weeeeeellllllllll as I'm sure most of the syd furs will remember the famous mitsubishi that i raced on the first very furry track day, though under powered against V8's and forced induction cars it still went out swinging, its also the car that made phoenix fox corner famous as i managed to take the hair pin at a respectful 90, only crashed cause there must have been oil or some shit on the track *cough cough*, well the little brawler today has fallen finally after 6 years of my ownership, i rebuild it when i first bought it, today i possibly lost the gearbox, all but 1st and 3rd gear are gone, hopefully its just the selector but even so i feel that this mighty little car deserves a clap as it with all its 400,000kms its done and even a track day and its survived a P plater. this is the first time since the rebuild that i have to do major work to it

to explain why it may feel like I'm avoiding or blanking you lately, over the past few weeks iv been dealing with a massive amount of physical and emotional stress, it to the point has affected my health, im on the mend though so don't worry, the reasons for this some are personal others are I'm in the process of moving house, prolly twice in the next few weeks, iv been struggling to get into this new job that iv been chasing and I'm under a huge amount of pressure from my current job due to my division most likely shutting down, as your all my close friends and you know who you are i hope that you can understand that with the little time iv had to myself iv spent with sky and distracting myself from my problems so that i can regain control. I'm not avoiding you, iv just really needed to be with sky lately and am finding it hard to see you all as much as i want to, as soon as i wrap my head around everything and get it all back together we'll hang out.

So it's getting time to open the shop again, I'm looking at building a race weapon but am conflicted what to build, so far my options are a Silvia with a twin turbo twin 13 B rotor or a 2002 monaro with a 6L twin turbo, or should I look at building up another bike ? So after crossing Australia twice, flying to south aust and driving 3 hrs into the desert....twice I have come to discover that yes.... So where am I at with the Gsxr 1000 k9, the new mods are getting done this week a dual carbon fiber two brother race exhaust system, power commander 5 chip, k&n air filter and a custom dyno tune by max power, will be making around 230 hp at the wheel when all finished and have an atomic sound.

Wow still running her in so I can't go to much higher then 6 .000 rpm but WTF man why would. You ?!? It doesn't need to shift from 1st till it's doing 70 clicks and that's at 5,000 rpm give it a little twist and it sounds like it has 6000 superchargers and feels like it's rotating the earth, however still running it in as I said so I have to consistently change gears and rpm levels to evenly spread the temp through the engine, only another 700 kms till it's first service then I can give her some but wow the acceleration is face rapping and its surprisingly torque, no revving needed to move it off the lights just let the clutch out and match it with some take off throttle and she's away, was annoyed at some old slow ass lady driver on the way home little throttle in 3 and bam ! 120 clicks at 4,000 rpm still another 10,000 rpm to go.... Yah know just in case you need it - winks-

Yes, top speed ? Enough, dose it scare and excite me ? I have a boner right now ! Will I have sex with it ? So today was damo wolfs bday, he ventured down my way with a mate of his to have a bit of a kart day, myself and smoky ligon arrived at 12 pm got suited up and hit the track with damo and his mate, was a warm day so track temp wasn't to bad and the tires were good and sticky, once warm up finished we were into it a few bad apexes saw me falling to far behind to take damo leaving him the clear victor in the first heat, the second saw a few engine problems but with those fixed we were back into it this time with damo in chase of me, I held him off but couldn't get enough comfortable distance then into the second corner on lap 12 we headed in 3 wide, I had the slower inside line while damo had the more desired outside line I thought I could lock it up at the last min and block him through the corner buuuuuuut instead clipped the ripple strip and spun, damo in close prusuit was collected by my spinning left front wheel and we had a monumental stack, but with no sserious damage we headed back out and gave it all we had for the last few laps, smoky showing great control through some of the corners and some pushing just a bit to hard and having a spin, on the last lap I saw in the distance a cloud of dust as I rounded off the straight away I saw smoky introducing herself to the gravel pit, ahh well if you don't stack then your not going hard enough right ! But all furries drove extremely well in the hot and tiring condictions and fun was had by all, happy bday damo and best wishes, ps con grades on the time victor, yes thats right damo was in over all half a second quicker then me, I blame the kart - cough cough- hahaha but con grades man !

Hi everyone, I have a problem I'm looking at a very nice RX7 gen 1 the engine and gearbox have both just been reconditioned, it has a sports exhaust and much larger fuel pick ups, it's very straight and has been looked after , the interior is a bit avg but that doesn't matter as I will be optioning for a race interior set up, all this for 4.5 k on road, so should I buy or not buy ?
