I still draw but i don't really post a lot theses days.
I'd like to think i've gotten better sense last time yall saw me.
Also i've put up a YCH and will be adding to the commission info here soon to open up shop for a little while.
if you ever wanted art from me before now would be the time!

Term of Service for Collaborations/Adoptables

* Must be respectful of both artists.
* Must read my TOS for Commissions And the other artist TOS as well.
* If one the other artist turns down the commission I will offer to do it myself.
* Both artists hold the right to turn down a commission at any time.
* Only Commissions that have not been started on will get full refunds.
* At any stage a commission may be canceled, but a partial refund will be given to compensate for our time.

Yes I am looking for more. Mostly people willing to do line art. Terms of Service for Adoptables First come first serve.
Paypal only.
Must have payment ready with in 24 hours.
After buying:
- Changes to the character, ownership of the character, and any other changes wanted.
- Upload of original picture with credit to the artist.
- Do not alter the picture after purchase or try to remove the water mark.

Posted 13 years ago Terms of Service for Trades I do occasionally do trades. That means that I expect quality for quality. If you give me shit art, I'll give you shit art back. It's only fair. I don't take trades for my health, I don't have a lot of time and when I trade for something I expect it to be fair,especially since I like trading. It makes it so that I can get a piece of art for simply giving one. And I like that seeing as I don't have a lot of money.
*My commission rules apply to my trades as well. So make sure you've read those too. But remember trades are NOT commissions. This two way road here.
*If I screw up on something, point it out politely and I'll be happy to fix it. Chances are I just missed something. But if I didn't make a mistake you can't change it last minute just because you don't like it. That's just not fair.
*Please don't be bitchy or rude to me about things or else I will feel less inclined to do trades.
*I try give WIPs for trades and it would be nice if you would give them to me too, but it's not required.
*I wait for approval on ALL WIPs. So if you ask me if something looks alright, please wait for me to respond since I will wait for you to respond to me before I move on.
*Trades don't strictly have to be for art. I enjoy crafts as well and I'm almost always willing to exchange my skill for the skill of another since I can't often make things myself.
*I will always attempt to make it so that we're putting in an equal amount of work for what we're trading. Fair is fair after all.
*I will also trade for things like candy or Japanese food products.

*This is me giving you a free gift not you demanding it from me.

*I will not make changes unless you pay for it.

*If you win something from me I will get it done but again on my own time.
*For a prize you may upgrade to a commission if you want. Like if you won a sketch from me you can move that up to a full color and I will take away the cost of a sketch so you only have to pay for the parts you did not win.

Terms of Service
1. All payment up front unless otherwise stated. ( half before and half after but before posting)
I use paypal invoice, cash app, and Zelle.
2. All payment is in United States Dollar amounts.
3. Invoice must be paid in 48 hours of being sent or another commission may grab that spot.
4. A refund can be requested at any time.
5. A full refund is only given if work has not yet started. If started you will receive a partial refund and the work up until that point.
6. The artist reserves the right to refund and stop a commission for any reason at any time. Or to refuse a commission.
7. Updates are give at each stage of work. Major changes are only allowed in the sketch part one phase. (As in you'd like to totally change the pose or characters)
8. The artist reserves the right to post the art to any an all galleries.
9. As the commissioner you have the right to post the work with credit and resize/crop for icon use only. In all other forms the artist does not allow alterations of any form to any work no matter the level of finished.
10. Commissions are for personal use only. And the artist is not responsible for keeping track of the work after. (It could very well get lost in the wip folder somewhere.)
11. A visual ref is required. (Unless it's a ref sheet commission)
12. Will not draw:
defecation/Feces, water sports, pedophilia, extreme weight or muscle, throwing up

Posted 14 years agoWell....I just wanted to let people know that i might be a little slow answering things or getting around to updating my journal for the contest.
First off my grandfather, my pops, passed away very early this morning. He was a funny old man with a heart of gold and like a second father to me for so long. Things for me over the next week are going to be crazy so i will be a little slow on getting around to answering people.
I am still holding the win free art and looking after the numbers. So don't worry to much there but the numbers and things may not be right till the day it ends on the 10th. So please just be willing to work with me on that.
Secondly i am still going to AWA (Anime weekend Atlanta) I will be working con-suit so i wont have time to get on till Sunday night.
