Wow its been so long!
Posted 10 years agoSince I last posted anything! Well a lot has been going on since I last spoke with all of you..... I switched jobs twice, had severe depression, burned both my feet due to a fryer mishap, had my identity stolen, made new friends, lost friends, lost my job, and picked up a new job today! Life sure has a way of taking a funny detour sometimes.... I am sorry I have been so quiet lately, I sure hope to get more time to chat and draw.. For now things are looking like they are on the uptick, and lets hope they stay that way. Have a great day/night everyone!!!!

Posted 10 years agodue to quite a bit of drama and other issues going on in my life right now i will not be online much if any at all for the next few months, i just need time to focus and get things figured out. those who are close to me IRL will be updated more so then others but this cannot be helped. when things improve i will be back. until then.....

Posted 10 years agoI can't believe it's been over a year since my mom passed and my dad is finally getting remarried, don't get me wrong I think that he needs to have someone in this life that he can love till the end if time, I just think it was a bit rushed. this year has been crazy for me from switching jobs too wanting to switch careers its been an insane year for me I can only imagine what the future will hold I know whatever happens it'll be amazing. I decided to make a career change for a number of reasons the first reason was that I felt like I lost my spark with in the restaurant industry and well I know that that is not hundred percent true I just I can't do the long hours with the being paid peanuts and getting no respect for it I just can't do it anymore so I've decided that along with the fact I need to get stable health care for my medical concerns that I would switch careers. Southwest offered me a position but I would have to either commute several hours a day remove and I don't know if I should take them up on the offer because well it's a lateral move I would get a lot of amazing benefits that I can't get right now in my industry things like full medical coverage full dental coverage full vision coverage I don't want to end up moving out of town on a whim of hoping that this is the job I've dreamed of but at the same time I can't stay where I'm at in life I need something new I need something exciting in my life well I guess that's all for right now see everyone later.

Posted 11 years agoso it seems i got myself into a war with some of our neighbors...... on Halloween decorations that is! the neighbor behind me has all their decorations up and was bragging about how much he spent this year.... so now everyone in the neighborhood is talking about how their going to out do everyone else... we are going to have the best decorations on the block!

Posted 11 years agoso i know i didn't tell a lot of people about my hernia issues. however my surgery on Tuesday was a success! just working on healing now, i think the boredom is bothering me more then the pain from the surgery, (and yes Damion i know i have been a bitch the past few days, sorry)or even the mesh they had to put in, any-who i will be available to chat 24/7 from now till next Thursday XD

chocolate paintings
Posted 11 years agoi love to do what they call chocolate paintings, this type of art is painting a picture completely out of dark, light, and different colored variations of white chocolate. an old chef i studied under issued me a challenge, to do a wildlife and/or mountain scene for one of his events coming up in july. since i am a bit rusty in my chocolate painting skills, i have a sweet deal for all of you....... so i can practice various styles of art and get my skills up to where i want them (and to share my talents)... i am offering free art to anyone that would like a completely edible piece of artwork featuring their fursona!

Posted 11 years agonow i know i am not around as much as i would like to be due to my work situation. however i have been keeping tabs on what has been going on in the lives of many others on this site, i will say my piece and then be done and i don't want to get any shit for what i am saying here. whatever is going on with Damion's "son", that's not a reason for pulling him into a pile of shit, let him work out whatever he feels he needs to work out, now i already have read most of the points on both sides of the story so to speak, and to be honest i am not here to decide whats right or wrong, however when you bring Damion "my son" into a pile of shit and cause him enough grief that his health starts to decline ..... that's when i am going to step in and remind ALL of you guys, that people are people and while Damion is under the belief that his adopted son is not completely in the wrong, i would greatly appreciate if you all would please keep your malice and disrespect towards him to a minimum.

A New Beginning
Posted 12 years agowell first and foremost i wish to thank everyone for their support and prayers, and kind words! it has helped me get through this difficult time in my life. i also wish to say that prayers do work, and those prayers helped my mother reach heaven at 7:45am on June 22nd. she was not in pain and was surrounded by friends and family when she passed. i hope to one day properly thank those furs that gave me support and strength. i hope to one day give others the same support i was given, so Thank-you again to everyone! it helped me so much, and i am proud to be a part of such a wonderful and supportive community!

Posted 12 years agoso as many have learned about recently, my mother is dying in front of my eyes..... and its nothing that should be taking her life. my mom has become a medical miracle to the medical community. after surviving kidney transplant, a almost fatal car crash, a rare blood cancer, and at least 20 documented times that she should have never survived, a lump on her back it whats going to end her life. in three days she went from being a fully capable partialy blind 50 year old woman, to a wheelchair bound, fully blind, limited speech woman who dosent even remember where she is half the time.
its been a rough few days. nothing can be done for her, and our family is having a hard time coming to terms with it, everyones support and prayers have ment the world to me and my family. so to everyone who has been there for me past, present and future, THANK-YOU SO MUCH! as i go through this rough patch in my life,knowing so many from the community care.... words cannot describe how important that means to me. when she finds peace with the man upstairs... my soul will be at peace.
