he hates money, its creation dictates pathways to addiction both for itself and what it exploits.

i really really want this done (and fully colored). partly because it will probably be my last submission for a bit, and partly because it deals with sutch great feelings.
i want to surprise someone with it. there will be more to it than just a drawing ^.^
oy, i hope i can get it down tomorrow at least. i have half of it almost done anyways.

the six+ months i have been out of alaska have been trying times for me. i have lost alot... my dog tucker and my home mainly.
i may have lost the only good freind i had up there too.
so when i get back... there will be alot to be dealt with. it will make or break me, and possibly my career.
im lucky that life is still throwing stuff at me to keep me focused and happy. mainly the good freinds i have made online in the years i have been in the airforce.
one of them surprised me, shook me to my core and became the love of my life. im not ashamed to admit it. given the chance, i would do anything within my power for him.
and the emotional response i have with him is keeping me going. i feel alive again. like im worth something... like there is a reason for me to be doing the things i do. it makes me smile to think of him and the nice things he has to say about me, as crazy and self revealing as i can be.
thank you.
and thank you my freinds. for being there and talking with me when i need it.

Posted 14 years agothe heat and humidity here doesnt bother me. not in the slightest. but what does is the fact that almost all of my favorite people to talk to, including my mate... are sleeping. i started a schedule that would have me online by 330 in the morning... long enough for me to get a few words in before i had to leave for work at 5.
but for the past few days fate hasnt been on my side. internet was out for two of them, and i had a pt test today. tomorrow i hope to get to talk to them.
on the good news side of things, my pt test was a great success. in 6 months time i went from failing miserably at 67.7 to almost dominating at 87.1.

well see.
im down to 185 pounds soaking wet, literally (i weigh myself after running, i run a long time as hard as i can. i have to let my clothing dry O.o ). when i got here i was a fat wolf who hated everything... i weighed 247 pounds.
i used to hate running... but now, when my body gets warmed up and ive had the right amount of food and sleep, i can run literally for 6 miles in under an hour, no problem.
during this whole time of self re-invention, i was still a hatefull, emotional train wreck untill about a month ago. its amazing how life can slap you in the face with things... it really is.
im so gratefull

lets see... im working on two trades, one is with the talented Candi-The-Husky, and one with malu_xp. both of these furs are talented artists and worthey of a few faves and a watch, and im honord to see what they can do with my fursona.
unfortunatly i havent been able to start on my trades with these two yet, but expect my linart of candi to show up in a week or two. malu said (s)he has some studies to take care of, so i dont know when well be able to do that.
im currently working on coloring my d submission from last monday... it should be simple and to the point, i have chosen a harvest moon to hang low and huge in the backround of that. the color of it should accent the colors on the drawing pretty well, and come on, harvest moon! he is the harvester of souls after all ^.^
the only other pic on the backburner is another version of rikoh i saw while i was under hypnotic suggestion... hes like a jolteon/umbreon hybrid. its already drawn up, i just gotta color it.

Posted 14 years agoI haven't been around Fur Affinity that much recently. The reason behind this is because I havent been feeling much up to doing anything as of late. Yet there is one thing that keeps me going, and even picks me up when I'm down.

They have helped me through so much..
Back when I was lonely and killing time, the stories they wrote took me to another world. I got to know them because I was a fan of thier musings. Now I know thier first names, and can't imagine life without them.
Meridian has been there through thick and thin. I revel in the honor and the opportunity to help him whenever he may need it, be it artists block, or someone to talk to. If ever anybody were to mean to do harm to him or his loved ones, you can be rest assured there will be one pissed off wolf with a plane ticket, freshly purchased baseball bat, and a dress. Ever been beaten up by a dude dressed like a chick? >:3
Zerrex... Means alot to me. He also has been there for me. But never in my lifetime have I ever been able to be myself around anybody as mutch as I can around him. Hes a quiet listener, my opposite really. ^.^ He encourages me, everything from my darkest intent to my most lofty goal. He helped me sit down and think about who I actually am. Any courtesy that he would extend me I would find a way to extend back, with double the effort or result. Anytime.
I could say so much more about these two... But then I think I would be rambling more than I should. So I'll leave it at that. Expect more art from me watchers, It's just going to take some time. :)

the people that take the time to watch me, tell me on this journal what you would like me to draw. for reals. your watching me for a reason right?
tomarrow is my day off. i will be finishing up the coloring of a very awsome yiffy picture that has a bit of bondage (and posting it!). fist picture ive drawn of the actual act of sex in years... since i was like ten or something. after that i start work on coloring my D themed submission for monday. when im done with that, it should come out just as good as 'b is for bondage!'. then i have another picture of rikoh i wanted to color.
oh good news! a freind of mine saw my art and wants me to design a patch for his motorcycle group. makes me a happy wolfeh to think about that.
but yea, as far as poetry is concerned... it might be a little bit. but then again the mood might strike me tomarrow O.o

quantum theory
i think about these things alot when im underneath a truck, or operating a forklift. but sometimes when the mood strikes, ill think about more fun things...
like the fact that every atom except for hydrogen in the billions and billions that make up the human body (and everything around us, for that matter), has formed either inside a star, or during the turbulent firey death of one billions of years ago. interesting to think that we are made up of something like that. i wonder, do i have any stray atoms from the mezozoic era floating around in me?
even better, photons pass through us every day. every freaking day, weather or not you wear sunblock! ^.^ alot of people think photon=light. not true my freinds, photon=electromagnetic patrticle/wave. this means we are constantly bombarded by not just the sun, but from space itself. hehe, even when you use sunblock you can still get cancer... us being mostly water, our skin is translucent. it doesnt help the odds at all of a photon passing through on its merry way to knock an atom out of the dna of a single cell.
and lastly, the formation of our solar system. just the fact that it could be totally different from the way it is now if a few atoms, particles of dust, or asteroids werent there or were just a little off course. we might not be here to wonder this.

Posted 14 years agoit might be from one of three things... the fact that i had been expecting this, the fact that i let my emotion out during a long talk with my furry mate, or the fact that i tried this guys ( http://hypnobeast.com/category/podcast/ ) hypnotic podcasts in a deparate attempt to relax and regain my sanity. it was my room mates day off last night, and he has no volume controll.
i was lurking around some webcomics when i saw the advertisment for the hypnotic beast. hypnotism has always intrigued me, and what got my attention was the fact the he was furry, and he caters mostly to furs over the internet.
when i saw the podcasts i thought 'hell yea! i can relax, drown out my room mate, and try something new at the same time!' i did it twice... my room mate talked that long. :/
the one i tried was the second one, about finding your companion animal...
try one:
my happy place is a wooded vally high in the mountains. my dark side was there with me, he was a shapeless black cloud with red eyes... i wasnt afraid of him, as scary as he may look, hes also an intergral part of my being. my dog tucker was there too for some reason. i left to search for what my companion animal might be.
i had always assumed it was going to be based off of a real animal, most likely a canid species, a dragon, or some big cat. but as hard as i looked, i couldnt find any of those. what did come out to greet me didnt suprise me though. it was an umbreon. yes, a freaking pokemon O.o
it nuzzled my hand, and thanked me for what i could only assume was its creation in my mind.
try two:
my room mate was still talking, and i still wasnt all that tired. so i got rid of more distraction, and turned the volume all the way up. everything was clearer, and more vivid. this time the umbreon was there to greet me, and it followed me as i made my way into my happy place. it seemed agitated, like it had something important to say. my dark side wasnt there this time, and neither was tucker... so i basked in the vivid beauty of the vally i was in for a moment before i met up with the umbreon.
it was agitated, like before, and this time it spoke:
"change!"
"change!"
"you need change!"
it seemed happy to have said this. i thanked it, and promised it i would be back tonight.
since hypnosis is based on subconscious imagry, i knew the umbreon was telling the truth. either that, or it mirrored the conversation my mate and i had. either way, i was so tired i barely came out of my trance enough to shut down the computer and set my alarm. i felt good. accomplished. relaxed.
i have been up now for about 2 hours. a mastersergent just got done talking to me about my situation back home. im not anxious at all. not even one bit worried. and im happy about that.
the freindly lion also adds bits of calm and well being to his podcasts, im assuming that has a part to play in this. he also gives the listener the ability to call on the companion whenever they need it, giving you strength and calm. we will see if i need a little umbreon helper. untill then though, se la vi.
i cant wait for tonight, im interested to ask its name and what gender it is. ^.^

I have gradually ruled out the exsistance of god and the devil during my lifetime. There is just too mutch evidence in my opinion that rule them out.
This just helps my case more. Religious fanatics desparately clinging to a doomsday prophecy with no real evidence to support its claims. When will people open thier eyes to the truth?
God is man-made. If he did not exist, it would be nessacary to invent him. Especially in biblical times, when people did not have the tools to seek out the answers to thier questions directly, like we have the ability to do now.
We know why the sky is blue, why the sun and the moon pass over us every day, what those points of light are in the night sky, where comets come from and why they have tails, what a disease is and the means to treat or cure it... This list of modern knowledge goes on and on, yet we still cling to a set of notions and myths written down thousands of years ago.
There have been so many wars and so mutch hatred stemming from religion...
I have often thought about this, and it basically comes down to the fact that we as humans are creatures of habit.
I guess this was another bit of venting ^.^
Ah well, if this was offensive to anybody, I apologise, but this is how I feel. Especially when it comes to religions that sprang forth from between the tigress and euphrates rivers. The 'Cradle of Civilization' (more like the cradle of hate and prejudice).
