So, to let you guys know I'm 99% confident in what I'm talking about, I've been playing League of Legends for 4 years, played with diamond players who've competed in tournaments while also competing in a few tournaments myself, and have done a lot of research on this game. I'm not diamond or plat myself because I dislike ranked, but I have a lot of experience under my belt.

It's super old and her voice is a little weird, but it's the videos that helped me understand the basics of LoL. I think many people who watch it think they know, but there's a difference in knowing and understanding. Knowing is saying the zoning is the essential part of LoL, understanding is providing a zone of danger in lane and in teamfights. Remember not to chase during teamfights because you lose your impact on the fight if you chase someone so far away. Also remember if you're playing melee support and they have Morgana, Blitz, or Thresh, to help your ADC too by creating a zone of safety from the enemy's skillshots. Normally by standing in between them and your ADC.

Runes:
There's multiple setups you can do, the most important stat to have on your rune page though is armor. Early game armor is defiantly a must since you'll be taking mostly physical damage from the enemy's ADC. Armor yellows, reds, or quints is used the most. Gold per 5 runes aren't really needed because if you're strong in fights, you'll get most of your gold from assists/kills anyways, which completely outscale the gp5. In this guide, I'll be going over what I normally use on various champions and why I chose them.

Janna/Lulu/Nami/Annie/Sona/Morgana/Karma/Zilian/Fiddlesticks/Zyra/Velkoz
9x Hybrid pen reds
9x Armor yellows
9x Mana regen blues (You can also go flat AP)
3x AP quints
I go hybrid pen reds for the extra damage on my auto attacks and spells. Flat AP will help boost your damage and the armor will help for when you trade with the enemy. I usually run mana regen blues because I tend to spam a lot and being a ranged support, it's all about positioning and not taking free damage anyways.

Blitzcrank/Leona/Thresh/Nautilus (Can work for Alistar, Bard, and Taric as well)
9x AD reds
9x Armor yellows
9x Magic resist per level blues
3x Health quints
The AD reds help increase the damage on Blitz's e, Leona's autoattacks, Thresh's e passive, and Nautilus's passive since all three champs are super aggressive. The armor yellows help resist the damage you take when you engage on the enemy in lane. The magic resistance per level blues help with later in the game since early game, there usually isn't that much magic damage during the laning phase. The health quints will help you be more tankier.

Braum/Bard/Alistar
9x Armor reds (Or AD reds)
9x Health regen yellows (Can also use health yellows, can also go armor yellows if you went AD reds)
3x Mana regen blues
6x Magic resist per level blues (Can go 9x on Braum)
3x Movement speed quints (I go health quints on Braum)
The armor reds replace armor yellows since you only lose about 1 armor from it and I get health regen yellows since it helps during the times you need to be passive in the lane since Braum and Alistar can get poked down easily. Bard is all around a terrible all in fighter so he relys on being passive and poking. The mana regen is to help Bard and Alistar since both use a lot of mana for their heals. Movement speed quints help Bard and Alistar's mobility and makes them move faster for roaming. Health quints are a good replacement if you just want to be tankier.

Soraka
9x Armor reds
9x Health regen yellows
9x Mana regen blues
3x Health regen quints
This is normally what I run on Soraka, you can use the first rune setup as well, but I like the health regen since you'll be using a lot of health when you heal and Soraka isn't much of a high damage support, so you'll be poking a lot with your q.

Taric
9x Armor reds
9x Armor per level Yellows
9x Magic resist per level blues
3x Armor Quints
Taric needs a lot of armor for most of his damage, plus it makes you super tanky in lane since you'll start off with 21 armor and get to 30 when you get a point in your w. It also helps with your aura and helps your adc be more tankier as well. The magic resist is for later in the game when teamfights happen and you'll be taking physical and magic damage.

Masteries:
For squishy supports, I usually go 0/9/21, but if you want to be super aggressive, you can go 9/0/21 or 21/0/9 for a super kill lane. For tanky supports, Morgana, Thresh, and Fiddlesticks, I normally run 0/13/17, getting the armor and one point in the magic resist. Whatever you do though, don't get runic shield, it's a complete waste of a point since it's only a 50 damage shield that only helps in a level 1 fight.

ADC+Support Combos
Any support can work with whatever ADC, but here are some examples of champion synergy to help you get a good idea of why you would pick X support to help Y ADC.

Ashe, Kog, Tristana, Twitch, passive Vayne and Jinx:
Alistar, Braum, Janna, Nami, Nautilus, Soraka, Taric, Thresh, Zilean.
The main reason why you would pick these champions is because they're good bodyguards and can help peel for your ADC in teamfights. These ADCs don't have the strongest early game and are more about playing fairly passively while they farm up to late game.

Caitlyn, Corki, Draven, Ezreal, Graves, Kalista, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Quinn, Sivir, Twitch, aggressive Vayne and Jinx:
Alistar, Annie, Braum, Blitz, Fiddlesticks, Karma, Leona, Lulu, Morgana, Nami, Nautilus, Sona, Taric, Thresh, Velkoz, Zilean.
These ADCs are more aggressive and either need the initiation to deal damage, or the poke to whittle them down for the kill. They also have good CC and protection.

I would pick Bard for Caitlyn, Sivir, Quinn, Ezreal, and Lucian, mainly people who can hold their own in the lane since roaming is a huge part of Bard.

Summoner Spells:
Exhaust: I normally go exhaust since the damage reduction is great any part of the game. Just remember to exhaust the ADC if you're fighting bot lane since supports normally don't do much damage.

Ignite: Most people's choice for supports since it provides free damage and vision during fights, which is pretty strong.

Flash: It's good.

Laning:
Mainly, when you lane, you always want to provide a zone of pressure, to scare the enemy's ADC from last hitting without taking damage from you, while also being aware of their support's position and try not to take free damage yourself. Usually, I do this by harassing them as they're about to last hit since the Champion has to perform an animation for a split second for their auto attack to register. The brush is also a good place to create a zone of danger, so controlling the brush is important. Warding the brush helps with control over zoning as it negates the enemy team's zoning while also providing vision. Remember to ward for jungle ganks as well if you push up too far. If you're past the halfway point of the lane, you're increasing the distance you have to run to get to the safety of your tower, so be sure not to push too far if you have no idea where their jungler is. Get used to looking at the minimap to see where their jungler appears.
SUPER IMPORTANT: Never ever ever ever try to fight early game if the enemy has a huge wave of minions since minions deal a lot of damage early game. The fight can easily turn on you when you take a free 240 damage from minions aggro on you. In the similar case, don't be afraid when the enemy engages on you when you have a lot of minions as well. Use minions to your advantage and play smart.

Teamfight roles:
Mainly in teamfights, you want to play as a protector for the highest damage dealer on your team. Usually it's the adc or mid player, but if your backline is positioning poorly, sometimes it's best to just help your top or jungler disrupt or deal damage. It's all about decision making. The most important part to understand too is you don't have to blow all your spells immediately, be aware of who's in the fight and if they have a lot of aoe, don't bunch up near your adc, but be in the area to provide a good zone of protection. If you're a tank, remember that after you initiate, you don't have to keep staying in the enemy's backline if no one is protecting your backline. You can simply initiate, then walk back to peel. Also, don't chase the enemy so far that you put yourself away from the fight, be aware of what's going on around you. Learn also to ward in the middle of a fight so your team doesn't lose vision. It can help secure a lot of kills.

Itemization:
What item should I start off with?
I always start off with a support item and 4 pots because the pots will help for sustain in lane and it helps more for recovering from trades or fights.

Ancient coin: This item is good if you feel like you'll be more passive in lane. It synergizes with the scavenger mastery well, but if your ADC misses out on CS, it can decrease your gold gain compared to the other items. It's a good safe start though. Selling another item to get the Talisman of Ascension is never a bad idea as well if you really need the initiate since it synergizes well with Righteous Glory.
Who I would normally get it: Soraka, Janna, Blitzcrank

Spelltheif's edge: This item is probably the best starting out for most ranged supports since you'll be auto attack harassing a lot. The downside is that you won't get any way of gaining health, which makes it really important you don't take free damage. Make sure you can harass the enemy with taking the least amount of damage possible.
Who I normally get it on: Annie, Bard, Fiddlesticks, Janna (depending on the matchup), Karma, Lulu, Morgana, Nami, Sona, Velkoz, Zilean, Zyra.

Relic shield: This is usually my must buy for melee supports since the heal helps a lot with sustain. Sometimes last hitting a minion for the heal can save a life as well. It's good on Blitzcrank as well, but doesn't provide any mana regen, so if you're playing Blitzcrank, you have to be extremely conservative on mana. The fully upgraded item is good if you're looking to play more of a bodyguard role as well. If your team needs the initiate and you can't afford Righteous Glory, then it's ok to sell it for Talisman.

What items should I get as support?
MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE WORLD: SIGHTSTONE
If you don't get sightstone as a support, I suggest you play another role.

Normally, you want to buy a lot of pink wards as well to provide vision control. Switching from the yellow trinket to the upgraded red trinket is a common tactic as well.

The thing with League is you need to be flexible in your build, so I'll be providing some support items and why and how you'll use them but it's up to you to decide what to build.

Righteous Glory: This item is a really really great initiation item since it provides movement speed buff to your whole team and then slows the enemy after a few seconds. It gives health and mana which is great for tanks. I would get it if you're the one who will be initiating on the enemy.

Mikael's Crucible: This item is good for providing a cleanse and a small heal for anyone you need to protect. It can also save lives with it's heal. It also has mana regen and a small magic resist so it's good for people who use a lot of mana.

Iron Locket: If the enemy team has a lot of AoE magic damage, this item is really good to counter that. The shield is also useful in fights as it gives your team more HP to fight with essentially.

Frozen Heart: This is good if the enemy has a lot of AD as attack speed slows reduce a lot of damage output. It provides a lot of armor and cooldown reduction is always nice. Another alternative is Randuin's if you need the HP over CDR. I wouldn't get Frozen Gauntlet unless you're ahead or have a lot of extra gold.

Zeke's Herald: I normally don't get this unless you're running an all AD team. The Lifesteal and extra AD synergize well with Janna's shield though, since it gives you an extra 10 to the base 50.

Ardent Censer: I would get this on Soraka and Janna, it also works with Sona and Nami since their heals are fairly spammable. It's a pretty decent item and can help out a lot in teamfights. The AP is really nice as well. It's good for people who scale well with AP and want an item that can catch people.

Twin Shadows: It's a good item to help either chase, initiate, or peel.

Regarding boots, if you need CDR, go for boots of lucidity. If you need the mobility for the map, I would get boots of mobility.

There is that old saying “what is posted on the web stays on the web.” So imagine our surprise when we discovered and onion link linking everyone's content ever posted for the last ten years. It is an amalgamation of everything everyone has ever done, deleted or not. The worst part? This content is public!

At present this archive has every single FurAffinity account ever created cataloged. There are presently over 237,000 accounts in the database. What this means is that everything anyone has posted, whether deleted or not, has been stored in a way that is easily accessible to the public. Things that people hold private or that they do not wish people to see for fear of social or career repercussions can be accessed with the stroke of a few keys. This is incredibly concerning, as some of the NSFW could easily come back and hurt an artist in their real life.

Being an onion link with no personally identifiable data on it, there is no way to locate to an owner, but given this backup is run consistently and collects quite a lot of data, it is astounding that this procedure has been undetected by FA’s network . It is also intriguing that FA’s block against TOR links has had seemingly no effect on this, nor does it appear to have been flagged by Cloudflare.

This catalog is a huge oversight. While we do not believe necessarily believe that this was done for malicious purposes and it isn't hard to imagine why a backup like this exists for a website like this, it is worth noting to all content creators / users that it is public. The message that needs to come across here is that your work is not your own when you post. Whether you delete it or not it becomes part of this public hive and there is presently nothing you can do to about it. We are bringing this up because we want everyone to be safe and avoid any negative outcomes that can come from this, as well as to bring awareness to people that had deleted content that their items are easily retrievable and public.

Whenever I get out of college, I plan to be a burrito. I'm quite a pro at it.

Just wanted to update this journal a bit. I'm not dead, but sorta feel kinda bummed for the past few months. Like, it's like all the dreams and aspirations sorta disappeared and my life is just "content." But at the same time it's hard to feel like I need to strive to do more. I haven't really been feeling like I want to approach people and I would rather have someone approach me instead. How do you guys deal with feelings of laziness and whatnot and what do you do to invigorate yourself?

I've been meaning to get this done beforehand, but I always sorta held it off. Today I got 2nd place at the All Carolina Kendo tournament in the Mudansha division (the division for people under 1 dan) and had a good and fun learning experience.

If anyone is still looking for rooms for FWA,  celyn and  Zenith2horizon have spaces in the con hotel available, but it is necessary that you talk to them first so they can get to know you a bit before the con starts. If you know people looking for a room, then please, spread the word.

Also, I was considering making a main fursona so I don't have to explain why I have two fursonas. Still working on designs and stuff, but I don't think I want anything too fancy (I like the simplicity of Leif, but maybe I want to have a unique feature like the X scar on Larc.). The idea I have right now is a black arctic fox that can turn into a superhero called the Peacemaker who uses a giant hammer and light powers. But it's still in the works.
