I had her change her card number and close the PP account.
I won't be commissioning anything else again for a looong time. each time I get extra money, I end up going overboard and buying too much. ; n;

Even though most of the people who I've commissioned or won little raffles from probably won't see this, it really does mean a lot.
Rin, the character, is based off of my pet rat who passed away, who's name was Rin as well.
It just makes me very happy that I can keep her alive in more than one way.

A; No. He is MINE not yours.
Q; What kind of rat is Pepper?
A; He is a PEW with a mutation, which makes his eyes blue. His twin sister, Rin has pink eyes.
Q; Can I gift you art of Pepper?
A; Yes, you can. Just no weird fetishes.
Q; Can I have my character drawn with Pepper?
A; Yes, you don't even have to ask me. All I wish is that he's not used as weird fetish material.
