Strawpage Response Post #23: Media Lacking TFs
General | Posted 11 months agoAnother question submitted through my Strawpage account! Always love getting these, so a pre-emptive thank-you to whoever sent this in!
QUESTION
Are there any shows/games/other media you wish had tf but didn't feature any? Or maybe one that had one or two tfs that could have used more. For example, I wish HTTYD had dragon tfs or a body swap episode with Hiccup and Toothless or something like that.
First off, I really like your proposal at the end there. I think I only saw the first HTTYD movie, and while it was good, it's not one I've gone back to. But adding TF into the movies/show weirdly does sound like something that should be up its alley. Shame it apparently never happened! Now then...
My Response
This is certainly a tricky one! I'm shockingly out of the loop on most TV shows or movies, unless I watched it as a kid. Most of the ones I remember seeing either had a good handful of TF or body alteration in them across various episodes (e.g. Fairly Oddparents, SpongeBob), or are things I wouldn't think really need/would work with TF (e.g. Rocket Power, the movie Holes).
After mulling it over a bit, here are a few various shows/movies/games that came to mind that might fit the question.
- The movie Cats and Dogs: A movie I watched a couple times as a kid, I think. If I recall correctly, the main plot of the movie was about a scientist trying to cure pet allergies, and the evil cats wanting to reverse-engineer it to make the world allergic to dogs. I feel like that had some room to backfire and create a serum that turned people INTO dogs. Even seeing just one person change would've been awesome!
- CatDog: With the two main character conjoined together, I'm surprised there wasn't some sort of one-off episode where two other characters got stuck together. Or... maybe there was? It's been so long that I don't remember. I do recall one episode where Dog got super-buff while Cat remained normal, and another where Cat and co. had to go inside Dog's mouth to fix some issue inside their shared body. The show certainly wasn't *entirely* devoid of weird TF and TF-adjacent stuff.
- Fairly Oddparents: I can think of at least 10 examples where Timmy got himself transformed in some small or large way. Frankly, I'm mildly bummed there wasn't even MORE TF in that show! But I suppose the show was ultimately about Timmy growing up and learning through wishes, rather than trying out a whole lot of unique bodies. As is, I wanna give a shout-out to the episode "Cheese & Crockers". The whole concept of that episode being Timmy half-fusing himself with various things (e.g. becoming a skateboard-taur) is the stuff of niche TF dreams for me <3
- Super Mario Galaxy: My favorite game of all-time. I probably wouldn't have even thought of this if it weren't for the Boo Mushroom in it. I LOVE how it's a rare power-up that fully changes Mario's entire body (rather than just changing his clothes), and really wish more games in the series did transformations like that. Mario Wonder was great for TF stuff, and Mario Odyssey practically thrives on it (though Odyssey arguably does "possession" instead of "TF"; at least the aptophilia is still there).
Way back before Mario Galaxy 2 came out, I recall daydreaming about some sort of underwater power-up for Mario where he becomes some manner of cartoony shark to easily navigate swimming levels. Instead of adding some cool new transformation like that, Galaxy 2 instead REDUCED the number of times you get to use the Boo Mushroom :(
- The movie Space Jam: Another one I watched as a kid on VHS, probably more than any other one. My mind goes to the scene at the very end of the movie where Michael Jordan stretches his arm to reach the net for the game-winning dunk. I thiiiiink there were a couple other cartoony brief body alterations done to him throughout the movie; at the least, I recall a side character getting flattened on the court. More TF-type stuff would have been very welcome.
I could probably think of more if I really sat on it, but I also don't want to bloat this response too much. Hope that satisfies your curiosity, anonymous! Thanks for your question <3

I finally beat Mario & Luigi Brothership! (No Spoilers)
General | Posted 11 months agoI beat it just before 2025 to be exact, early in the morning on December 30th 2024! No spoilers of the plot or late-game stuff here, as I'm sure some people have only just received the game on Christmas or otherwise. I encourage any responses to also be spoiler-free please!
Wow. Absolutely WOW. I went into the game excited, and had my anticipation drain slightly in the first 3-4 hours. But from then on, it just got better and better and BETTER. From about halfway through the second chunk of the ocean onward, I was always ready for more. I love the new Bros Attacks, the combat is satisfying, and new battle mechanics that I was initially iffy on turned out to be really cool. The characters are all charming as heck, and are a massive breath of fresh air after the Sticker Star era of games. Very fun to see their stories progress all the way to the end. And I also had quite an appreciation for areas that had little to no combat in them too, instead letting the story and characters shine!
In terms of progress, I did every single side quest, every single challenge (had to grind a bit for Mario's last Bros Attack), and found just about everything else I could. A couple things probably slipped through the cracks, but I think I effectively got 100%. All of that took me 58.5 hours, or over TWICE as long as any previous Mario & Luigi game. While there are certainly some moments or areas that could be slimmed down, I also commend the new developers for going full-blown RPG length with this game & making the overall story grander than ever before!
As of now, I think my ranking of the entire series is as follows:
#1) Superstar Saga: There's some childhood bias, but I still love it even today. Some of the best characters in the series, running around a new kingdom was so fresh, and I still love how its Bros Moves tie directly into combat.
#2) Brothership: A close second, might be #1 if it was paced a bit smoother.
#3) Bowser's Inside Story: My childhood opinion on this game was horribly negative, but I beat it in January 2024 & came to really like it. Hearing its final boss theme in-person gave me CHILLS, after having heard it in Smash Bros Wii U/Ultimate for so long.
#4) Dream Team: This one's divisive for a lot of people, but I personally am motion-control-coded, didn't find the excessive tutorials to be annoying, and I LOVE the dream-combat. Plus, the dream-battle music and boss-battle music are some of the best songs in the SERIES.
#5) Partners In Time: I'll call this a close-5th, because it's not fair to gauge it after having not played it in so long (lost/misplaced my copy)... I do recall liking it as a kid, and beating it just fine despite struggling with Bowser's Inside Story somehow. But maybe I'm not as much a fan of the more-serious tone? Dunno.
#6) Paper Jam: I'm kind of placing it down here by default, but I actually quite enjoyed it! The combat is some of the best it's been, and the general world traversal is nice too. Plus, I have (had?) the extremely unpopular opinion that I like(d) the Papercraft Battles MORE than the Giant Battles of the two prior games.
What did YOU think about Brothership, if you've played it? If you haven't, do you intend to? I'd love to hear your spoiler-free thoughts :)

New Year's Resolutions 2025
General | Posted 11 months agoI typically don't do New Year's Resolutions, instead just kind of going forward and doing whatever I wanna do. But I wanna do a few for 2025, because I think these would be fun and reasonably obtainable.
1) Share more of my WEIRD TFs, not being worried about what people think of them. I've banked a handful of especially bizarre TFs, or other things that are only tangentially TF (inflation, etc). I've held on to most of those because of a small hesitation with people being iffy with seeing that stuff. But now I really just wanna let it fly & share my weirder side, hoping people understand I still very much enjoy vanilla TFs too.
2) Commit to a big TF sequence/comic ($100+). I've got a few big TFs already, but a majority of what I commission is one-panel mid-TFs, *maybe* 3-panel sequences at most. Those are fine, of course, but I do want to expand a bit more with some larger projects. Longer sequences can mean more fun with mid-TF stages and/or more "post-TF struggle-to-use-the-body" goodness.
3) Do more collabs where I TF alongside someone else. Anyone interested? 👀 I do love my solo TFs, but TF is always more fun when you do it alongside someone else. There are very few TF niches I won't do, and I want to avoid NSFW content when possible. Otherwise, feel free to propose collabs via DMs!
4) Answer my Strawpage quicker. I've been REALLY bad at this, considering how much I enjoy when people submit drawings and questions. Heck, I have two questions submitted to me that I STILL haven't answered (but am slowly writing up responses for). To those people, I apologize and haven't forgotten about you <3 And to anyone else, please don't hesitate to submit here, I'd love to answer stuff & share my opinions and thoughts more often! https://phantomtf.straw.page
There's some other IRL resolutions I've got too, like going to the dentist more often & continuing academic pursuits. But I figure those are a little boring to elaborate on :v
Fingers crossed I can focus hard and achieve most/all of those goals this year. Also hope that YOU can achieve YOUR goals this year too!

Strawpage Response Post #22: Don't Have A Cow!
General | Posted 11 months ago(For clarity, this is marked #22, since I'm including artwork submissions I've posted & questions to which I've responded.)
QUESTION
What do you think of the That's so Raven episode where Raven and Chelsea turned into cows? Anything you'd change?
My Response
I don't know how much of a "rite of passage" it is for a TF fan to have seen this episode. But believe it or not... I've never seen this episode! I was more of a Nickelodeon kid with a hint of Cartoon Network, and thus That's So Raven (and most other Disney shows) were rarely on my radar.
I HAVE previously gotten the gist of the TF from fan-art and re-posted screenshots, though. But as of posting this journal, I went out of my way to look up the episode so I could answer this properly! The following is more or less my "live" thoughts from watching the full episode, re-worded to flow a bit better as a journal.
I wasn't aware the TF trigger was a wishing potion; that's such a classic idea (technically TWO classics in one), so I quite like that. Though it feels odd how the "No-Cow" pin falling in AFTER the wish activates still applies a cow modifier to it. Would've made more sense to me if it snuck its way in there before/during the magic words being read out.
I also didn't know this was a slowburn TF! I SUPER love TFs that progress more slowly, giving the victim(s) time to really process and deal with each individual part of their changes one by one. And I commend this episode for doing exactly that for the next few minutes, feeling & touching their ears and tail as they twitch and swish. Makes it feel so much more real! And even further bonus points for the vocal changes with accidental moo'ing :D
The snouts growing in next & hay-eating instincts are both lovely ways to progress it further. I'm a tad disappointed the hooves just kind of *appear*, but I suppose the other body parts did the same so I can't really complain. I will say, I could've done without the long tongue & cud-chewing bits... Not terribly nasty, but definitely toeing that "icky" line for me :v
I'm certainly disappointed there wasn't one last change where they were still mostly human in stance, but bigger and wider like cows & with new udders (though I understand why THAT detail was excluded from a family-friendly sitcom). Cutting straight to them being real cows with wigs feels like a minor cop-out, but alas. Also would've been a tad cooler if they were just communicating mentally (Raven IS a psychic, after all), rather than having those edited-on mouths to talk to each other. Lastly, while I was certain this wasn't going to be canon, I do kinda wish this was a TF that ACTUALLY happened and got undone (maybe they narrowly cast an "undo" wish and say the magic words, before they become unable to say more than "moo"), rather than it just being a vision. I do enjoy temporary TFs, after all, but it doesn't really count if it never actually happened >:D
Overall, it's pretty good! Just a few small changes/removals I would make, but otherwise, I can see why this is an iconic official TF in some peoples' minds. The makeup team did a really good job getting the actresses to look the part, and lots of the in-betweens give great "mid-TF step" or "stuck mid-TF" vibes. Plenty of little niches hit here that appeal to TF fans all over.
I do wonder if this would have been formative, or otherwise stuck out in my mind more, had I seen it as a kid. As is, the main cartoons I remember pushing me toward a TF-awakening were SpongeBob SquarePants ("I Was A Teenage Gary" my beloved >//////////<), Danny Phantom (easily the superpower I want most), and Ben 10 (didn't watch the actual show much, but I learned a lot from its games & activities online). I'm certainly curious if anyone reading this has more experience/fondness with the Raven cow TF.
Many thanks for your question, anonymous! <3

Bizarre Request: Seeking a TF Artist for Various Niches
General | Posted a year agoI've got a bizarre TF commission idea that needs several niches filled.
Does anyone know a TF artist who's okay with drawing humans, extreme/hyper amounts of muscle, and anthro/furry OCs? The idea does call for all three to be present.
The idea could end up being a sequence/comic too, depending on the perspective work that's doable with just a single image. And of course, it should be an artist who actually does offer commissions.
I've worked with a couple muscle artists/TFs before, but am not sure who would be able to fulfill every single one of those niches in a single go. 🤔

Opinions Wanted about Sharing TFs on Twitter
General | Posted a year agoI'd like your help with a bit of a tough decision.
Twitter's unleashing its gen-AI training on us on November 15th. I DO NOT want my TF commissions being fed to it. I'm likely going to delete every single image from my Media feed on Twitter to counteract this.
All that artwork is still here on DeviantArt/FurAffinity, and Bluesky will gradually get it too. There's no concerns with any TFs of mine being gone forever or needing to be archived, and I still have them all locally.
With those things in mind, I'd like your opinion:
How should I handle sharing TFs on Twitter now?
AND
Should I lock/private my Twitter account now, or not yet?
When sharing TFs, I have two ideas in mind right now.
1) I could simply describe them in text only, and then include links to their posts on DA/FA/Bluesky in a reply tweet.
OR
2) I could post images of the TFs, with them being cropped and/or blurred. Then I would still provide the same links in a reply tweet. This latter option could still fuel the AI, though.
What do you think? No more images at all? Crop images? Lock my Twitter account? Please chime in!
The link below is for a Twitter poll I'm running about this subject. Submitting your thoughts here on DA/FA would mean a lot, but voting in this poll would help too!

Obligatory one-off politics journal: Vote Kamala, please!
General | Posted a year agoI hate discussing politics at all, and I intend for this to be the only time I do so here.
If you're in the United States, can vote, and haven't voted yet, please PLEASE head out tomorrow & do so! To be entirely frank, the ONLY valid option is Kalama Harris. Trump & Vance are FAR too dangerous, and will put a huge majority of people in this country in danger with their insane policies. The TL;DR is, if you or anyone you know are NOT a straight white American-born male, you WILL be endangered if they win. For more information, look up Project 2025 if you haven't already. It details a ton of the destructive things they intend to implement.
Apparently, if you live in ANY of the states below, you can register to vote ON Election Day (tomorrow) if you haven't already:

Head out, get in line, DON'T LEAVE the line, request a provisional ballot if they claim you aren't registered, and VOTE KAMALA. If you vote for anyone else, OR don't vote at all, the odds of Trump winning and ruining this country will go up.
And lastly, don't forget the 2020 election, where Trump claimed he'd won ON Election Day. He'll absolutely do the same here; don't let that dissuade you. Stay the course, and make your voice heard in Kamala's favor. Thank you.
AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, IL, IA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MT, NV, NH, NM, RI, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY, + Washington, D.C.

Got a TF being drawn live very soon
General | Posted a year agoNot often I can say this, but… I have a TF that’ll be drawn live on-stream today! Just be warned that it’s an especially weird one (lots of various body parts and such), but still aiming to be SFW!
The artist is
Elek-Tronikz, and they’ll be starting here in about 1 minute! https://piczel.tv/watch/Elek

General | Posted a year agoDo you have a particular niche/facet/focus in TF where you enjoy both ends of its given spectrum approximately equally?
For instance, when it comes to quantity of limbs in a TF, I think I love becoming completely limbless just as much as growing an uncountable number of limbs.
I'm sure there are lots of other options out there, such as someone liking "willing TF" & "complete opposition to being TFed".
Definitely curious to hear your own preferences in terms of liking both ends of a specific TF spectrum!

Bumping Bluesky!
General | Posted a year agoJust bumping my Bluesky account, what with Twitter bringing on another round of terrible changes & another mass increase in Bluesky accounts happening. I managed to follow a ton of people on Bluesky that I was following on Twitter, plus I remembered the Bluesky mobile app exists. I should be interacting on that site more often now!
https://bsky.app/profile/phantomtf.bsky.social
By the way, if you're hesitant about jumping from Twitter to Bluesky because of having to find everyone all over again, don't worry! There's an extension for Firefox and Google Chrome called "Sky Follower Bridge". It finds people you're following on Twitter who also have Bluesky accounts, and lets you rapidly follow them all over there. I managed to follow 100+ Twitter people on Bluesky in a matter of minutes!

Just noticed an issue with FurAffinity/PostyBirb tags...
General | Posted a year agoWhen I post my TFs through PostyBirb... it removes "TF" from the tags. WHY D:
To be exact, amidst all the other tags I assign to an upload, I always include "TF" as one of them (without the quotes). That should be acceptable, as far as I can tell, but that tag has apparently not been making it over to FurAffinity. I've had to go in and manually add "TF" to my tags in a few recent uploads.
And, notably, this is ONLY a problem with posting to FurAffinity via PostyBirb. The "TF" tag appears just fine on the DeviantArt side of things. Anyone have any experience with this happening to them? Any clue how to fix it? Is it just some weird bug or oversight relating to the tag having too few letters or something?

Octransfur Posts Incoming!
General | Posted a year agoSo last year, I tried participating in Octransfur by posting lots of TFs I'd commissioned that fit the themes of various days. This year, I'm giving that another shot!
I've preemptively looked through the list and picked out various TFs from my folders. Click here if you haven't seen the list of prompts for Octransfur 2024 yet!
Some of the TFs I've chosen have been previously posted by the artists (though never posted by me), and a few are brand-new ones I commissioned specifically for Octransfur! I'll be posting each corresponding TF on its associated day, rather than just posting one TF every Tuesday. Look forward to 10+ commissioned TFs being uploaded here throughout the month!
I'll also be reposting a few gems on my Twitter, to shine some light on old favorites that fit some other themes. And no, I won't say on which days I'm posting the month's TFs. It's more of a surprise that way ;3

Poll about Unawareness in TFs
General | Posted a year agoPosted a random poll on Twitter about unawareness in TFs, and figured I'll bump it here too.
Assuming no mental/reality changes, what level of unawareness do you enjoy seeing in a TF?
1) Victim notices physical changes ASAP.
2) Don't notice until after a few small changes.
3) Don't notice until near the end.
4) Don't notice AT ALL until someone else points it out.
Any thoughts on this? Also, if you're able to vote in the proper poll on Twitter, I'd appreciate it!

NEW MARIO & LUIGI BROTHERSHIP SCREENSHOTS
General | Posted a year agoWOWOWOWOWOWOW THEY LOOK SO GORGEOUS I'M STUPIDLY EXCITED FOR THIS GAME AAAAAAAAH
(See screenshots here: https://x.com/NinEverything/status/.....79465154339091 )
I adore the entire M&L series. Yes, I even think Paper Jam is okay. So from the initial trailer and these new screenshots, this new game is looking crazy-promising.
I've even got the entire weekend off to play it constantly. Nothing's gonna ruin the game for me!
And on a similar note:
From this point on, I'm gonna be trying to avoid trailers/new info/etc about the game. I wanna go into it as blind as possible.

Strawpage Response Post #14: Favorite Pokemon
General | Posted a year agoThis question came in about 5 days ago, apologies for taking so long to answer it! A combination of general distraction, plus the recent overtaking of FurAffinity, made my response get pushed farther and farther back. I sincerely hope the person who asked this question still sees this and likes my answer!
Now, for the question itself:
What is your favourite pokemon? I'm guessing Gengar, but who knows, could be something else!
My Response
Maaan... that's actually a hard question! The thing is, I don't think I have one singular Pokemon (or Pokemon family) that I've latched onto as THE favorite of mine. I can list off a good number of ones that stand out to me as favorites, though, with some added elaboration for each!
- The Haunter family: As you speculated, Gengar is certainly one of them! The whole line is iconic, and I love their shapes and vibes across the board. Though, of the three, Haunter is my favorite. Ghosts that float are more fun, and detached hands are even neater! (Also a bonus fun fact: I own a figure featuring a very buff anthro Gengar.)
- Lapras: This is certainly one I've grown to love more thanks to my interaction with TF, and my overall TF preferences. Though it's certainly a neat one in the games too! Fun to ride on, a cute shape, and more. I don't recall if I've ever had one on a team, though...
- Froslass: I've always kinda liked Froslass' head-arms & general ghostly floatiness. But I've gained more appreciation for it lately, since I may have a Froslass PokeSona in the works! They may not be coming soon, but they're at least in the pipeline.
- Fuecoco: When the gen 9 starters were first revealed, I was on the Sprigatito train with everyone else. Then I saw the Fuecoco fan art going around, and that won me over to the "head-empty croc" crew. Its evolutions are both cool, but I adore the original lil guy.
- Most water starter Pokemon: I almost always pick the water-type starter for my adventures. It's a reliable type, and I almost always like the water starter design over the others. Gen 9 is a rare exception, as implied above. Special standouts for me include the entire Froakie line, Sobble and ESPECIALLY Inteleon, the entire Popplio line, Totodile and Feraligatr, Mudkip and Swampert (especially the Mega), and the whole Oshawott line.
- Gimmighoul: Another Pokemon I ended up loving within a day of its unveiling! It's tiny, it's cute, it's smug, it's apparently speedy... It has a lot going for it. And its evolution, Gholdengo, is ALSO amazing. I love the coin surfboard it uses, I love its proportions and height, and... in a hard-to-describe way, I just love its VIBE.
- The Sandile family: This is another one I just *kinda* liked before, but after giving it a second shot in Pokemon Black 2, I LOVE this line. It can shred through opponents with Moxie, and I'm finding that I just generally love crocodile Pokemon. I may eventually need to play a game with Fuecoco, Totodile, and Sandile all together <3
- Gardevoir: Honestly, if I had to pick one full-blown anthro Pokemon that I love the most, it'd probably be either this or Inteleon. It's an excellent Pokemon in its own right, and... it's just kinda pretty, I suppose. :)
- Miraidon: Yet another I loved within 24 hours of its reveal! Seeing a Pokemon as distinctly robotic as it is, especially with its LED-like eyes, left a strong first impression. Plus, purple is a lovely color, and I love the weird bendy neck thing it has going. Koraidon is cool too, but Miraidon easily beats it.
- Raikou: One that I've come to like, thanks to a Lucky shiny I received in a trade in Pokemon GO. Despite that game making it tough to latch on to individual Pokemon as true teammates like the main games, bringing that shiny Raikou up to Best Buddy status elevated it in my eyes. Plus, it got an absolute banger of a theme in Pokemon Sleep!
And as a little bonus, here are my Pokemon teams I used in various games!
These aren't necessarily favorites, but may let you read into my gameplay/design preferences slightly more. Games are listed in the approximate order I played them. I've at least PLAYED one or more games from each generation, but these are the ones with which I distinctly remember finishing games. All of these teams were never used in PvP, or in any battle facilities.
- Pokemon X: Greninja, Talonflame, Venusaur, Aurorus, Lucario, Xerneas
- Alpha Sapphire: Swampert, Swellow, Gardevoir, Cosplay Pikachu (Pop Star), Hariyama, Metagross
- Moon: Primarina, Midnight Lycanroc, Toucannon, Magnezone, Krookodile, Lunala
- Ultra Sun: Decidueye, Vaporeon, Tyranitar, Mawile, Alolan Raichu, Hawlucha
- Shield: Inteleon, Corviknight, Excadrill, Toxtricity, Orbeetle, Arcanine
- Legends Arceus: Hisuian Samurott, Luxray (shiny!), Torterra (shiny!), Crobat, Golem, Gallade
- Violet: Skeledirge, Pawmot, Azumarill, Glimmora, Honchkrow, Iron Treads
- Black 2: Samurott, Lucario, Krookodile, Sigilyph, Ampharos, Leavanny
Probably a much more wordy answer than you were expecting, anonymous, but what can I say? I wanted to be sure I was thorough. Thanks for your submission! <3

Welcome back, FurAffinity!
General | Posted a year agoVery glad that they seem to have gotten everything back in working order! Can't imagine how stressful that was for the staff, though, especially in light of other recent events related to FurAffinity...
Everyone on the staff deserves some nice smoothies or something now.

Twitter Poll: Vote for a weird TF for this Tuesday!
General | Posted a year agoGot a small poll running on Twitter for the next two and a half days.
I'd like to post one of my stranger TFs I've commissioned, but would like to feel out which one people are most interested in seeing.
Please follow the link below & vote for one of the four options!
And if you're unable to vote on Twitter for some reason, feel free to leave a comment here with your preference!
1) Bizarre Partial TF: A TF where it's stopped halfway through, leaving me with a body that's half one thing and half my normal human self.
2) Anthro Food TF ft. my female sona/self: A TF where female-me becomes a human-shaped version of a food I love.
3) Pokemon TGTF and Weight Gain: Artwork a friend made, where they've turned me into a heavy female version of a particular Pokemon.
4) Female Sona Humantaur and Multi TF: Female-me, having become a human taur with a handful of additional body parts alongside the usual taur structure.

Pokemon Center Plush Temptations
General | Posted a year agoJust learned that the Pokemon Center store apparently has an offer for free shipping above $20... and now I'm tempting myself far too much with all of the plushes I'd like to have.
Pawmot, Miraidon, Flutter Mane, Celebi, Skeledirge... I won't buy into them, partly because I don't know where I would put them, and partly because I know I have plenty of plushes & should just save my money.
But I really REALLY wanna ;w;

Strawpage Response Post #13: Helplessness
General | Posted a year ago"What would be the most helpless form possible that you would still enjoy being?"
My Response
Oooooooh... that's a heck of a tough question.
First off, it might be worth noting that I tend to define "helpless" as "I MYSELF am extremely limited in what I'm able to do, generally being UNABLE to do most/all human things by myself. However, having someone else present is allowed, with it being up to them to help me, tease me, mess with me, and so on. Not like I can necessarily influence them, being helpless and all!"
The big thing is that my answer would be HEAVILY context-sensitive. For example:
- Is it temporary? If so, for how long?
- Am I transforming in a private space?
- Will I have a friend or other trusted person there to help me out?
If the TF **had** to last an extremely long time, or even be permanent (very much NOT preferred)... I'd probably play it safe and do something like "still human, with my normal shape and proportions, but shrunk to 2 feet tall". Doing stuff at that size would be more difficult & would regularly require help from others, but I'd still be able to fit into everyday life.
But for the sake of leaning as far into "most helpless form possible", I'm going to set the scene as being that all of the 3 context-sensitive examples above are "yes".
From there, we'll look at a couple different lengths of time for what I'd prefer to be stuck as.
TF Lasts About A Week
For a length of time like that, my immediate first thought would be that I remain my human self, but all my limbs shrink into my body, leaving me as JUST a human torso and head. That way, I can still do general human stuff (breathe, eat, etc) & partake in general human activities (watching videos, talking with my friends, etc), to more pleasantly pass the time for an extended TF like that. And since I'd still be human, it'd be easy for the friend taking care of me to feed me, make sure I'm comfortable, move me around, and more. Other forms that would work well under those same conditions would be:
- Shrinking (still human, just really tiny) down to 6 inches or shorter (I REALLY REALLY WANT THIS TBH)
- Animals that are very slow or tiny (e.g. tortoise, ant, snail)
- Extreme weight gain, to the point where I'm outright immobile.
- Being flattened or deflated, in such a way that my body is too loose and limp to move around or grab/pull/push/etc anything.
- Age regression, down to being a baby or toddler. Minimal mental changes or intelligence drain, but still enough of a bodily reversion where I can't rely on my own motor skills.
- Some freaky mega-lengthening of my body, so my arms and legs and neck are all just useless noodles strewn about my residence.
- Growing a freakishly high number of extra limbs, to the point where I'm so overwhelmed by all the extra stuff to control that I can barely even move.
- Modularity: Having my body parts all detached from each other, leaving me at the mercy of my friend to reattach my parts in whatever helpless way they see fit (or just leave me fully detached)!
TF Lasts About A Day
A shorter TF length means I'd be willing to be even more adventurous with my helplessness! I'd be open to becoming something that doesn't need to eat/breathe, or that would find it difficult to partake in human activities. I'm in a silly sort of mood where becoming just a standalone butt would fit this nicely. No gross details would be involved here; I'd just be a big round fleshy pair of two butt cheeks, still very much alive inside & able to be picked up and jiggled and whatnot by the friend taking care of me. Other forms that would work for a shorter TF length like this:
- Being fused with someone else, perhaps into the friend in question as one of their (SFW!) body parts.
- Most inanimate options (provided I'm still alive inside). My body being 100% rigid and immovable on its own would arguably be the most helpless of all!
- Transformed into some sea creature that outright can't be on land, such as a dolphin or a goldfish. For the former, the TF would enable me to breathe air, but I'd not be able to do more than flop around. For the latter, my friend would have to place me into a container of water, dramatically limiting where I can go & leaving me entirely dependent on them to care for me until I change back.
- Just about anything else extreme you could think of, provided it's SFW & has no critical issues with it (e.g. needing to breathe but being unable to).
- Any of the above "Lasts A Week" options.
And one last note:
A tangential thing I love is being transformed against my will by an OC or friend, having my body's fate be entirely in their hands (provided it's ultimately a temporary TF).
I'd argue that someone else having direct control over changing my body & when I get changed back would also qualify as "helpless" to some extent!
I went on quite a while with this answer, but I hope it satisfies your question. Thank you, anonymous!

Strawpage Response Post #10: Pooltoy Nozzles
General | Posted a year ago"so how do you feel about nozzles? say, replacing nipples or naughty bits on a pooltoy?"
My Response
I love 'em! Replacing the naughty bits makes it less/not NSFW, which is significantly better in my opinion. Though I'm typically even more in favor of there being NOTHING where the naughty bits are. The nozzle(s) can instead be placed somewhere else, like on the bellybutton, the tail, or even on the head. I've commissioned a few pooltoy TFs in the past with the nozzles being in those spots instead.
Also, another benefit of nozzles is that they open the possibility of deflation! That's a TF niche I hardly ever see, but I do so ADORE the concept of it. The general idea of the airy insides of a living pooltoy body being vacated, feeling it become much more floppy and hard to move is just... WOW <3
And of course, you can go the other way around, using a nozzle to *fill up* the living pooltoy with more air, some water, or whatever other SFW thing you'd prefer.
Basically, nozzles are very very good. Thanks for your question, anonymous!

Rest In Peace, Dragoneer
General | Posted a year agoJust learned of the passing of Dragoneer. ...And, if I'm honest, I also just learned of who Dragoneer was. Genuinely, I am WOEFULLY out of the loop about the worst things sometimes... >_<
Seems like they were a much-beloved figure around these parts. And, if I had to guess, they're a big reason why FurAffinity has maintained a pride icon & why FA hasn't given in to AI nonsense like certain other sites have... I hope they rest in peace, and that whoever takes up the reins of FurAffinity can keep their legacy going.

Clarity about Posting Strawpage TFs & Commissioned TFs
General | Posted a year agoAs watchers here have noticed, I've recently been posting TFs that anonymous people draw for me on my Strawpage.
(If you're one of those anonymous artists, thank you so much!! It means so much that you're taking time to submit artwork ;w;)
I do still have a good amount of artwork I've commissioned other people for in the pipeline, and that'll still be getting posted weekly-ish!
The plan at this point is as follows:
- Commissioned TFs will continue to be posted on TFTuesdays, as well as on any other relevant days (birthdays, Octransfur days, TransforMAYtion days, etc).
- Strawpage TFs will be posted on all other days, one per day, in the order that they're submitted.
Basically, both will still be happening, I just wanted to outline HOW. Plus I wanted to assure the Strawpage artists that their work is extremely appreciated & their TFs will be shown off, as they should be, in due time. Thanks to everyone for continuing to follow and support the artwork that gets posted here <3

Strawpage Response Post #6
General | Posted a year agoThis message seems to have come from the artist who's been drawing me as various inanimate objects lately!
"Apologies if the underwear TF was too spicy, I wasn't aware you weren't very fond of NSFW!"
My response to this artist:
No worries! I do indeed lean very heavily SFW with my TF preferences. I dabbled with NSFW stuff waaay back when I was trying out TF commissions, and generally exploring my sexuality/preferences/etc. I know now that I'm MUCH more interested in TF stuff (and stuff in general, I suppose) when NSFW themes are absent. Might also have discerned that I'm aroace, though I'm still fine-tuning that analysis...
I appreciate you reaching out! And I see your newest drawing too. I'm currently planning to share that on Monday!
