers they need for the new job that I am after has really taken my mind off of the fact that Saturday June 1st is the anniversary of losing somebody very close to me, in fact the only time I've really had time to think about it has been when I lay down to go to bed and when I wake up. Even then I haven't been consumed by it like I usually am at this time of the year. Things are looking good on the job, I will be working for myself under contract to drive their motorhomes to the dealerships.

I put in an application for the RV job, now to see where it goes.

I have worked at my job for 20 years now and I believe that I have taken it as far as I can, in fact it has dropped back to rock bottom within the past couple of years. When I first hired on I hated the job position where I started. My plan was to do that job for a while then transfer into a better position and that's what I did, the year before last they had a layoff and got rid of the guy that was doing the job that I hate. They pulled me off my job and put me in his spot and there is no chance to transfer out again because when some one leaves they don't replace them. After all the years I worked for them they did not ask if I wanted it or not they just put me there despite the fact I had been at my job longer than anyone else on my crew. And I resent the shit out of it! The only good part is that I have kept my old job title and did not have to take a pay cut. *by the way, no one in my dept. has had any kind of a pay raise since 2006* I have found another job but I would occasionally be gone a month at a time, and I would have to purchase a fair amount of equipment, but would pay a quite a bit more and the equip. would pay for itself pretty quickly. It's a quite a bit to think about and I'm thinking about it while I research the equip. cost and such. .....It would be great to tell my current employer to go piss up a rope! >=3

I loaded my truck with a few "extra supplies" for Wild Nights. The plan was to pull Keefurs bed out from the wall and wrap it in plastic streach wrap and biohazzard caution tape then plaster it with bio stickers then put the bed back. BUT while showing Draconis something I had in my truck, he spotted the roll of wrap and asked if he could use it. At that very moment my mind started running wild at the possiblities and I said ....sure! So when I knew that Keefur and Draconis was out I put the tape and some of the stickers on their bunks, then later walked with them both as they returned to their cabin and we tasted beer and other alcohols. The next night I also helped Draconis wrap Okis car as payback *Even though he was as innocent as a yote can be* I even finished shooting the video with John Doe's camera while he set up his other thing. And no one was the wiser, except about 7 others that I must thank for their silence. Even though one blurted it out in a crowd but was un noticed. I now confess to this since I'm safe at home. I also returned to the scene of the crime and put bio stickers on the car figuring the cougar would realize somthing was up but NO, it went right over his head. =P

This Friday the 26th of April will be the 20th anniversary of me being at that crappy job of mine. Will I be spending it with them? HAIL NO .... SCREW THEM!!!! I will be celebrating it at Wild Nights. =3
