I just tried to do a big edit of my watchlist, and I wanted to share changes to my life and how that affects my relationship with the fandom:

SPOILER: not at all lol

There’s a bunch of ppl who abandoned their accs or disabled access etc, it’s sad to see or whatever idk. I have added new people to the list to try and further keep it as close to my interests as possible. Ideally my list will have a mixture of fandom friends current and past, fandom staple artists, photographers, some friends of friends or folks I want to meet outsde of FA, highly underrated artists and even a few writers. It’s hard to go through all names and spot those to remove very quickly.

Why? oh cause I don’t wanna spend a lot of time on it since I returned to the UK late August. I’ve been applying for a lot of new jobs and having many experiences as a graduate recently. Cause FA i havent been able to stay for long everyday. That said, you may have noticed, I just went on a massive favouriting spree as I like to do every few months. Having thousands of things on favourite, I use it as a like button of sorts. Good for people to get a grasp of my taste which is *not* all entirely lewd. I have a giant interest in sfw art with darker tones, painted details, skilled character positioning and atmosphere.

I’ve been living in the UK again but now in a more freelance way, looking for places to live and doing some couchhopping while doing my best efforts for decent corporate jobs (market research, analyst, product management/industrial management). I’ve tried keeping hobbies alive but cooking, fashion, games and music have been the only ones given any attention. I stopped drawing cars but only god knows what else these hands can do (???)

I’m still gunna be in the fandom till god also knows when but I still feel as excited and fresh about it as idk, like years ago when I opened the acc but barely used it much.
If any other information I can put here is I keep chasing whatever I can learn about with a very open mind, like a polymath, so despite the business I’m still active in my socials and, more importantly, sociable.

I have applied for a modelling photoshoot trial where I got to know I have strong potential for the industry. I got many pictures taken of me but I havent paid for them all (BROKE 💯‼️🤷🏻‍♂️
so I can’t apply for actual paid shoots and jump in this self-employed industry.

Apparently it was cool for (and consequently ) to block me without any reason 🤣🤣 I don’t even comment on her posts but, seeing as another friend of mine (Icarus) went through something similar as he says in a recent journal of his, I guess it really is just something to expect from some people in the fandom no matter who.

Little intro remodeling. I gotta make clear that my purpose on FA is defining my idea of pinnacle furry art eye candy whatever the genre.

That’s why you see me go on a post favouriting spree like I’m saving wank material.

I am 😳 but not only because of that. Furry art has really gone into my head in terms of how I define and perceive real things in people… I can explain better. Realising that, I wanna see just how many here in FA I share my particular taste with.

So FA is a legit social media for me in the sense that I also wanna get to chat with and meet new people in it (or through it). So yeah if you’re any interested to know me when you see my profile don’t be discouraged. That goes especially to those that I follow/watch and vice versa.

Today is my day and I’m glad like always to have a platform like FA that can feel like a world of its own, with people often contributing towards a great experience for myself. :) Thank you

Never forget that I dont mind being reached beyond FA, as it says on my profile I like making new friends and I’ve updated my socials just for that too.

Times have been manageable despite recent months with a struggle of their own like no other. Thankfully as of now there is a lot ahead which is exciting but the downside is all the uncertainty still present. All in all, I appreciate everybody’s kindness over anything else. I’m due to get new art for my boys along the year, I’d see fit - I’d make a future announcement about that. Hell maybe even rice up the page idk I aint that active.

I’m sorry I haven’t been around to be able to, well, at least check out what have we been having of new and such. Have been busy with exam sessions and a few other things too. It’s getting a bit better now, but not for long. The feeling I have is that it’ll get worse again towards the end of this week and then it’ll only get better again much later on.
Well, anyhow. This was just a little apology, I suppose, for the ones out there whose, ...whose art and work I appreciate so much, and often love.
