Terms of Service for Commissions
Posted a year agoBy commissioning me you accept the following:
My terms may be changed at any time for any reason.
All payments are to be done up front and in full through PayPal using USD. We will verify the price and details before I send my invoice.
A visual reference is strongly advised along with any design elements that are to be included like complex markings. If I need to spend time figuring out something from imagination and checking with you, then it will cost extra.
I have a right to draw the character that you ask me to. If I find out that I do not after receiving payment, then I will not refund it.
If you must ask for a refund, sooner is better. Let me know of your reasons and we can work something out depending on the circumstances from both sides.
I will update you through the progress of your commission, timely responses will be greatly appreciated should you require any tweaks or changes before I finalize my work. Making me go back to make any major changes will cost extra so I advise you to know what you want from the start.
I will retain all credit for my work. You have permission to upload and share content that you ordered from me provided you link it back to me (example: through my linktree or FA). A link to the original posting would be strongly preferred as well.
Commissions are only for your personal use. You do not have permission to profit from my work in any way. And you may not use my art to train AI models.
You may not alter any of my artwork (WIPs or finished) without my permission. I reserve the right to use any of the art I make as I see fit, finished or otherwise.

Things are coming together
Posted a year agoLooks like I got much of my setup finished here and on my other accounts elsewhere. Aside from some cosmetic improvements that can be done to make my page stand out more, I'm happy with how things are looking.
Got the majority of art I've had saved up posted as well, so my submissions will likely come a bit slower as I develop them. At some point I'd love to start doing commissions, sketch style ones at first before I start going into more elaborate illustrations. And somewhere along the line, I'm gonna try my hand at comic pages and more elaborate sheets for weapons, characters and the like.
I would like to get into some art centric communities as well if I can find any of them here, mostly places to post my content and possibly even learn a thing or two.
If anyone has any suggestions for improving my profile or what communities to get into, please let me know.

Posted a year agoGetting the ball rolling for this profile, I'm hoping to make something out of it. Kinda annoyed with the postybirb restrictions to start, but guess that's how it is.
Anyway, call me Max. I've got cool project going on which I call "Pandamonium", and in time I will reveal it here as well as in other spaces. Wish me luck, I got a feeling I could use some lol
