The inhibition of Back Pain
General | Posted 14 years agoJust 2 days ago, i tried to get a medal from my school's cross-country race.
I sprinted, i jogged, i panted. heck, i even skipped and danced (ya, i run funny :p )
and in the end, all i got was a sprained back.
This really sucks. i can't bend my back without suffering.
and on top of that, i still have a camp coming up in 3 days.
This back pain has got to go.
does anyone have any advice at all on curing a sprained back?

For the first Furry who can guess the source of the aforementioned quote and give the answer as a shout, i promise to draw one of your characters as a gift. (I'm not cocky. i just REALLY need practice )
please, oh please don't think i'm cocky. One of my greatest fears are misunderstandings. they are not only totally unneccesary, but can also ruin everything instantly. :'(
