Well, after over nine long weeks of working on it, Kaiju Hunter has at last entered its homestretch, with only ten backgrounds left to finish. This series has honestly takes more of a toll on me than I expected, completely shaking up my sleep schedule and day to day life, to the point where it may not have been entirely healthy for me to commit to a project this hard. But the end is in sight, I predict that within the next few days, it will all be over.


So what will happen next? Well, commissions are still open, for anyone interested, and I’m also open for art trades as well! And plenty of other ideas as well as wrapping up previous projects too. So while I will likely take a few days off once Kaiju Hunter is all over, I think it’s safe to say that my motivation to draw, while very faded at the start of this year, is finally coming back.

Been a little while since I posted a journal, so I think I should let you all in on what’s been going on with me lately.

Firstly, with FA in read only mode for now, I can’t post any pics just yet, but soon I should be back with that, especially since I feel like I haven’t done much this year.

But that’s mainly because of a big project that I’ve been planning for June this year. Kaiju Hunter. Incredibly large monsters, Rathalos, Tigrex, Valstrax, just to name a few. Each day in June will have another large monster posted, and I’ve been working hard this past month to finish each sketch. And now that that’s all done, I can digitize them all one by one, which should make things easy to do in advance.

In addition, commissions are still open for anyone interested, and I’m happy to hear any ideas you have, just be sure to check my price sheet and pay attention to my rules.

Well. After a lot of me just trying to get through the first month of this year, and struggling to do so, I’m opening my commissions back up again. I’m slowly regaining my motivation to draw after losing it recently, and this should be helpful towards keeping this motivation.

Sorry I haven’t been able to open comms on time. I got extremely busy around the time I was supposed to open, and then started to experience chest pains after that ended. Afraid it was something that could have been life threatening, I didn’t want to open comms just yet. Hopefully it gets better and goes away, since it’s been in and out for over a week, but I’m still not sure unless I were to go to a doctor.

But I don’t want to wait forever, so I’ll try to open them back up next week. I’m still going to give myself time to recover, so I pray that whatever is wrong with me doesn’t last much longer. Three times I’ve had trouble going to sleep because I was afraid I would die in my sleep, so I hope it doesn’t become severe.

Well, I should have posted this last Sunday, but I am going to temporarily close commissions to better prepare for the holidays. I will still be doing my fair share of art over the next few weeks, but I will not be open for comms again until January 15th of next year. Once I do open up, I should be readily available at any time!

For most of you, it is now December, and the holiday season. Which to many is an extremely busy time of year, including me. So for that reason, from December 15th this year to January 15th of next year, I’ll be temporarily closing commissions so that I can focus on the holidays. So if you would like to commission me, now is the time!

Over the past two years I’ve tried several times to help someone get out of a bad place, and all I’ve done is push them further in. I’ve tried over and over to make things better for others, and all I’ve done is make things worse. I’ve only proved to others that in a bad time, they’re all better off just not talking to me. And it’s all my fault.


My wings have been clipped, my feathers have dimmed, and my heart has become nothing but dust. This year was going so well, and now it’s completely fallen apart with little hope of anything good happening in the next few months. I’ve done nothing but dig my own mental grave through all of the mistakes I’ve made at the expense of almost everyone around me. I don’t want to have to go anywhere, but the immediate future has become nothing but despair that I have no choice but to slowly wade through myself, and it’s all because of me.


I’m sorry…

After nearly two and a half years on the platform, I’ve finally reached 100 watchers! Thank you all so much for your support, I never went into this with expectations that I’d build up this much of a following!

Commissions are officially open, however there is one caveat that I’m trying to work around. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my real name, and I’m worried it’ll pop up when someone makes a payment to me. If that doesn’t happen, feel free to let me know that I shouldn’t be worried, but if so, my parents are working to get a business PayPal up so that way my real name doesn’t get revealed. But regardless, I look forward to your suggestions!

Price sheet done, rules mostly organized, I only need to put those rules to paper and get my PayPal working, and if all goes well, comms will be officially open tomorrow!

After over a year and a half of waiting, I’m getting close to being able to open my own commissions! Currently getting the price sheet organized and making it easy to understand, and I’m also working to get some rules in regards to comms in place, and I’ll be sure to make them easy to understand. Here’s hoping everything goes well, so I can open up near the end of the week!

I think I may finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. A couple weeks have passed, and it’s slowly getting better. I still have a fair bit of time before I can fully recover, but I’m not far away, just need to find ways to either work or distract myself from the carnage going on at home. It’ll all be over soon.

Every day I pray that this year gets better, and every day it just gets worse and worse. I came back from my cruise only to have everything in my summer fall apart because of water damage. And I’m only finding out today that the people working on it STILL have not even started to fix it. And now I’m under the pressure of multiple other things, and during all of this I still hear the voices of those who backstabbed me earlier this year. What do I get for turning eighteen? Trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety. Exactly what I wanted.


However, I still need to remember that this year isn’t over yet. I did get a tiny hint of good news in regards to how things may go back home, which is crazy, since I didn’t even know “good news” existed. But that isn’t all I can look up to. Does anyone here remember who inspired me to come here from the start? It was  Hakunaro. Had it not been for him, I never would have met a lot of the great friends I have today, like  ButteredBread,  seiryuukami,  Umbrefolfgon, and so many more amazing people. Not to mention, even getting the privilege to do a piece for Haku himself was a dream come true, and as I was working on it, I kept saying to myself “I can’t believe I’m actually doing this!” This year started out rough and had some huge low points even after things started to get better, but it’s still not over yet, and I’m going to try and make the best out of what time I have left. I may, miraculously, have a small portion of my summer left by the time I can get my bearings again, and I shall not let any second of it go to waste!

I hate to say it, but this is turning into one of the worst years of my life. This whole year started out rough, though things got better thankfully before school started to get out of hand. But then I came back from my cruise feeling homesick to finally put those feelings aside, only to have to be relocated to my grandparents house because of water damage, and only a month after finding out about said damage are they actually going to try and fix it, and then another four weeks will be spent towards that. Except by the time that’s all settled, the summer is over. And this really isn’t how I wanted to spend my summer, as there were so many things I wanted to do starting this year, and yet all of it was put on hold because of this.

But it gets even worse from there. It wasn’t just me having a rough time. A lot of my friends who I won’t name either were also upset, or are upset now. I’m doing my best to be there for them, but knowing all of this is taking the last summer of my childhood and dragging me through the mud. I don’t want to be the one who just abandons everyone, but I just don’t know what I’m supposed to do to help…

Turns out I was wrong! I don’t have to disappear, and in fact, I could post some more to my scraps page this week! I may be sharing some sketches for gift art or trades for people I haven’t had a chance to draw for yet, and I’m super excited!

I will not be available to chat or respond to anything for the next week, as I’ll be going on an Alaskan cruise and will be coming home next weekend. I’m letting you all know so you don’t think I somehow disappeared. If possible I may check in, but if not, I’ll see you next week!

Hey y’all. There has been pop-ups for me on Discord lately and across all of social media history of people who put on an act just to be rude to others. Despite it being an act, it still can cause a lot of people to be upset, and I’m going to try and help bring awareness to the situation. So an art piece that I will be posting in April will be something to help bring awareness to the consequences of having a purposefully rude persona online. Sure it may not seem like that big a deal, but should it catch up to whoever is being rude, the damage done can be irreversible.

Now that that’s done, I can now focus on a much more positive note, Micro May coming up! And for my first piece I’ve chosen to have a few volunteers for shrink ray testing. But there’s only one tiny problem. This piece will call for three volunteers, and only two people are currently part of it.
