Those of you that know me, know that i don’t mind doing freebies from time to time, i don’t. I especially don’t mind it, if the person has no art of their character. Only because it could help them to use as a ref later down the road. i LIKE doing that.

it makes me happy to see them happy, and helping them out. that feeling is something i love, just the sheer joy and warmth that comes from making people happy.

what does bother me, is when people start to get really rude towards an artist, in regards to free art or requests. How they either demand, or assume they should get free artist. As if all artists are at their beck and call? and if you’re doing none of these things, people get bent out of shape about not getting free art? what makes them feel so entitled to it? or how, if they’re accustomed to getting free art, if you tell them no when they request something, they get bent out of shape about it, should you call them out on it?

should just be given to them whenever an idea strikes them. It’s one thing, to request something, and should the artist politely decline, you have to be rude about it?

i don’t know, the whole thing kind of makes you not want to do something like that, which i think is nice and fun to do from time to time. All because there are a few people who tend to ruin the fun of it for everyone? Why do some people actually act like this? i guess i'll never understand it.

bottom of the line here, if you only want to be friends with someone for art, stories, rp's, or basically nothing to do with them as a person other than something you can benefit from. stop.
that's right, just stop.

you're being dishonest and disrespectful to that person.

so please, if you see and artist you like, check their page to see if they are open for requests or trades. if they aren't then move along. i mean, you can always ask, but don't be surprised at the answer since the page already stated otherwise.

What i was ordering was the pink/white colored 3DS XL and i ordered it from walmart, since it was pretty much the same price as gamestop except it came as a bundle. So i got a case, stylyus and game with it as well.

Now, i know i ran it for a couple hours, and along the way ran into technical difficulties. ( ・◇・)？
At the start, it was me and in a chat, talking with you fine peeps, and i think when it became a group chat skype effed up the audio on my end. You could only hear me, making me sound crazy-which ain't nothin new i can tell ya lol

Some thought i was ignoring them, and i wasn't, i tried talking to everyone over the mic [assuming they could hear me] as well as in the chat a few times when i thought they couldn't. I know we also had someone who spammed the chat on the rare occassion, but we couldn't perma ban since it was saying that person was a moderator for whatever odd reason.

And i did try to talk in both the chat as well as over skype, and i was a lil distracted with working on the commissions. So i'm sorry if you felt like i was ignoring you. I can promise you, that was never my intent. I generally don't' use voice in stream, something goes wrong one way or the other. I know that the chat was a little dead and for that i'm sorry, i love you guys, and i wouldn't ignore you. （；へ：）

So, i'm sorry about what happened in the stream, it won't happen again because i just won't bother with voice anymore ╮(╯▽╰)╭

once i'm done with my current commissions, i was thinking of doing some commissions on SL for L. what do you guys think?

i think a sketch would be 2500 L, Ink would be 3500 L, and flat colors would be 5000 L

I've been without a computer since last Friday [i'm using my grandparents computer for the moment], i should however, have my new computer [it's built up and ready to go] luckily, my brother was able to mover over files from my hard drive into the newer one before the hard drive died. So no loss on any art files I've saved, and I've even got some new games on there to play~

I can't wait, of course, and so much art i get to along with the ones that i owe. My time has consisted of reading, and playing animal crossing on the game cube. As well as taking the dogs for a walk when the weather is nice [it's getting cold again uxu;]



I plan to post up pics of my new comp once i get along with its specs. Out of the 500 that i gave my brother, he only spent about 480 or so, out of what would have been 700 or more at regular prices.

I mentioned in a previous journal about art trades, and honestly, i can't decide between them or Collaborations. Because i really do enjoy doing both. However, i think i'd only take on 3 slots for either of these, so they'd be pretty limited.

Well, for starters i can walk around now, since my knee is no longer bothering me. After a day of having it elevated, aspirin, and having an ice pack on it, it certainly feels better♥

I have 1/2 of my commissions done, as well as have other things I've been needing to work on completed. i was able to get my submission for the Pokemon tournament over on FA completed before the dead line. But i may have to revise it, not sure yet until i get an email back. I'm really glad i can get back to drawing, even if it was only a little over a day, because i love drawing. And having my leg propped up prevented me from doing that. x3

I'm also going to be heading back to Florida next month, only for a few days though, to see my brother and his girlfriend for her birthday. She'll also have school off for a week, which also happens to be while i'm down there. I would only be there for 3-4 days, all depending what they wanna do really. x3

Still, i figure it'd be good to give you guys an update of sorts as to whats been going on, as well as the soon to be goings on. :3

first i slam my knee into the desk and cut it, next day or so i slip and fall on the only step in the house, and land on my knee in the same spot. now I've got it propped up and have an ice pack. that step is trying to kill me, i swear lol

So no arts for a while, which sucks because i had stuff to work on as well as a contest/tournament i was gonna enter uxu; piddle
