Just returned from what I thought was a productive trip to find that my immediate family is having issues. This is nothing new, but it's a lot of stuff that is coming to a head for years. It makes me realize that I need to do everything in my power to leave prior to my deadline at the end of May. When I can't sit down and have a conversation in person with my mom or dad without an argument, then I know things are getting sour. I dunno; it may be that depression is kicking my ass again and making my rose tinted glass turn grey, but I just don't wanna be here anymore. It's not abusive, please don't get me wrong. But it does feel lonelier than it should be.

But hey, TLDR; Kami feels lonely but appreciates her birthday wishes.

Greetings and salutations my beautiful people. If you have been trying to contact me since last week, I've been busy. My fiance  DamonTheHuman had to meet with my father in order to get his blessing on our engagement. So I was hanging out with his family and him. It went very well and we have been able to go forward and plan stuff.

Nevertheless, I lost my wallet in the process. So I need to get a lot of things taken care of. Payments on commissions are suspended for this reason. On top of this, I have to work on some school stuff. So please bear with me.  AaronTheFolf will be getting his art this week.  Zenion-Infinitium gets an art stream this Friday, and early next week,  crazy-shart gets her painting.

I've been busy for these last few weeks traveling, working, arting, etc. I hope that you have enjoyed some of my art coming out! Most of these days I post my WIPS on twitter so if you wanna, follow me there. It's the best way to get an idea of where my art is going. But the finished stuff will always be here.

I wanna update you all on the status of commissions and requests. You guys were a HUGE help in getting me forward with my art skills in streams by making requests. However, as fun as those are, I can't sustain requests anymore. I'm making pennies at my current job due to cuts in hours until February 2017. I need my art to be some sort of supplement in the meantime. It's not feasible to make pieces that should be $15-$30 and not be paid for them when you gotta pay student loans and such. So please bear with me until then. Also commissions will be opening on a single slot basis from now on. I'll be returning to school online (yay!) in January so I will be back to reading and writing papers. I gotta focus on that for the most part.

2017 is going to be freaking exciting when it comes to real life events but I will save those updates for another journal. Despite the craziness of 2016, I saw it as big year for my digital art and thank you guys for supporting it. Hopefully I will be able to work on personal projects at sometime as well, but that's up to how much confidence I have in my skill.

Oh...and I guess I forgot the wiggles??? Oh well. X3

I am opening for commissions this holiday season to help supplement my smaller paycheck. I'll post my commission prices again, but note that my all commissions asked for in stream will only be $10! This includes digital paintings and ref sheets. Also note that if you pay $10, you'll reserve the whole time of the stream for your artwork alone.

Finally, my TOS has changed to state that paws are okay! But note that they will only be in a SFW way.

I submitted a piece of art on here that may scare some people into think I am extremely depressed/suicidal/cutting/etc.

I want to quell those fears right now by saying I am safe and I have no intention of hurting myself. I have always believed in very cathartic art that expresses itself in dark forms. In fact, if you had access to my painting portfolio, there would be other shocking things you would see too.

This week has been pretty awesome. First and foremost, I found out I will finally be a junior (possibly senior ?) in college. I have been working so hard for this and have finally attained it. On top of that, my folks have decided I am finally responsible enough to move out on my own. To where, I cannot say yet. It's sorta a surprise...

But the best part so far has been you guys. A lot of you have been coming to my streams and I just love that. It can be kinda lonely where I live and even though I can talk to my wonderful boyfriend, he sometimes is busy on the weekend. On top of that, you guys have been super kind and supportive about my art. I can't thank y'all enough.

So in a way, I've got something to thank you. I will be doing an art raffle for a free digital painting. This is something I rarely do and I would never open for commissions for it because it is something that would be overwhelming in large amounts. But my heart is swelling and I just feel inspired and want to create from the heart.

I can't do it in the next two weeks because I'm visiting  DamonTheHuman for our anniversary on October 10th. But after that, I will be doing one. Examples are as follows in the links below but I have a painting coming soon that will be the best example yet. I showed it in a stream but it's a surprise for the anniversary so I will wait until after October 10th to reveal it.

I am trying to raise some extra money to help some people out (and myself since I do not have a job) so I am opening for commissions again. If you would please at least take a moment and look at the Terms of Service, I will be streaming later tonight anything anyone wants drawn in any style for $20.00. Note, that if I get multiple painting requests, I will do them, but it may take at least 2 weeks at a time depending on the complexity of the commission.

Also note! I have designed a lot of characters for friends in the past. So if you have an idea for a character, but are not sure what they will look like, I can work with you and design one. Once again, this will all only be $20.00.

a. Icon/headshot sketches (no color): $5 USD
b. 4 frame animated icon (color): $10USD (+5 USD for extra frames)
c. Full Body Character (color): $15 USD
d. Illustration (Painterly shading): $20 USD (+5 USD for any extra characters)
