Too many recipes running around in my head
General | Posted 12 years agoso here is the deal, once a month I am going to put up pictures and recipe for something I make so you guys can make it, I have done this before with some recipes but I will be putting up a different one each month with pictures and step-by-step instructions on how to do it.
I was kind of given and inspiration tonight on making a recipe book so I'm going to start posting some here, I have been working with food for a very long time, I love to cook a lot of these recipes are of my own design and include appetizers main entrées side dishes salads and desserts.
I have always wanted to open my own restaurant unfortunately the money has never been there to do so that is still my biggest and main dream, and if I ever get the money I will open one there has only been about two other people I have ever shared that dream with the opening of a restaurant what it would be and what I would serve one is a very close friend and my neighbor Jimmy, he is also the reason why I'm going to start putting up some of my recipes, he says he really enjoys my food and he seer every night so I figured I would start sharing some of my recipes.
So if you can follow a recipe use measuring cups and spoons work a knife mixer blender oven and stove I hope you will try some of my recipes out and give your comments on them and maybe I will one day publish a recipe book, I always try to make good quality good tasting food have for a very long time.
And I hope you enjoy them.

well my desktop is now fixing to die
General | Posted 13 years agojust got on my desktop for the first time in a week or better and for the last hour and a half I have been trying to figure out why it is not seen any of my serial ATA drives??
This is the 1 TB drive the 500 GB drive and my DVD light scribe burner, after running down everything going through all of this leads and everything have come to the conclusion that the serial ATA controller for the motherboard has died it no longer lists my serial ATA drives and the hardware directory nor does it see them in CMOS yes they do have power this just means that is going to be sooner now then later for me to upgrade my motherboard I was hoping at least it would wait until I had my laptop paid off, this does mean that I will have to be buying a new motherboard and processor memory and a few other odds and ends most likely hopefully I can still use my video cards and so I can get better once, it is a great thing though I do have a back up laptop.
I am pretty sure that is all the problem is and the drives will come back online when I redo my motherboard, crossing all fingers and toes though on that 500 gig hard drive there's almost 200 gigs of it that is music and a little over 100 gigs that is artwork that I have collected over the years I do have a backup of my music onto my laptop and most of the artwork, tomorrow morning I will be pulling desktop apart and checking to see if there's any loose connections or anything but I am pretty sure that the controller has gone out in it as on this particular motherboard it's a first-generation serial ATA controller for the earlier serial ATA drives.
Now here I go off looking for a new motherboard I will be replacing this one though with an AMD AM3+ DDR3 motherboard memory and processor.

Been seriously sick for over a week
General | Posted 13 years agoStarted Friday before last just not feeling good and from early Saturday morning early Sunday morning was throwing my little guts out almost had to go to the hospital spent the rest of the week on my couch and this is the first time I've really been on my computers.
Haven't been able to really swallow anything due to extreme pain, as a matter of fact last night was the first time I've been able to eat anything in a week other then a glass of milk, was able to eat a half of grilled cheese sandwich.
So I'm going to be here for a little while saving some new art as I have 697 submissions to look at I have already deleted over 1000 e-mails so if you have sent me an e-mail this last week please resend it as I really didn't even look all I did was delete.
Feeling a lot better today me and Jimmy will probably be going to Walmart to get groceries later on this afternoon.

had a wonderful time meeting everybody running around in fursuit and taking pictures, will be uploading some pictures later on, the food was really great joyed all of it.
Enjoyed meeting some furs that I hadn't seen in a long time.
I hate leaving this journal on a sour note, but as I was leaving getting all my stuff together I went back into the headless lounge to get my fursuit and found that somebody had brought a bowl of nachos chips and cheese into the lounge had either set the bowl on the table that I had the great that I carry my fursuit under at the time I did not have the lid on the crate and it got knocked off and landed on Pandr's head, and didn't tell anybody, so when I went to go get everything together there was a bunch of nachos and cheese on the face of Pandr's head, after seeing that I was so Flippin pissed off that I punched the wall and really hurt my hand, but I will be okay and it still hurts a little today and is a little swollen but I will get over.
a very very good friend and I cannot thank him enough for helping me get the cheese and nachos off of Pandr's face and giving me a bunch of support and advice on how to clean the remaining part of the cheese out of his fur, also the staff at Elliott's was very helpful and very supportive.
I will be uploading a picture of what I found when I went into the headless lounge in my scrap file in a little while so you can see, also if you were at Elliott's last night and had seen anything going on in the headless lounge at the time of this incident please let the staff at Elliott konw and me as well I'm hoping that this was an accident, I am just wishing that the person who did this would own up to it and should have gotten staff involved so we could get this sorted out properly.
I appreciate everything that Elliott's does for the furry fandom I very much love going to their events and I can't say how much I appreciated all of their support and help.

General | Posted 13 years agoI went today to pay the taxes on the house transferred the title into my name and get the sticker it's like a license sticker that you put on your car but for mobile homes.
After paying all of that going home and figuring out all of my financial situations for the rest of the month I had enough money to pay off my cable bill they will be out tomorrow to install my cable my Internet and my phone.
So with all of that the only thing that I did not get accomplished this year was getting a car, but everything else is done like I said before in a previous Journal in the next couple years I should have a car.
There is a little fur who has been waiting on a piece of artwork that I have been coloring for him I am very sorry that it is taken so long for you to get your artwork I have been very sick the last few days it seems like the beginning of the month I get very sick for some stupid reason, my doctors and everyone else cannot figure it out I thought I was going back to the hospital again, but so far I am still home and I am doing better I do have to clean my house and get ready for the cable people tomorrow so it will be a few more days before I get back on your piece of artwork I'm sorry again for the inconvenience, just give me some time and I will have it done for you.
