SO HEAD ON OVA!

So recently I've noticed an influx in the babyfur community here, not that theres anything wrong with that, quiet the contrary I love em and think they're adorable, but this got me thinking of myself and I realised something, no I'm not a babyfur but I'm something else, I'm a petfur. now this isn't me trying to throw a label on myself so I go with the crowd but I genuinly consider myself a petfur, this means I like collars, leashes and lovvvee a good cuddle or snuggle and how most babyfurs are looking for a sibling/caretaker, I'm looking to be collared by someone.
mind you I'm into fun as much as the next guy but this dosn't mean I'm all super murry purry and all out ther, quiet the contrary I find this stuff as being something that's very intimate, that's why I find "being collared" (the literal and figurative term) such a big deal. now anyone thats been around me can tell ya I'm pretty subby, not a follower but a complete softy. why this is is because I've spent my whole life being a leader, the "man of the house" guiding my family through tough times and this isn't the real world , this is the furry world, a world of dreams, and many times opposites.
Were one can become what he/her truly wants to be or what people see themselves as on the inside. what this means for me is I want to be a kinda subby pack member and no longer the alphadog cus I'm tired of it, it truly gets tiring but thats the glory of our fandom, you become what you truly want to be, and become truly yourself. I've seen shy people become the center of attention, unconfident people become flirty and or go getters, people who wished they wer stronger become ripped forces of nature, big become skinny, skinny become big, weak become brave and in my case: brave become weak in a domesticated way.
then to go along with this "selfawakening" I found this lil meme that really brought home the idea for me that "damn I am a petfur" lol
if you'de like to take it feel free it's for "domesticated canines" so if ur a feline, rabbit, etc. feel free to take out things and put in whatever makes sense for your species lol

so my page since day one has said my main name is Ekundayo but everyone calls me panzer even though I origanely didn't plan it. basicly I joined FA fursonaless and I was coming from the sonic fandom where my sona was a fox named Derek Prower http://greenblood12354.deviantart.c.....1803&qo=25 (yup thats me from back in the day, not my art btw it's a great friend of mines) so I decided to stick with my old sona species/ go with the crowd (fox lovas)
well when I finally created my sona (gonna get refs and arts using christmas specials *looking at you ombu!*) I looked for an african tribal name that fit me and I found the perfect one: Ekundayo, it means "from sorrow to happyness" which is a perfect explenations of why I joined the fandom, without becoming senor drama llama I'll simply say I was in a real tough spot in my life and was looking for someone/thing to keep my attention off the real world and whats better then talking animals! not to mention the AMAZING friends I've made and will meet. either way ppl simply called me panzer and i've never been called ekundayo which is understandable because it's pretty long (4 syllables while most names are 2 or 1)
well I've decided to let Panzer become my officail name, it's just so to the point and I do like it (bc I'm one of them there tankerfurs)
Also I've finally finished my ww2sona thanks to the drive to enter  Jasperi's awesome stories, more on my sona will be said on my new page after the holidays, oh yeah did I mention I'm moving my page? lol

sorry for my absence for the past week or so I've been super busy working, volunteering and when I'm not working, tutoring (and getting paid in fudge kind of like in the weddingsinger when he's paid in meatballs lol)
ether way this past saturday I had the amazing experience of volunteering at my towns holiday festivities, I came in with a big toolbox full of my mascoting equipment (extra cloths, ice packs, water, a 2 liter of sprite, towels, face towels, bobby pins etc) and offered my services as a fursuiter since I have 3 years experience mascoting, well from that point on I was called "the mascot specialist" lol I cordinated frosty, rudolph, comet and even santa giving the first time fursuiters a rundown on pantamiming, ways to express certain feelings, how to position yourself in certain areas, ways to approach kids and most importantly how to avoid awkwardness when a kid is scared or unsure (which I've found to be around 1/7 kids and there were hundreds of kids) but not only how to avoid awkwardness but how to turn it around and make yourself so utterly adorable the kid becomes more comfertable with you.
well I was the "head handler" walking around guiding 'em and then when they all got tired i said "don't worry I'll gladly take over" so I got to be rudolph (an absolutely adorable suit I might add) and I walked around and kids went completely bananers and loved to boop my nose and I'de boop their nose back, I even snuck aboard the "polar express trolly ride" which drove around my town being "conducted" by this guy who dressed up just like the conductor, you should of seen the kids' faces when the conductor said "last call, ALL ABOARD!" and rudolph pops his head through the doorway and proceeds to trot in and sit on the same bench as em.
it was sooooo much fun to be asked questions about the north pole, what time I'll be arriving this year and if I could pass a message to santa among others *sigh* god I love suiting
I also got to see this pretty straight cut, shy kind of grumpy dad turn into the cutist damn fursuiter you've ever seen (we're talking flux cute here) the second he started walking around in rudolph before me, when I later helped him out of it he emediatly said "THAT WAS AMAZING! god I love yor job, the kids.... they were so frickn happy over some random guy dressing up and acting goofy" and I just said "thats the magic of fursuiting dude!"
I also got to mascot for the local special olympics basketball tournament which was an amazing experience. two disabled kids actually told me that they literally and figurativly have dreamt of playing a basketball game just like our varsity team that was mascoted by me and that I would be their "new bestest buddy" because "I'm the most awesome guy out there ever" and they lost it when I joined in on the team huddle and when everyone put their hand in the middle of the circle, I'm not too much of a man to admit I let out a tear or two lol

hey guys long time no chat unless I hung with you at mff which was my 2nd con and of course topped last year by far
I arrived thursday but had to go home but was able to stay saturday and sunday night both times with a great friend of mine  evauk and his amazing girlfriend  thayrustback (who's art is ubber amazing I might add since I was able to see her painting skills in action (and almost knock over once *facepalm*) so go check her out *waves airtraffic controler cones towards her page*)
now origanely I was supposed to be rooming with my other great friend  neevipanda and his minnesotta/ michigan friends but I decided to crash at evauks, while hanging with Evauk and his roomies I also officially joined his pack which I'm honestly really excited about because his group is truly the first group I really fit in with, energy wise and comfort wise, either way shout out to evauk "Iook forward to prooving how loyal this wild dog can be cus Ill tell you right now, when I care for someone as much as I care for you guys I'll be by your side whenever wherever bro *hug*."
eitherway at the con I learned that the first room i was supposed to stay (neevi's) in had some....odd neighbours, basicly what happened is since I've already described our neighbours to our left, friday night we wer chilling for a half an hour in our room talking when we hear a scratching on our door and someone going "helloooo, prrrr *giggle*" (this was hours after the whole oh murr oh murr incident) we ignored the door pretty confused and kept talking, well 20 min later on the door that devides our room and our neighbours room we heard a scratcing and again "hellooooo prrrr", and I was thinking "well ths is coming from our neighbours to the right and it was our neighbors to the left going oh murr oh murr so it's probably just a drunk fur I'll say hi". so I tell the voice I'll stop by and say hi and the voice goes "yayyyy!" so my dumb ass along with neevi walk out and knock on our neighbours door and hear yayyy again, me and my friend look at eachother and then back at the door intime to see a 5ft4 guy wearing a complete cheetah latex suit open the door and me and my friend go into poker face mode even tho we are like wtf, this guy goes "oh hiiiiii like my suit!?" I look over his head and see on his bead two breifcases overflowing with leashes and more leathery stuff and this guy turns and waves his ass at us and says "check that out! nice huh!?" and I just go "um yeah cool suit" and the guy goes "u think this is nice check ou my cheetah friend!" he waves and another full latex cheetah this one in black appears and waves before vanishing, I'm startled as all hell and manage to say "well I'll see ya later I've got to go eat some leftovers" and this guy invites himself along with me and my friend and we open the door to our room and walked in followed by this latex cheetah who stood in the doorway and says to my surprised roomies "HIII EVERYONE!!!" and then proceedes to turn around and wag his ass and say "do you guys like this!? it's just in the room over!" and walks back to his room after my roomies stunned wave goodbye. WTH!? either way now that I think about it the guy was super polite but still rofl.
other then that at mff I had fun hanging out with:  pkmotors a great friend of mine who truly got his first taste of fursuiting at the con and had more fun then he thought he would "admit it bro you're glad you came!" lol  neevipanda a bff for sure, usually quiet but is the most huggable panda you'll ever ever meet  steamy loved hanging with this dude, super chill and fun to talk with, look forward to hanging with you at FCN dude  rakkih this guy was a ton of fun to be around, a lil on the wild side but still a sweetheart  tyrantwolf unfortunatly didn't get on his good side but hope in the future to fix that  cocobanana very nice fellow chicago fur who never stayed in one place for longer then 20min lol
I unfortunatly wasn't able to catch fellow ILfurs as much as I'de have liked to but I was able to run down stairs and check on  link4/ yell "WHIIMMSSEEYY!" at him and  Roaring-Flame-Cat who wer making zeh amazin arts
didn't get to hang with  kodypup  doctor_fox except for a couple moments at some panels but i'll catch up with yall at laff for sure
also got to meet many new furs (and scalies) all while having an amazing time goin to the artist ally, covering myself in glosticks for the rave and just hanging with some amazing friends from all over the US and canadia (eh?)
well those wer my highlights from mff and now for the big news
well long story short I am the new admin for  wilddogfurs and the co admin for  modelfurs which is a frickn amazing turn of events and hope to do a good job at representing my kin and helping out the fairly new model fur group. the AWD group was falling into disrepare and I hate to see groups die let alone one for my species, so yeah thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed a laugh or a shout out or two and I look forward to giving all of you AWD hugs in the future *salute*

well my mancave is officially FULLY OPERATIONAL! [star wars reference ftw] my move was a complete success as I was able to relocate while purging unnecesary stuff so thers that.
in other news election is almost over *waves "go romney" flag* and in other other news yall hera about the pittsburgh zoo!? what I've gathered is some dumb broad sat her 2 year old on the ledge to the African Wild Dog pit to get a picture, the kid of course falls back and falls 14ft, if it wasn't for a net placed ther to catch falling debree the fall would have certainly killed it (which the people probably wished had happened) instead the baby bounced up and off thenet into the pit, of course the pack of 8 sees seconds to their lunch and mauls the kid and then the zoo people quickly did the routine for "dinner" the dogs are trained for and banged on the door and opened it revealing their food and all but one AWD walked over to the door, they unfortunatly had to put down the one dog that stayed nomming on the baby which even as an AWD is understandable I just wish the guy with the gun aimed up and shot the dumb ass mother because who does that honestly, police are still investigating as the zoo is closed down until further notice, this reminds me of a recent story from the Brookfield Zoo thats a couple blocks from my house wer some dumbass stuck her hand through the fence of the wolf incloser I guess hoping to be able to pet it, of course the wolf bites up her hand and the zoo later kills the wolf because it was "a danger to humans" NO SHIT!! *sigh* stupid stupid people, anyways I'm thinking that when I get my african wld dog fullsuit this winter I should try and make the reopening of the pittsburgh zoo and just walk around and go up to mothers and be like "hey, cute baby." rofl

so I thought I wud be finishing my move saturday but I decided to knock it out now so ill be mostly off fa for a couple days until I can rebuild my mancave in its new location, advantages of new house are again two rooms to except now I can add a basement to my territory this one includes a rather large bar which I intend on using for totally sober activities >.> <.<. Anywho im writing this from meh phone and in other news im still ready for mff but I unfortunatly will not be trying out for the dance off because as I learned the hard way last year the bulldog sucks for dancing and dosnt allow my body to dance especially for my planned dubstep dance, mmmmmm dstep dance d-.-b
and in other other news ive decided that this winter I will be creating a new fa page in celebration of my planned fullsuit and to better hone it towards my fursona ekundayo or panzer the awd and not "panzerfox" cus im no fox, I origanely chose that because I cqme in fursonaless and from the sonic fandom wer my sona was a brown fox, in othr other other news on my new page I will have a posting spree posting models, pictures, old art and new art yeah I said it! So i was talkin to my RL non fur friends who are history nuts like myself but neither perticularly like furs, one is a gun waving, animal hunting NRA member who when I went on furraffinity at his house on his computer saw it and quietly went to his room and came back with a shotgun and racked it and pointed it at my face saying "do I have to put a dog down!?" lolol and the other one is a chemisry and science nut saying that "evolution made the human race the alpha dog of earth why would you want to be something thats almost extinct because of some african farmers (african wild dog)". either way we wer talkin about he fandm wich is rare because they have my back but are still a lil antifurry, they like the idea of the "wermacht furs" group I'm in but said "so do you guys like plan orgies in tanks?" lol and then they wer like "wats the name of your fursonality?" andI'm like "the name of my fursona is ekundayo but people call me panzer" and my science friend was like "hey want me to come to MFF wth ya?" and I was like "really?" and he said "sure but only if you get a fursuit of a KIWI" and I was like "the bird?" and he said "yup, wingless and all, then you wouldn't be able to stop the people from butt raping you like you somehow did last time ya went!" lolol
but they to this day think a persn will be walking around and suddenly be bent over and fucked by like....an otter or something so last year wen I was at MFF whenever I'de txt 'em to say wats up they'de say "how many can ya fit in ya now?" lolol and to be honest by NRA friend wuld go with me if I asked enough but he says he'll only go if it's furry hunting season jokingly even though I could see him being one of those guys that show up in a military uniorm intead of fursuit because he loved the story I told him about this guy dressed as a navy seal at MFF who had a tennis ball he sliced open and wrapped around a fake grenade and would toss it playfully so canines (lookin at yu G-sheps) would run and chase it and then he'de be like "look at the tennis ball closer ya mutt" and they'de see a pinless grenade lol
so those are my RL non furfriends just felt like describing them, I love em to death and find their outside views on furs amusing.
