PAYMENTS
1. Payments via PayPal and/or Ko-Fi only! EUR€ or USD$;
2. Payment should be sent before the commission is started;
3. NO REFUND after sketch confirmation;
4. When sending payment please leave your information in the payment note. (FA/DA/Picarto/Discord);
5. Prices might vary based on the complexity of your characters design n/or commission such as NSFW/LEWD. So be prepared ♡
6. Payment plans only on orders over 150$.
I might accept points or premium on another social at some time but I'll let you know if I do so please DO NOT ask.
REFUNDS & REVISIONS
1. Again FULL REFUNDS will only be given before a commission is started;
with that being said refunds will NOT be given once a commission has been started;
2. NO REFUND after sketch confirmation;
• If you choose to receive a sketch, small revisions can be made to the sketch for no charge;
(certain commission types may not receive a sketch);
• After a commission is completed any major revisions will result in a fee; unless it is a mistake I had made (missed marking, missed item, etc).
RUSH ORDERS & DEADLINES
1. If you would like your commission completed by a certain date please let me know in your initial request
DO NOT let me know after we have agreed on the commission and payment has been sent!;
2. Rush Orders are available for an additional 50% of the commission price;
• Commissions are usually started within one to two weeks and will be completed within a month!;
• If you have not received your commission after a month has passed please contact me immediately!
Your info may have been lost or I could have simply forgotten.
Extra INFO!
• Please make sure your references are full body and colored! I WILL NOT work with unreadable refs or nonexistent characters;
• I'll send a preview sketch for confirmation and then I'll finish the pic and post it on my socials. After the confirmation, you CAN NOT change anything at all unless it is a mistake I had made (missed marking, missed item, etc);
• No extra charge if you get a piece with my characters!;
• Not first come first serve: this means you have to fill out the form and wait for me to accept your order;
• Yes, I CAN hold slots and ping you if you'd like to!;
• If possible, please send/give me more details/info of your character and the commission! (poses, expressions and such);
• If you're from my stream let me know your Picarto username. I might give you a little discount!
you must be active in the chat and frequent the streams so I can give you the discount! ♡
• DO NOT repost without credits and DO NOT claim any of my work as your own. If you are the commissioner you may repost and use it for personal use only, Please just make sure to credit me by LINKING my socials;
• Please, be patient when ordering, and feel free to ask about your commission status anytime, but please DO NOT rush me: please respect that.
It can happen that completion may take more (up to few months) or less time depending on the commission type,
I'm willing to give discord contacts to make communication easier if that's best for the commissioner/me;
• I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason I see fit. I may think the character will not look good in my style, I may have a large queue, and/or I need to reduce requests to prevent art block.
• If you can't afford my commissions, please, respect them!
• PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR COMMISSION TO YOUR OWN COMPUTER!!!
By commissioning me, you aknowledge the fact that my style may vary from the examples in my gallery;
I am a young artist experimenting with my style each piece I draw, I tend to make the style fit to the character i'm drawing.
So if you have any preferences, let me know when you're ordering! ♡
