Content Guideines - Updated November 2024
Posted a year agoGeneral and Adult Guidlines
Otherwise known as my “will do, may do, and won’t do” list.
Will do (and love to!):
*Any species, including animals alive today and extinct, humans, and any and all fantasy races or species, that adopt you love but don’t know what to do with, vegetables, minerals, and any combination of those.
*I really like ridiculous and silly concepts, so if you got 'em, bring 'em!
*G-rated situations involving kid furries. As a parent myself, I love cute content with kiddos!
*Fluff! Your OC doing something cute or some lovers cuddling is fantastic stuff!
*Any sexual orientation or gender, in any combination of partners (note: please mind the additional charge with additional partners)
*Bondage
*Paw
*Pregnancy (no birthing)
*Blood or gore in a non-sexual context. Heavy gore that I might approve (might) will take me longer as I study what’s being ripped out/apart.
*Macro/micro
*Soft vore
*Light impact play (slapping, spanking, etc.)
*Blood within a sexual context w/o gore
*Biting/bite marks
*Pet play
*Transformation
*Mech/cyber furries
*Alcohol, weed, and cigarette use
*Anything that's not explicitly on my iffy or ban lists!
Iffy subjects, taken on a case-by-case basis:
*Adult diaper furs
*Inflation
*Hard vore
*Non-furry Transformers/robots/mechs/vehicles, I am not good at these things.
Won't do's:
*Oviposition/birthing UNLESS you are commissioning me to draw a character named Zenos Galvus, that is literally the one exception I'll make. (don't @ me)
*Water Sports, Scat, or anything like it.
*Incest
*Minors in adult situations. I will block you.
*Hard drug use or imagry mimicking it, i.e. no injecting "fun" or a non drug substance directly into your veins, etc. I got bad memories fam, please don't make me go back there.
I will update my F-List some time in the future. I have completely forgotten my credentials and don't feel like digging them up at this time.
If you have any questions at all about these rules or perhaps something I left out or didn’t answer here, please feel free to ask so I can clear it up.

General Terms of Service - Updated Nov 2024
Posted a year agoI reserve the right to edit these rules at any time I see fit, without prior notice. I will usually try to keep the community notified of changes or updates. As the commissioner, it is your responsibility to make sure you have read and agreed to all the conditions below before commissioning me.
You are always welcome to ask me for a quote, whether commissions are open or not. But do not ask me for a commission if I’ve clearly stated I’m closed. You won’t secure yourself a place in line by doing this; you’ll just have to wait like everyone else. I offer commissions in a quantity that I am able to complete them in a reasonable timeframe. Adopts can be purchased at any time, however, if commissions are closed, you may not request any extras (detailed ref sheets, etc.) until I am open again.
Send me a message when I’m open and ask first, and if I ok your idea, I’ll send you an invoice. I'll need you to pay it before work begins. You have 72 hours before the spot goes to someone else. If you need more time or to pay on a specific day, please let me know that as well.
You send your ref, and I’ll ask whatever questions I need to get it straight in my head. If I ask a lot of questions, it’s because I want to make sure I get it as close to your vision as possible. This is also the stage where you let me know about anything specific I should do once done. I’ll cover that more further down. I’ll send you a sketch when I start, and ask for your approval. This is the stage where you need to tell me which adjustments to make. Once you approve it, that’s it, and I will work until finished.
Commissions are usually worked on in the order they are received. Sometimes, however, I’ll get stuck on one, and rather than let the whole queue suffer, I may move on to another to keep creative juices flowing. If you’d like, you may request 1 WIP either per stage or per week. This needs to be discussed up front, if possible, so I don’t end up disappointing you inadvertently. Anyone can request a WIP at any time, however, as long as it’s only one per week.
Once I’m finished, you’ll get the final piece through e-mail. Let me know if you prefer .PNG or .JPEG., or if you need a smaller size.
If there is anything that you feel needs to be tweaked, I can do a few small edits for free (i.e. removing lines that look like they’re “too much” as long as it’s a small area, changing pupil shape, or something I may have accidently overlooked, such as coloring in a talon). If it’s something large, like you need something bigger than a simple necklace thrown in, or an article of clothing, putting your dog in the corner over there, or even something like moving a limb around, expect me to charge. The amount will be based on how much I have to edit, and it will take time to do. You may also expect to be put at the back of the queue, depending on how much work it is or how quickly I can halt work on whatever I’m working on next. NOTE: I ALONE WILL DETERMINE WHETHER YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EDIT OR NOT.
Time frame
I have two teens with special needs and am disabled myself. Sometimes commissions may take a while. Please give me one month for plain sketches and two for anything else. If I haven't delivered in that time and I'm not close to completion, we can discuss other options.
Refunds
If something comes up or you feel I am taking too long getting to you, you are most certainly welcome to ask for a refund. I base the refund you get on the amount of work I’ve done so far. If I haven’t started at all, you will get a full refund. If I have started, I’ll base it on the stage I’m on. You’ll also get the work I have done up to that point as a .JPEG.
Special
If you have a special request for your art, please let me know during the planning stage so I have all the info up front. Special requests can include:
- Delayed posting: either because the picture is a gift for an important date or a surprise in general.
- Posting after you: If it’s your policy that the artist post after you’ve posted your commission to your personal gallery, PLEASE let me know up front.
- Anonymity: I’m totally down with noting that something I make is for an anonymous client.
- WIPs: Discuss with me how you want me to send WIPs. I can do it either for each stage of the process, or once a week (if it takes longer than a week). Due to AI shenannigans, all WIPs will have a watermarked and be poisoned.
While I may very rarely consider a condition where I don’t post your art at all, please note that my galleries are also my portfolios: collections of my work to show others what I can do. So if you request that I don’t post at all, or don’t post to a site I’m on regularly, I may have to turn you down.
User and Artist Rights
You maintain the right to:
1. Be treated fairly – If I do anything that offends you, please let me know. I can be awkward or blunt at times, and accidentally be rude. I will not talk negatively about you anywhere. I value you as an individual.
2. Understand everything agreed upon – If there is a misunderstanding about anything in my ToS or the information concerning your commission, please ask questions so we can iron things out.
3. NOT have your artwork used for anything against your consent – I do not use anyone’s commission for anything that directly provides me any monetary compensation. I will not sell your image as prints, t-shirts, stickers, etc. without your explicit consent. That is in part your intellectual property, and I respect that. I do sometimes use commissions for promotional items, such as flyers, ads, and commission sheets. If you would prefer your art not be in anything but my galleries, you are welcome to tell me.
4. Post your art on any site you want, where applicable – Even if I’m not part of that community. All I ask is that proper credit and a link back to my Fur Affinity, Tumblr, Twitter, or Bluesky is given. You can upload to all your galleries, if you have more than one. Just make sure your image fits the site guidelines. I will not be held liable for a client not following community guidelines or using proper filters of whatever website the commissioned work is being upoaded to.
5. Have fair usage of your work - You may use your art for any non-profitable reason you like. Make it a banner, an avatar, a wallpaper, part of a collage, etc. As long as there is a link back to one of my art accounts, and no money is being made, it's fine with me.
I maintain the right to:
1. Turn down any commission for any reason – Sometimes I might not be able to get behind your idea, even if it’s not going against my ban list. This may be something as vague as an idea, to a kink I'm not familiar with, a character or ship I'm not a fan of, etc. I don't think I have ever directly turned down anyone, but it needs to be said on the rare occasion it may occur.
2. Be treated fairly as well – I haven’t had problems with anyone, but I’m still going to write this out. I have many obligations in my own life as well as here, and as a result, I cannot dedicate my entire being to art, at least at this time. I will try to get things to you as soon as possible, but you are always welcome to cancel and ask for a refund if you feel I’m dragging things along. If I miss a detail, please respect that I am human, and most likely will do everything I can to correct my mistake. Please treat me as you would like me to treat you.
3. Charge extra for sudden edits and additions that you request – This is why it is essential to give me all the information up front. I keep notes, and read them repeatedly, so most of the mistakes I make are usually out of context, and not omission. If you decide something needs to be changed after I start inking, I may charge more depending on how far along I am and what all needs to be adjusted.
4. Not have my works pirated – I maintain much of the intellectual rights on any art I produce. Normal commissions are not for reproduction of any kind! If you want me to make a design for your business or something you may profit off of, we need to draw up a contract. I will be willing to design things for single or limited use reproduction, such as tattoos, dakimuras, custom items like wrapping paper or fabric, prints you may just give your friends and family, etc. If I find evidence that you are violating this, I will refuse you service in the future. If you are unsure, please ask. If I find my works being used in any sort of AI, I will bar you from all future service and probably tell every artist I can.

Jfc - Incoming Spam
Posted 3 years agoIn light of the shit that's happened with deviantART, I'm not taking any chances. I'm going to be working for the next... however long it takes to takedown and archive my old art elsewhere. All my hard copies of this art are gone, and I cannot reupload them from scratch. Most of what doesn't already exist here will go in my Scraps folder. Keep in mind this art is years, and even in some cases, decades old. Yes, I am ending my decades old account with deviantART forever.
I will be updating my ToS and adding all my links soon, because I will be opening up sketch and traditional colored pencil commissions soon!

Comin Out of My Cage and I've Been Doing Just... Eh
Posted 3 years agoSo I've had a lot of shit happen to me, and an art block that's lasted going on five fucking years. But I've been tackling the block a little at a time and slowly it's coming undone. So I've been cleaning up this account and getting ready to post here again.
That said, when I do start posting, it will only be personal art and stuff to go on RedBubble and TeePublic. I do not feel confident taking commissions, despite needing money, because at this point the turn-around time may be never. So if you would like to help me save up for a washer and some stuff to give the kids a good Halloween, you can buy some of my designs or buy me a Ko-fi. My links are in both my journals and submissions, as I don't know how people do things around here anymore. My Patreon is also on hold til I start creating content at a decent clip again. Peace and Love on the planet earth. I'm starting to heal, and it'll be great to show you guys my stuff again!

Support me on Patreon!
Posted 8 years agoI’ve now been able to open up my very own Patreon, and here’s what you can expect in return:
$1 a month gets you access to most of my content: sketches, personal works, and finished commissions, 3 days to a week before anyone else.
$5 a month provides all of that as well as WIPs, projects I’m working on, as well as input from you as to what I work on next! If I hit $250 a month, I’ll make progression GIFs and/or videos and add them to this tier.
Higher tiers net you all the benefits of these two tiers plus art for you each month!
$10 a month gets you a sketch of line art
$25 gets you a single-character, full-colored piece
$50 gets you a choice of a 2-character full-colored piece or two single-character pieces
$100 gets you a really detailed, multi-character piece, or several less-detailed ones, patron’s choice.
Art tiers are limited in quantity so hopefully I don’t get overwhelmed. Patrons get priority over art commissions, preposes, etc. that I gather from other sources.
Please check me out and consider supporting me and my art. Thank you! https://www.patreon.com/pewterkat

Content Guidelines
Posted 11 years agoLast updated 3/23/15. Updated content bolded.
Fetish, Style, and Adult Content Guidelines
Otherwise known as my “will do, may do, and won’t do” list.
Will do (and love to!):
*Any species, including animals alive today and extinct, humans, and any and all fantasy species, that adopt you love but don’t know what to do with, vegetables, minerals, and any combination of those. I can attempt mechs, robots, etc., but the results may be questionable.
*I really like ridiculous and silly concepts, so if you got 'em, bring 'em!
*G-rated situations involving kid furries.
*Any sexual orientation or gender, in any combination of partners.
*Bondage
*Paw
*Pregnancy (no birthing)
*Blood or gore. Heavy gore that I might approve (might) will take me longer as I study what’s being ripped out/apart.
*Macro/micro
*Soft vore
*Just about anything that's not listed below.
Won't do's:
*Adult Diaper Furs: This one’s iffy for me, but I’m also not totally against it. As long as there’s no messing or wetting, or adultish in nature situations happening there, then sure.
*Egg-laying/birthing (regular pregnancy is fine)
*Water Sports, Scat, or anything like it.
*Incest
*Minors in adult situations. I will block you.
I've also made an account on F-List so you can not only see what my kinks are (hehe), but also to illustrate my willingness to draw certain other kinks. http://www.f-list.net/c/pewter/
Fave is something either I find very hot, or am very supportive of drawing. Yes means maybe I'm into it, maybe I'm not, but I'm ok with drawing it, and in most cases, you don't have to ask about it in particular. Maybe is a list of stuff I'm generally not into personally, and I request that you ask about it. As long as it's generally not painful (or not much so) I will tend to be ok with it. In the cases of the blood or gore, it needs to be discussed. No is absolutely NO. Do not ask. Ever. I will not be able to do it and it won't work out for either one of us.
If you have any questions at all about these rules or perhaps something I left out or didn’t answer here, please feel free to ask so I can clear it up.

Usage Guidelines
Posted 11 years agoThere are quite a few things that can and cannot be done with my art.
ANYONE CAN DO:
- Save my art to your personal computer for wallpaper or just to look at, as long as that’s ALL.
- Use for educational purposes. If you’re using my art in a school project, be aware you need to source images as well as where you get information.
If you are using it to teach yourself art, be aware that if the picture is heavily referenced, you need to give me credit if you decide to post it.
COMMISSIONER CAN DO:
- Crop a portion for their ID or avatar where appropriate (I would rather you not do this for preposes where another person has bought a slot.
- Post in any gallery you own. If you are on Weasyl, I will be happy to send the piece to your collection if you’ll give me the username you have for that site. You MUST give proper credit wherever you post, either linking to the piece in my gallery or to me, preferably both. I currently have accounts on deviantArt, Fur Affinity, Weasyl, and Tumblr, and am PewterKat on all of these.
- Regarding adopts: if you have bought an adopt from me, or had one made special, you may give them away if you see fit. You are NOT to sell them. If you have had them for a year, and only if you MUST, you may sell them for up to half of their net worth (the price you paid for them, any artwork you done,etc.).
CANNOT DO FOR ANY REASON:
- Trace my art: Omg, I don’t think I need to explain. This is rude. If you must trace, don’t post it, please. This goes for recolors or whatever else you’re going to try to do to it. It’s not right, please don’t.
- Make my art into bases: Absolutely not. If I wanted you to have a base of my art, I’d make it myself.
- SELL MY ART: No! That’s my blood, sweat and tears! Even if you bought a piece from me, you are not allowed to sell it! At all! If you want to sell art of mine in some way, we need to draw up a contract and go about this whole thing differently.
- Repost my art: Again, no. I post darn near everything on Tumblr or deviantART, so if you must repost, go reblog it from me or use one of deviantART’s share features. If it’s not anywhere else, it’s because I don’t want it to be. There are some exceptions to this rule that are EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION of whatever picture it pertains to. If you absolutely have to show your gran on Facebook that hot pin-up of the wolf boy I drew, and it’s not up for sharing, please ask me, first. If it’s a commission, the answer will almost always be no.
If you feel that anyone has violated any of the rules, what do you do? Report them, then bring the matter to my attention so I can report them, as well. I do not condone white-knighting for any reason, because that just goes downhill far too quickly. If you must rally people, rally them to report and to be intelligent about how they go about it. We can get so much more done if we do it right. There is only one person who is allowed to speak on my behalf, because she knows what she’s doing and is responsible with such things.
General Rules and Rights
Posted 11 years agoGeneral ToS
I reserve the right to edit these rules at any time I see fit, without prior notice. I will usually try to keep the community notified of changes or updates, but I can only do so much.
Adopts can be purchased at any time, however, if commissions are closed, you may not request any extras until I am open again.
Send me a message when I’m open and ask first, and if I ok your idea, I’ll send you an invoice. I'll need you to pay it before work begins. You have 72 hours before the spot goes to someone else.
The closer it is to done, the more likely it is to be watermarked.
Once I’m finished, you’ll get the final piece through e-mail. I will keep the file in The finished piece will be a 300dpi bitmap if it’s a regular piece, or a GIF if animated. 300dpi JPEGs are available upon request instead of or in addition to the BMP. I do this because BMPs do not lose their quality the way JPGs do. However, they are massive files, so I can respect if want a more compressed version. If the file is over 25mb in size, I’ll have to send it as a JPEG anyway.
In the past, I was so eager to share a new piece, I’d just post it as soon as I was done sending it. Now however, I will hold onto it either until you confirm it doesn’t need tweaking, or once 4 days have passed.
Refunds
If something comes up or you feel I am taking too long getting to you, you are most certainly entitled to a refund. I base the refund you get on the amount of work I’ve done so far. If I haven’t started at all, you will get a full refund. If I have started, I’ll base it on the stage I’m on. You’ll also get the work I have done up to that point.
Special
If you have a special request for your art, please let me know during the planning stage so I have all the info up front. Special requests can include:
- Delayed posting: either because the picture is a gift for an important date or a surprise in general.
- Posting after you: I’ve seen this for a couple of people. If it’s your policy that the artist post after you’ve posted your commission to your personal gallery, PLEASE let me know up front.
- Anonymity: I’m totally down with noting that something I make is for an anonymous client.
- WIPs: Discuss with me how you want me to send WIPs. I can do it either for each stage of the process, or once a week (if it takes longer than a week). This is mostly for your benefit. If you change your mind partway through, that’s ok! Just let me know and be willing to accept I may have passed the stage you wanted me to start at. Anyone can request a WIP at any time (max one per week, please).
Chances are it wasn’t intentional in the least, as I have trouble speaking to folks. I also will not talk about you in a bad manner over the description of your piece, or to anyone at all. I value you as a person.
I will not sell your image as prints, t-shirts, stickers, art collections, etc. without your explicit consent. That is in part your intellectual property, and I respect that. I do sometimes use commissions for promotional items, such as flyers, ads, and commission sheets. If you would prefer your art not be in anything but my galleries, you are welcome to tell me. Request pools I take are the one of the very few exceptions to this, as I usually state you must be willing to let me share your piece for a promotional reason (but they will NEVER be used to make money off of).
4. Post your art on any site you want, where applicable – Even if I’m not part of that community. All I ask is that proper credit is given. You can upload to all your galleries, if you have more than one. Just make sure your image fits the site guidelines.
I maintain the right to:
1. Turn down any commission for any reason – Sometimes I might not be able to get behind your idea, even if it’s not going against my ban list. These may include but not be limited to a variation of a certain kind of kink, an extreme of a kink I’m usually otherwise ok with drawing, or a non-canon ship, no matter how popular it is. I won’t list any, because I don’t want people thinking I won’t do something specific when I might be for it. I have quite a few non-canon otps or ships I’m willing to draw even if I don’t ship it personally. Truth be told, you’re more likely to get around my barrier if I’m not familiar with a series. :’)

ToS tiem
Posted 11 years agoI will be uploading my ToS across all my sites now. Please note I'm not opening just yet, I'm just getting my ducks in a row.
Two days left...
Posted 12 years agoTo enter the raffle, if you haven't already: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5340149/ . Or to take advantage of one of my sales, though I know you all are probably tapped out by now, haha. X3
I'm probably not going to be very available the next few days, for cleaning, baking, and family times (and trying to get shiny pokemon) will surely take over my schedule. If on the off-hand chance you'd like to order something, I do in fact, count inquiries made before the deadline, so even if I don't get back to you in time, it's there and will still count towards the sale. :) The few people who I am able to draw for will probably not their gifts until sometime in the next week, and hopefully no later D:
Merry Christmas everyone! Or Happy other Holidays!

End of the Year Appreciation Raffle!
Posted 12 years agoWell, we're at the end of another year. I'm glad to put it behind me. While in retrospect, it hasn't been as bad as a few previous years, and not as bad as what some of you have had, it still hasn't been great.
But let's celebrate with a totally free raffle for everyone! More specifically, for my watchers. Sappy stuff ahead; skip to below if you want to just get to the raffle. X3 Thank you guys for supporting me! Every comment, every favorite, and every new person coming in, whatever the reason, has done so much to boost my confidence in myself as an artist, and as a person. Just to know that even possibly viewing a thumbnail of one of my pieces brought you joy of some kind (any kind XD) brings me joy as well. Thank you. All of you. For those who have bought a piece from me, or entered a raffle or answered a request in hopes of getting art from me, thank you! It does me good to know that my art is indeed wanted. Through all the commissions and even freebies that I have done, I have learned so much this year and improved not only with digital art, but with my style overall. I know I still draw broken anatomy, but I am working on that a little at a time, and every piece I get, whether I flop with it or nail it, is valuable experience.
Here's what's up for grabs:
1. A soft-shaded piece with up to 2 characters OR a painted piece with 1 character, with any background you want. Note that the more complicated the background, the longer it will take to get it to you. But if you're willing to wait, then ok! :)
2. A cel-shaded piece with up to 2 characters OR a soft-shaded piece with 1 character, with any background you want.
- If at least 20 people enter, I will throw in a 3rd prize
- If at least 30 people enter, I will throw in a 4th prize
- These pieces are fully under your control, like a regular commission
- Can be any rating
- Any subject as long as they follow my guidelines
- Due to everything that's going on, you probably won't see the finished piece until sometime in January
RULES:
1. This raffle is meant for my watchers and commissioners of this year. Because it is in appreciation for my supporters, I'm afraid I can't open this raffle to everyone. However, new watches are eligible up to the end date of the raffle.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted, so that everyone has an equal chance.
3. If you're serious about entering, say "Happy New Year" somewhere in your first comment, and I'll give you your number. :)
4. I will be using random.org to determine the winner, as always.
5. You have until midnight CST on December 25th to enter. I will probably determine the winner sometime late on the 26th or early on the 27th. Earlier if I can get to it.
I will be going around inviting those who have commissioned me but aren't watching or have since unwatched just for this raffle. I don't know how long I'll be able to do things like this, but I want to do it while I can. Next year will bring many changes and I'm uncertain whether we'll meet up back here next December, but I certainly hope to at least keep this one going. :) Have fun, guys! And happy holidays!

So this is what's wrong with me
Posted 12 years agoI got my x-rays done today (if I had known they cost so little, I would have had it done in the beginning). Apparently, my lower back bends in two places. First, off to the left. Apparently it's really my right leg that's shorter than the left, instead of the other way around. Odd, because it seemed I was straightening out to the chiropractor. Second, it curves pretty far inward, which is indeed causing some disc compression. My neck, instead of having a natural curve in it, is straight and forward. So in short, I'm curved where I should be straighter, and I'm straight where I should be more curved. I can't WAIT to find out what's wrong with the middle of my back.
And that's not all. It turns out when I visited my family 3 years ago and the clinic I had to go to found some abnormalities with my thyroid, I probably should have jumped on that. With the side view of my neck, the chiropractor found some white in my thyroid. I'm not going to get freaked out if I can help it, but right there it sounds like cysts in my thyroid and possibly parathyroid glands, probably pointing to hypothyroidism. It would explain why I'm so grumpy and lethargic. No wait, the grumpiness is a side effect of lethargy. Ahaha. But she's going to look into it and send the info to my other doctor. Hopefully he can help with it.
Add to all that I have a cataract in my left eye and a weakening retina in my right and I'm just a whole mess, lol. I'm going to have to at least look into some Earth shoes... that's what she called them anyway. That should alleviate my biggest problem, hopefully, with my lower back.
I'll post the end of the year raffle info tomorrow. For now, I think I'll go to Tumblr or play Neverwinter. I've had a particularly painful day.

Another "Where to find me" Journal
Posted 12 years agoOn the chance that anyone wants to contact me elsewhere, in case of ANOTHER outage, all of my info is on the front page. I've even posted my e-mail. But unless I know you, I only want to have that open for business. Not trying to be mean, I just want to not have to sort through even more e-mail on that account, and I want to keep it as tidy as possible. If you want to chat, you're welcome to on any of the other places I have listed.
Thanks, if you've read. If not, aljfklasjklfjsakljfldksja;fj *falls down*. That is all.
Christmas Wishlist!
Posted 12 years agoI can't believe I'm so late posting my Christmas list. >_< If anyone is willing to help out, that would be so great! If you want to and are able to, I will compensate with art! I've got my PayPal sorta straightened out, so I can use my own again. :)
I think I'll keep it up til sometime in January, because I might have to do my Christmas presents late, anyway. NOTE: I'm not looking for the ENTIRE list. I'm going to sum up the amount I have and make the best purchase I can. Which means if I only have enough for one toy it'll probably be a group toy instead of individual gifts and get personal ones later.
For simple donations:
Anything at least $3 gets you a free 1-char sketch
$5 gets you a colored sketch
$10 gets you a choice between a soft-shaded chibi, bust, or icon
$15 gets you the above choices but painted
I'm also still doing regular commissions and have adopts and preposes for sale as well.
The actual list
For the kiddies:
$30~ for a dollar store workshop (like a kitchen set or a tool bench, if they have one, along with extras to make it a little better)
$12 for this toy purse http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bright-St.....Purse/16939751
$15 for a horse in a purse thing (only in the store apparently)
For others:
$10 for decorative soaps for my grandmother
$7 for a DS decal for my mom
$7 for a DS decal for my sister
any thing else for my other sister, brother, and ex <3
For me: owo
$120 for X-rays - this one can be worked out many ways, if you were so kind to pay for all of it. 4-5 soft-shaded or painterly pieces, or more if you wanted a flat colored or cel-shaded pieces. Or $20 towards this will get you a soft-shaded 2 character piece or single-character painted.
SKYRIM - if you want to gift it to me, my Steam name is PewterKat. Make sure you note me on Steam, dA, FA, weasyl or tumblr with your screen name and what you gave me and I'll work out your art in a note
DLC for Skyrim - same as above owo
$15 for 1 month of World of Warcraft - if you want, I can give you my ID and even drag you through some dungeons, but I can only do that late at night and only for a set amount of time. Besides, you probably have like, 50 90's. I only have one. XD I can also work out the Scroll of resurrection thing for you, giving you something extra along with some art. ;3
I'll work out any art you want for helping me out. Any rating is still fine, just follow my guidelines for the more mature stuff. If you don't know them or where to find them I will link them to you. Thank you all and Merry Christmas. ^_^

PokeDeXY
Posted 12 years agoFor those of you who like that sort of thing, I'm doing the PokeDeXY Challenge as well. uwu
I'm not posting them here yet, but if you're interested, you can go to my Tumblr http://pewterkat.tumblr.com/ , and check out my Fan Art folder. I plan to go back and refine them before posting them elsewhere, so come January, I'll submit the full series in 2 parts, as well as probably polishing up a few and posting them as full art pieces. So that's it then. >w<
Winter and Holiday Specials and Updates
Posted 12 years agoWelcome to December! 2013 is nearly over! Despite the problems I'm having I will still do whatever I can to crank out art for the masses.
This month I'm going to be doing my discounts on Winter and Holiday themed pictures! I'm not just talking Christmas, either! I'll do Hannukah, Kwanza, Ramadan, and Solstice-themed pictures as well (and if there are other holidays I left out, I'm sorry). I am a little ignorant of other people's customs, so I'll need to ask questions and need some info and visual aids, but I'm serious about including everyone. Just ask and I'll see what I can do!
-Flats - $8 for one character, $4 for extras!
-Cel-Shaded - $10 for one character, $5 for extras!
-Soft-Shaded - $14 for one character, $8 for extras!
-Backgrounds $2+ if it's more than a single-color or abstract background
I'm also bringing back my quick turn-around art sale, and these do not have to be in any way winter or holiday themed (but they can be):
-Colored sketches and flat colored icons are $6!
-Soft-shaded busts, chibis and icons are $10!
-Painted busts, chibis and icons are $15!
Icons must be static (not animated). Additional fees may be tacked on for simple animations.
In addition, everything on
is 10% off until midnight on Christmas!
And if that weren't enough, I'm holding a raffle for all my watchers and those who commissioned me this year! I'll announce it the week before Christmas. The total amount of prizes will be determined by my workload and how many people entering, but there will be at least two.
As far as Updates: Still need to update my price map. That should be along any day now. Have to raise prices on some things because I'm putting more effort into them.
Starting in January, I will be picking 1-2 themes to give a discount on. I will also pick a species of the month that will also receive the discount. These themes and species will be posted on the front page around my commission info as well as announced in a journal.
Thank you all, and have a lovely holiday season!

Back pain
Posted 12 years agoThough I will try not to let it happen, it seems as though back pain is taking over my life, and will hinder art getting done. I'm not even sitting up writing this. I'm flat on my back with the keyboard on my stomach. :/ It hurts. It hurts so bad. I build up a tolerance to even strong narcotics like codine very quickly and they don't work anymore. I'm also out of just about everything and have been for a week. I'm dirt poor. I have no real income. I have no insurance. I have nothing. Even if I could apply for disability, they might not take me. They're already trying to combine mine and my sister's cases just because my not quite divorced from ex and I have to live under the same roof for the time being. They'd probably laugh me away, even though he's far behind on child support and a job at Allsup's can't really support one person, let alone 7. I just don't know what to do, and I just want the pain to stop. I also need eye surgery badly.
Sorry. I don't usually write about these things publicly, but I'm running into dead ends everywhere and my condition is getting worse. If anyone has any tips that would be great. And if someone's expecting art, just sorry to say there might be delays. Even just lying in bed for the rare extended time isn't helping. I'll be getting x-rays this next week.

medicman4444! And their character will be added to spot #3. Thank you all for participating!
, if there's anything else you'd like to add, let me know.
! Tell me how you want you and your ladies dressed. :)If you guys came here strictly for the raffle, thank you for being patient. You are welcome to unfollow now if you wish. However, I will be announcing another raffle towards the end of December specially for all my watchers and those who don't watch but have commissioned me this year, as appreciation. Those who wish to continue watching, I thank you so much for enjoying my art. :)
Absent, but will be returning shortly
Posted 12 years agoI'm not arting this weekend because I'm doing a thing. Those who caught my last journal before I took it down know what it is, and I had to take it down because I found out it was my legal obligation not to blab about it (technically I'm still blabbing, but it's not specific so I hope it doesn't count X3). I will probably resume arting tomorrow, trying desperately to finish the two WIPs I've been waiting to give to people, and start on the other two waiting in the wings (it's funny because one's a dragon *shot*).
Something I really hate...
Posted 12 years agoIs when people take every bad thing that happens is a personal attack on them or their character. Bank bounced your check and no one else's? Oh they're out to get you and only you. It can't possibly be that there was a hiccup in the system. Someone goes offline without telling you? They hate you! It can't possibly be because of terrible service, bad weather, or something so sudden and important they accidentally forgot to tell you goodbye and by now are probably kicking themselves over it. And what about that sandwich you dropped? GOD HATES YOU AND KNOCKED IT OUT OF YOUR HAND ON PURPOSE! It's not that gravity sucks or anything!
Sorry, just have to rant about this particular demographic because it's just getting to me lately. Can't talk to anyone, or go anywhere on the internet without seeing shit like this, and it's making me mad. "There's nothing but white people in this! It's not fair! They're obviously racist!" "Women are getting the better feature in this! WAH feminists are stepping on my balls!" "This person is getting more luck than they deserve and I'm not! WAH I need attention to feel validated as a person who's better than everyone else!" "If you have this opinion, don't talk to me because you obviously hate what I stand for!" I'm sick of seeing so damn many entitled people, especially when they refuse to take responsibility for their part in things or are blowing things too far out of proportion.
If you think this is all pretty random and don't really understand, feel free to laugh at it, because it will help relieve everyone's stress, I think.

Still waiting on that job...
Posted 12 years agoVery impatiently, I might add... ._.;
But at least there's a solid hope of a job, now. It'll be part-time, work from home. Yay! That way I can work to the sound of my children screaming. c: It's temporary, though. :/ Hopefully I'll know whether I've got it or not by the end of the week. I was supposed to know by Sunday, but something happened on the employer's end. So if I get it, I'll start training Monday. Hopefully I'll have a decent salary and some BENEFITS. Hopefully I'll get hired on permanently or at least find a new job very soon after that. I think I'll keep all my commission slots open, especially with holidays coming up, but it'll just take longer. Paid commissions will have to take priority. :/ But it's ok! I don't get many of those paid ones. >_<
I will also be going back to school in January to get my Associate's. c: Well, if Financial Aid oks it. :/ It's mostly just general ed and such, but since I'll be working, I'll have to do it part time, so it'll take most of the year to complete. >_< I guess that's good... I got a decent break from everything instead of jumping right in after I was severely burned out.
More news to come when I get some.
