I hope 2018 ended well for everyone, and that the new year is going to embrace all of you with open arms :)

I wanted to apologize how innactive I have been the last four weeks. It's been a combination of a lot of small things, but mainly I just recently moved, and the internet hasn't been properly set up. But I am planning on becoming a lot more active again, so expect some new YCH's ;)

Whilst we are on the topic, I'd love to hear what people would like to see from me in 2019, be it in my personal pieces, general art or YCH's =3

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Okay, okay, I know it's still early December but at least I'm not putting Christmas decorations up right after Halloween.
Anyway!

I'm wondering if any of you would be interested in pitching in for a Christmas with Pancake piece? A Christmas themed art piece celebrating the near-end of 2018 that'll be fully lined, colored, and shaded.

I was originally planning on doing this up as a Christmas YCH... but then I figured I could make it more personalized and flexible by gathering interested people together first. Obviously the downside is that you won't know what you're going to get until Christmas... but hey, that's Christmas presents for you!

To cater to everyone that's interested, I'll be offering 3 options.
Featured Role ($60): E.g. Eating cake with Pancake
Significant Role ($40): E.g. standing under a mistletoe by the door
Minor Reference ($20): E.g. plushie of your character


I won't be accepting payments till after I have received some interest. The plan is to have this piece finished and uploaded by Christmas day.

Whilst we are on the festive note, if your sona was invited to a Christmas party, what would they bring with them? =3

Someone was nice enough to send me a essage when they saw a beware on facebook, regarding art thieft. They knew the piece was mine and then sent me a message on facebook, letting me know that someone has claimed on of my art pieces as their own, claiming the character that's in the piece.

I'm mostly worried, since the character they have claimed isn't mine. It could become really messy if they are getting art of the character, etc.
Whilst if they had just been going "Looks I mades it" I would have been able to laugh at it, but I feel what they are doing is even worse. Since it's the art that I drew, but the character doesn't belong to me.

As far as I know, this is the first for me so I'm just mostly surprised by this.
This isn't a beware by any means, just more of a rant. I've told the person who owns the character what has happened, but from what I see the best I can do is just wait and keep an eye out on what's happening.

I know a friend of mine loves seeing my sketches more, and there have been a few people who have been people asking me and suggesting I upload more sketches and WIP's here, instead of only completed pieces.

Woohoo I'm back, for now!

There are some possible issues of loosing the internet at somepoint for a day or two in the possibly near future (not fully sure about just what is going on) but for now, I have internet and won't really be going away any time soon, or at least that's not the plan :P

Whilst I'm here, I am planning on drawing up more YCH's soon! :D

I thought I'd lave a bit of an update on with my current situation to give people a bit of a heads up to the lack of my pressence for a short while.

As the title of this journal says, I'm upgrading myself! Well, to a better house, with no internet! I'm moving things over there today, and will be handing in my keys to the current place soon, but currently there's no internet there. They talked about it taking up to a week to be set up, so hopefully I'll be back online by sometime next weekend. If not, then it might stretch into two weeks.

But fear not! Pancake always returns!


I'm actually really happy to be going to a new place, and no longer have to wake up to the same guy staring in through the window, while trying to pretend to be fetching mail.

I think I will start off with talking about the latest raffle I'm holding :) I'm sorry I have not given any updates to it, but I am planning on going through the names again at the end of this week and picking ones I find most fitting for the twins :) But! I was hoping the current things ongoing in my life would manage to settle and sort itself out a lot sooner then it has, but since it hasn't I thought I'd do a public apology of how slow I have been.

As some of you may know, I just recently moved. But, before I moved in, it seems my landlord forgot to mention the fact that my place does not have electricity... It seems there is something off in the walls where the electric ports and it just isn't managing to connect to anything. The heater was also broken and stuck on max, so it was like I was living in a sauna for a period. And thus, I ended up setting a temporary living space for myself in my landlords livingroom that wasn't supposed to be any longer then a week or two...

Well! The heater has been fixed, but the electricity still hasn't been.
What it means, I will be slow for at least another week or so by the looks of it, till it will be finally be fixed (I'm really hoping it will be done sooner). Till then, I don't really have much privacy to work, as well I constantly get interrupted when I do start.

Thanks for understanding, I shall keep ya'll posted if it will continue to drag out.

Over 4500 page visits and almost 500 watchers! I never thought I'd get this many views and watchers when I started here last year, but it makes me so happy to see that all of you seem to like my art ^^

I want to thank all of you for watching me, and after taking my time to think about how would be the best way to show my appreciation, I decided I'd hold a raffle :D
